They said yes. After the service was done that was in fact not what I purchased . I let them know that both over the phone and in person they told me the wrong thing. So they said next time they will hiring the service I was told WAS the b1g1. Okay no worries.. I get in my car and realize -told me the wrong thing for a quick sale -micro bladed all the way up to my hair line and cut my front ends off -cut my forehead because the pressure was to hard -still random patches of peach fuzz Second time around I went and reminded them about the honored facial that I originally wanted. Which in the description says it comes with red light therapy. It did not. When finished and asked what about the red light therapy the girl gave me a run around with three different excuses 1- it was an add on (no it's not it states in the description it comes with the treatment) 2- depends on if we think you need it ( WANTED that for that specific treatment that's what I paid for who are you to decide what I need if it states in the description that it's included) 3. Depend on who's doing your face some of us add it some of us don't And then lastly after I asked one more time about the wording of the description for that specific treatment with the red light she said it's somthing we talk about if you need in the beginning and that the facial is very customizable but when we started she didn't care to ask me my concerns or what it was I wanted.. kinda seemed like she wanted to get it done and over with like I was the last person of the day She then tried telling me they can add it next time I come back. No no I will not be back that's wrong of them to try and make right and half ass the facial Andy Ty to sell me what it was I actually wanted on the next visit .. I will take my money elsewhere where. To top it off I go back in my car look at my face and once again my peach fuzz on my upper lip my cheek and some of my forehead was still there. As if she barely microdermed it... Long story short take your money elsewhere where we're. If they or the store owner wants to do right by there practice then they should fix this issue immediately and be more upfront with the deals and what it is the facial offers

I purchased the 30 minute treatment because I was apprehensive about it. I've never had my teeth professionally whitened but always wanted to try it. I drank coffee everyday for 17 years, so my teeth were not their pearliest. The spa doesn't look very inviting from the outside but the inside surprised me. I wasn't expecting to walk up a staircase under a chandelier and end up in a serene spa and esthetics school. The sound of water trickling and calming music gave me a sense of escape from bustling Tampa. After filling out the necessary paperwork my esthetician brought me in and thoroughly explained the process. This treatment had so many steps and safety measures. I even had to apply sunscreen to my face. She made me as comfy as possible and left the room after I was settled in. The thirty minutes felt long. It was tiresome on my face to hold my mouth open that long. Plus I have gum recession so I was sensitive to everything. I suppose it was worth the slight inconvenience. After the 30 minutes my teeth had whitened up a few notches. I was sent home with instructions and dietary restrictions. The list items were easy enough to avoid for 48 hours. My poor gums were so sore I couldn't floss for three days. Overall the results were worth the price and I would recommend to anyone looking to whiten their teeth on a budget. I had dysport and lip fillers done 2 weeks before I went on vacation. It looked as though I hadn't had any services done whatsoever. I called and explained that I was out of town and made an appointment for when I returned. When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything "fixed" that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would....
