There was a decent amount of parking. The gym was small but the room for the class was spacious. Inside was very clean, modern and high quality. The coach was very helpful, detailed and attentive. He would check on our forms and help us out when needed. The workout was tough and I was definitely sweating. They focus more on more reps and the form. The boxing was fun as well. Definitely a great workout and was really challenging. I left a sweaty mess. I did the box and bell class. It's definitely one of the hardest fitness classes I have taken.

I love this place, a fitness studio with a pool and an open gym!?? I love their classes but the best about this place is how incredibly knowledgeable everyone is! My trainer is a absolutely the best I ever met and fix all my injuries (back mainly) Finding educated and knowledgeable trainers is super difficult even in the Bay, definitely the place to go if you are looking for a great place to take classes and personal training

I like this gym a lot. It's one of those gyms worth bragging about. Everyone works hard here. Mentality and vibes are great. Strong minded people will stick to their own plans and goals. Afterall, we come here to focus and sweat. Audience is small and there's mostly women in the classes, but the nonstop workout quality and trainers are here. Initially, I tried out the Yelp event which was an eye opener for 1-week free trial. Each trainer giving instructions are highly motivated and you can feel the burn in every set of workouts. If you go to any gym, the goal should always be to get a good and full body workout. Yoga before and after class helps us cool down. Each trainer's personality and style is different. Good mixed variety. Public restrooms have shower area. Bellcore Fitness has proven to be effective and I'm always looking forward to coming back, even with the half hour commute. I like that it's located in a residential apartment building. Low key and just an access code to get into the main doors. There's always retail parking spaces outside. If you get hungry, you can easily walk over to the Walgreens plaza down the street. I think I picked the right place for my strength training sessions. Hard core bootcamp intensive training, but yes, you won't die towards the end of each session. It's totally worth it, especially if you can get a good bargain on membership. Loving it so far. Amazing workouts. I just wish there's more Bellcore classes mid-morning or early afternoons too, especially for entrepreneurs and retired folks to choose from, but the audience tends to be younger working class folks. All positive here.

Love the place, super private and high end gym. Personal training services are legit, great team of trainers working together to bring you to the next level! I learn so much in so little time, fixed my injuries as well from CrossFit... their classes are super fun and challenging. The pool is clearly an extra warmed all year long!!!

Beautiful gym with all the equipment you could ask for! I took a couple of their classes with Coach Mike and I was sweating and working my muscles to fatigue. He really focuses on addressing our form so we get the most out of the session without hurting ourselves. I spoke to a woman who had been going there for a while and she mentioned he does that in all his classes, which made the difference for her in comparison to her other gym experiences. I felt energized and super pumped afterwards, and am very sore now two days later (love that!). The classes I took were intervals with strength and cardio, which I find to be the best for me to tone, build strength and increase endurance. Bonus - smells fresh and clean in there!! I love this sign in the class area

Guys, you deserve a high end gym!! This is the one!! With the beautiful and mysterious lights, it kinda feels like an upscale night club, which makes the exercise like dancing. Also, love the class coach here. Very instructive and nice, always keeping the energy high and motivating you to push yourself. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the equipment is top-notch. The parking is easy. Everything is new and clean. Highly recommend!

    Parking spot

It's a hiden gem in Santa Clara area. I love this place ! First of all, I love the parking convenience! Then I truly enjoyed working out while feeling like in the night club. There is a lot of restaurants near by , getting a bbq after a good leg workout is nice. There is also a swimming pool ! Can't recommend more !! I will write another review in about 6 months

FNS Training Center - Santa Clara…read more I recently dropped in for a 5AM class at FNS, and even from just one session, it's clear this place is built different. Right away, I noticed the tight-knit camaraderie. There's a strong sense of community that honestly feels even more connected than other group fitness gyms like F45. As a first-timer, I felt welcomed from the start. The energy is on another level. The headset mic system helps amplify coaching across the large floor space, making the session feel clear and high-energy. Coach Brenden's shout-outs during the workout were electric--you could tell everyone was feeding off it. After class, Kim at the front desk was incredibly helpful--she walked me through a tour and went over my InBody results in detail. That kind of individual attention isn't something you always get, and it really stood out. My wife joined me for the class too (she had to rush out early since she works in Menlo by 6:30 AM), but we were both impressed by the vibe and professionalism. On a personal note--I've admired Brian Nunez from afar since meeting him a couple of times back in the 2006-2008 Club One / Active Sports Club days. It felt full-circle finally stepping into the space he's built. He's become a truly respected leader in the fitness industry, and FNS absolutely reflects that vision. As someone turning 40 this year, raising a 4-year-old and a teen, and down 70+ lbs since April 2024, fitness isn't just about reps for me--it's about reclaiming my life. FNS brings that intention, energy, and leadership I respect deeply. Whether you're starting fresh or leveling up--FNS is the real deal.

