They seem to be offered sporadically. This morning, the bananas offered should NOT have been. they were over ripe, rotten on some and gross. when i asked if there were any other bananas, I was met by an unfriendly "they're all the same". I took the one that looked the least rotten, peeled it and it was all brown on the inside, Went back to the bowl and one was really rotted at the stem, and another was split open. I took them out of the bowl and let the woman know that they were bad and should probably be thrown away. I went to get coffee, and she put them back in the bowl. Are fresh bananas too much to ask when I'm paying $315/night for an average hotel??

I wasn't getting in until very late, and the young woman who helped me made my check-in extremely easy. They set up a lockbox for you and send instructions via text message. They have laundry facilities on site, free of charge, which is unheard of! It was very much appreciated. My room was just as it appeared on the website. It was very modern and decorated really cute. The bed was super comfy as well. I loved the fact that even though it was a small unit, I had a kitchen area. The room was equipped with everything I needed and then some. I will definitely be back! The pools have plenty of staff taking drink orders and delivering hot food; I love being pampered. The staff at the edge of the beach are ready to set up lounge chairs and an umbrella and they even set up a flag that you raise if you needs a frozen cocktail or something to snack on. The staff at the valet station and the front desk were excellent. My only complaint is that my trip had to end and I can't wait until my return trip.

The rooms look great too and love the bathroom (quite clean). The only part of the property that doesn't impress is the pool area; too cramped and feels kind of old. I LOVE that it's one of the nicer hotels that don't charge for silly stuff like a resort fee and no charge for parking; and they even have covered parking (parking floor under the building). The staff was very friendly; every visit they have been so nice. I hated my pillows and I complained and they made sure I was happy sending me 4 more pillows to prop my head back up. I like to stay here sometimes because it's so central to a lot of restaurants I like, as well as some parks/nature areas.
