Racist rude nail techs that no not listen to a word you're saying. I asked this lady to give me a dip full she proceeds to soak off my nails. Telling me I have to get new dip power every two weeks. When i was just here two weeks ago and they're the ones who suggested that i get dip nails instead of gel polish to prevent having to soak off every two weeks. A complete joke. After I asked to speak to the manager I end up having to wait an HOUR for my mails to be finished. While other women who weren't even being serviced before I got here are being helped. I was the only black woman and it made me feel very uncomfortable because of course if I cause a scene I'll be the angry black girl. But they literally made me wait and do other ppl nails. When i complained they said they're busy but I was here 1st. I came for a service you guys recommended to me. Now nobody knows what I'm talking about. DO NOT GET LASHES HERE! They don't glue them to individual lashes, they glue massive chunks to multiple lashes. They look totally fake, plastic, and rip out your natural lashes. We had a recommendation to come here because it was $25. You get what you pay for. To have a naked lash line after these fall off in clumps. I had 2 clumps fall off and they left massive bald spots. I have been looking for a good nail shop since moving to Riverside. I walked into Bellazzio Nails and took a chance. I met Hung and oh my... he is one of the greats. I have been getting my nails done for at least 35 years and when I tell his technique and attention to details was amazing. That's what I mean. He looked at my nail bed and determined how to place my nail tips on-to create the perfect almond shaped nails. Most nail techs are not in tuned with the shape of how your nails naturally grow and this is an important detail, or you will not get a properly shaped nail. I would highly recommend Hung because I didn't have to tell him anything just show him a picture of what I wanted. I went to have a pedicure and SNS manicure today at Bellazzio I have been to this place when it was under different management so seeing on the window new management thought I try it again. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice making sure I was comfortable And enjoying it toes came out good. NOW moving forward to my nails I just paid around 35 to get my nails done with the SNS powder and I'm VERY UNHAPPY there's no shine you can see all the file scratches on my nails I'm gonna have to go get some clear nail polish to get my nails to look a little better till I can get them done again. Wasn't sure of this nail place at first, because it didn't have much reviews on yelp. I admitted I turn to yelp on almost everything now a day when it comes to new places. I decided to give this place a try since I got time to spare. As I entered, I was greeted politely by the owner. Told her what I wanted and she took me right in. They started on my pedicure first. To me, the pedicure service is like any other pedicure except since it a new management, they give me 20% off so that was cool. Now moving on to my hands, I decided to get a full set with gel and ombré nails. This is the first time ever I had the ombré so I'm really excited plus he told me it's going to turns out good. So, I decided to take his words and just let him do his things. Through the whole process, Hong was very gentle and did what I asked. I liked this place before the recent management change so decided to continue going. Under the new management, I've gone ~3-4 times and had awful experiences every time. Most of the staff is unfriendly and rush the job so it ends up rough and painful. The last time I went for a pedicure, they scrubbed the bottom of my foot so hard when I got home I realized my foot was cut almost 4 inches long. When I went for the last time to get my set of nails taken off, it took them over an hour and a half and my fingers were in so much pain after I had to be careful of touching anything. (Picture included). They had three people switching back and forth to take my set off and it was obvious only one of them knew what they were doing. And then once they finally finished, they told me how thin my nails were - when they're the ones that had done the set & fills in the first place. Never going here again!! Please avoid. read more

Very sloppy work. The two ladies who helped were sloppy, my nails aren't painted completely. They left areas on my nails with only two coats. Very sloppy. Well I've been getting my nails done professionally for over 10 years and am picky and have been going to the same place for years until recently (Oct 2019) when my girlfriend turned me on to Bellazzio Nails... It would take a lot for me to switch but my new guy, Hung, did it!!! He listened to what I wanted and takes his time as a professional artisan with my nails! I get compliments all the time! The prices are fair as well, about $5 less than what I was paying at a mall salon. I've also had a pedicure done once here too and I'll do it again. My new spot for many years to come! The first time I ever went - Hung did my nails BEAUTIFUL. The second time I went, I made an appointment for Hung and when I got there (on time) he wasn't available ? So they had another lady do them. They were SO BAD. I don't know why she was even doing nails. 5 of them were uneven and different sizes! I went a 3rd time, made an appointment with hung. Called to make sure he was available, they said he was... I waited ONE HOUR before walking out. Everyone just stared at me like I was crazy. Horrible. I will never go back. This place is a hit or miss. The pedicures are good and the gel manicures are good but do not recommend the acrylic nails. I just went on Monday and I broke my nail today. It's Thursday. I simply closed a sliding glass door. I have never broken my nails in my entire life. The woman who did my nails took over two hours to do my nails. She kept filing my real nails and acrylics so they are both super super thin! She even got some of the acrylic on my skin, there's a hair in one of my nails, and my nail polish is messed up. The girl doing my nails burned me 4 times. I'm the only one in here and it's dead silent. No music or tv. The girl doing my nails doesn't speak a lick of English. And every time I ask her something she looks at the manager who then gives me one worded answers. And then proceeds to speak in Vietnamese. A fill took an hour and half to do. Went here to get a mani gel and pedicure. I paid about 43$ for both I think. But the gel nails, once they grew the back part is lifted. Constantly gets stuck to my hair. That's when they leave the gel so close to your skin that when nail is growing it stays lifted. And my toes weren't painted right. I'll post pics. And Tom failed to tell me it was extra until I went to pay. I feel like that is something he should have disclosed up front.
