He kept saying that delivery truck will be in 15 min and after one hour also no delivery. He showed no empathy or any kind of consideration for what we were going thru. Instead kept saying I will give you 10% discount. What kind of nonsense talk was this. Chairs came at 9:50 am instead of 8 am. I will never contact this business again. They are not reliable and very rude in dealing.

On the day of the event, the setup crew showed up right on time to put everything together. The kiddos, ages 5 and under, had a blast. It was a worthy investment to make it a successful first birthday for our little one. We had the grand 10x12 Dino with gates. Everything was soft and padded for the little crawlers and those learning to walk. The ball pit was a big hit! My son had a huge smile on his face, playing on the mini roller coaster car, which I highly recommend as an add on. It's definitely a fun distraction while the adults are chatting in the background.
