I have been going to FE from time to time for the last several years. I usually go to Emma. She's amazing. She is polite, quick, very clean, and provides a peaceful environment. First time coming here and very satisfied, the process was quick and the lashes came out beautifully. The techs are very friendly and the place itself is clean as well. FE Lashes is a great lash salon. I messaged them on Yelp to schedule my appointment. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate me quickly. When I got there, it was very clean and comfortable. The lash artists were very friendly, ensuring that they offered me the option that I would be happiest with. The lash artist who put on my new full set carefully removed my old lashes. She applied YY mink full set and I loved them. Updating to 5 star because Emma is truly amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. She's the sweetest and very skillful. Always gives me great lashes. Also greatly appreciate her good personal hygiene (she would wash/sanitize her hands before starting and if she ever needs to step away and come back). Store is always clean and relaxing. I fell asleep a few times while getting lashes done there lol. The owner and I also had some miscommunication with scheduling/pricing this time but he was nice and willing to work with me. Ladies this is your new lash bar!!! I've been looking around pomona for long lasting lashes at a good rate and this is the best place hands down. Making an appointment was easy, they accommodated my time and the place was spotless. The technicians really know what they're doing, the atmosphere is amazing and the lashes actually last and are perfect! In total I spent $120 with tip for a new hybrid set ( they did have a $20 off b/c they have happy hour specials) but I'm in love with my lashes! I gave this new salon a try as I was looking for a new place to get my lashes done. Overall experience was very good. 1. My technician showed me pictures and options and had an actual discussion with me about what I'm looking for and provided honest opinion about whether someone would look good or not. At other places the tech would just generally tell me what would look good on me and did it without much discussion. 2. Very clean salon! It's newly remodeled so it's clean but the technician was very good about sanitizing her hand each time she touched anything other than my face. 3. Most improtantly, she did my full set of brows in about an hour!!!! Amazing. I always dread going for lashes bc it usually takes 1:45-2 hrs. She was meticulous and fast which made the experience that much better. No snags or pain at all either. Definitely switching to this place going forward for my lashes. read more

I had to take the time to write this review because this new Lash studio deserves to be recognized. I will be honest here, I was reluctant to try this place because they only had 2 yelp reviews . I wore lash extensions for 3 years prior to the pandemic and was ready for a new set after going over a year and a half with none so I was really nervous to give them a chance because they were so new but they were right by my house whereas my old studio moved a bit too far for me so I wanted it to work out because of my back issues I cannot drive much any more... I went on their website and started a chat with someone there that hopped on, they were very knowledgeable and helpful answering ALL of my questions and because of that I took a leap of Faith, made an appointment for the next day and here I am, THRILLED with my gorgeous new Lashes. The studio was very tastefully decorated immaculate and practiced excellent Covid precautions right when I walked in and during my session. They were all extremely kind and professional. My lasher was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable at all times, it was relaxing ,they played a nice variety of soothing music and to top it all off my lashes exceeded my expectations. I have already made an appointment for my next fill. Ladies and gents that like lashes trust me you wont be disappointed trusting your eyes with FE Lashes .
