I sent an email inquiry regarding gutter cleaning, the power washing of my house and window washing. I received a response with an estimate in a very timely manner. I called and was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was very convenient. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 8am. The young men arrived a bit early which I appreciated and by 8am they were set up and working. I had my house power washed, the gutters cleaned and my windows cleaned all in one appointment. The guys did a fantastic job!!! My house looks amazing!! The windows are spotless!!! I'm so pleased with everything that was done. They were so friendly, professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier having clean windows again, and, boy, did they need it!! Jose arrived about one hour early, was very polite, and did an outstanding job, despite the 100-degree day today. I actually had it scheduled for the previous Friday, when it was supposed to be a much cooler day, but the owner, Vanessa, ended up canceling out on me about an hour, hour-and-a half, before they were supposed to be here; hence the one star deduction. Wow, just WOW. I hesitated to book this because our windows are so old and a lot don't open and I didn't think it was even possible to clean them because of the old storms and screens on them. But all these layers of difficulty seemed to be no problem for Mauricio and his partner, who figured out how to get ALL of the windows open, out, and shockingly, sparklingly clean. Had an appt at 11am. They showed up two hours EARLY. The whole house was asleep. I booked this SPECIFIC TIME for this very reason. I have teenagers who sleep in (it's summer break) and we were also doing inside windows. By the time I woke up (with more than enough time to be ready for the 11am appt) they had already sent me a notification canceling my appointment. I then tried texting and calling all day long with no response and no answer. Completely unprofessional And just be careful when you book a time-slot because they clearly have a hard time honoring those. The voicemail I got at 9 AM mentioned they wanted to get an early start because of the heat. At 11 AM today (The time my appointment was supposed to start ) it was 78° so I'm not sure what the problem was there. And it is summer in Chicago so unfortunately heat is part of the gig. And by the way I never write reviews this was just over the top. read more

I live in a 1.5 story bungalow home with a large garage and didn't want to try and reach the gutters myself, they're pretty high up. Bella's was very responsive to my inquiry, and also gave me a good deal on window washing too. They sent out a guy to take care of the gutters and clean the outside of most of my house's windows. He worked efficiently and put the bagged gutter refuse out by the trash bins. The whole service was definitely worth the very reasonable price i paid for it. Beyond amazed at the work Marcus and his partner did on our windows and gutters. Our house looks amazing! We have a two story house and they cleaned all 25 plus windows including the glass on our front and back doors. They power washed the outside of our gutters around the house. Maurice did an outstanding job on windows and gutters. He was professional and meticulous. I've never been more pleased with a technician. I've never been more displeased with management of the technician. I was told to expect a 2 man crew between 10 and 11 am. This was confirmed 3 times. I planned accordingly--juggling appointments and work hours to accommodate a mid morning start time with two techs. In 20 years' experience with window cleaners, never have I had the job take longer than 2 hours with 2 techs. Maurice arrived at 8:30. Rather than send him away, I asked for 10 minutes to juggle my schedule. When he had not finished by noon, I had to cancel an appointment. NOT a good experience for a first time customer. Techs like Maurice deserve better support and back up. Someone should have called and and asked if 8:30 was workable. Someone should have informed me that 2 techs were not being sent, and that the job would therefore take twice as long. The company seems to think its convenience is more important than the customer's. Very inconvenient experience. read more

CAUTION !!!!!! Beware............they do not perform as agreed. They did our windows last year, OK job, not great, but few are. This year they agreed on the phone to do the same job for the same price as last year...$145. When the worker arrived he said it would be $195, and refused to adhere to the amount agreed to by the OWNER. The house didn't grow, same house, same windows. last year it took one guy 1 hour to do the job. BTW.......they did not get the job. They would rather waste the trip than do as agreed. read more