Why can't I give more than 5 stars??!…read more If you are like me and HATE working out, Lena is the personal trainer you never knew you needed. She provides a judgement-free environment with zero pressure from others because it's just you and her during the 1:1 sessions. She gives the right amount of push, positive reinforcement, and guidance so you can achieve your own goals. She is firm and demanding, but somehow gentle and understanding at the same time, too. She checks in to see how you're feeling at the start, multiple times during, and at the end of each session. She is attentive, provides clear instructions, models the movements, and is very open to modifying exercises and expectations based on what you personally need. I also love that her gym is smaller than a typical corporate gym. It has a cozier, less intimidating feel to it. Not to worry, though. Her gym is fully stocked and she has everything you need to achieve a full-body workout. In addition to a free consultation (5-10 min talk re: goals + 30 min workout), she offers single sessions or you can buy a package of sessions at a slight discount. In terms of scheduling, she's very accommodating. I've had to change my session to another day several times now and she was really great about squeezing me in on another day of the week. If you're on the fence about signing up, don't be. Lena is nothing like the personal trainer stereotypes out there. She's personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Do this for your future self; you won't regret it!

It's not that I don't think women can be good trainers. I just figured a male trainer would better know my needs because he's also male. However, it's hands-down the best decision I've made regarding my health goals. Lena knows her stuff and the results I've been seeing is definite proof. I started with Lena four months ago and I'm down 13 lbs. I've gained noticeable muscle in my arms, legs, back, and abs. She not only pushes me to do challenging workouts, she customizes it for me so I never feel like I can't do something. She holds me accountable, but doesn't ever make me feel bad if I'm a little lax one week. She also works with me to monitor my macros. I definitely didn't want to track macros at first because I was afraid all I'd get to eat was chicken breast and egg whites. I do eat a lot of that, but I also get to eat what I want. I use her guidelines to stay on track and she reminds me that it's more about hitting macros over an average week. If I went carb heavy one day, I should make up for it by cutting back a bit the next day - it all evens out if you do it right. Can I work out on my own? Yes. Can I track macros on my own? Yes. But Lena provides the accountability piece that keeps me honest and motivated. Plus, she's positive, encouraging, and easy to chat with. Makes the one hour session go by pretty quick. Definitely recommend training with Lena. She's great!

Some things I've learned: front of the studio gets better airflow and it's easier to hear the instructors, back of the studio has a fan (up to you if you like to feel the breeze directly on you) and is closer to the speakers for hearing music. Being near the music is always great but I find the instructors spend more time at the front of the studio. Again, up to you if you want the extra attention or prefer to stay hidden. Shoutout to my fav instructors- Trupti, Zoey, Meral, and Jasmine. Always an excellent workout. This gym's owner has an inability to let go of 110% complete control of his gym and the movements…read morehis members' make with their bodies while coaching. Specifically, do not ever take a class with the owner (Peter) if you have an injury and require a substitution for a specific movement. For example, I have a severe knee injury. The only thing that relieves my knee pain is the circular motion of riding a bike combined with the analgesic relief that cardio from bike riding has been proven to provide. Meanwhile, one morning, Peter refused to let me ride the gym's erg bike as a substitute for one of the standard movements, which happened to be Jumping rope. After he continued to refuse to let me substitute bike riding for jumping rope, I said out loud to him, "Peter. This is my body. My choice." And yet he still refused to let me ride the erg bike. So I walked out. And I asked via email for my membership to end Sept 18. Then I had a discussion with other coaches who would let me use the bike whenever I felt like it. They convinced me to stay on as a member. But Peter refused to let me keep my membership unless I agreed to do whatever substitutions Peter deemed appropriate. Peter also gave a long lecture to his staff that week, insisting no coach should let me use the erg bike when I ask for it. And then on the morning of August 4, I realized Peter had canceled my membership early because the app was trying to charge me a "drop in" price just to sign up for that morning's classes. When I asked him to reinstate my membership, even if it was just until the date I had originally requested of Sept 18, he refused. He said I could only stay a member if I had a meeting with him and agreed to comply with whatever terms and conditions HE so chooses. He hides behind the guise of his "specific training program backed by science". But that's such a joke. And he knows he's a joke. He knows most of the members hate him. It's obvious by the low attendance for classes that he coaches. And he's taking out his issues on me simply because he can. It's so infuriating because it's so obvious to me he's suffering from severe control issues brought on by his behavioral and severe personality disorders. If he really wanted to give me a proper substitute and cared about my longevity he'd perhaps suggest I throw a d-ball up against the wall and catch it. Or something to that effect. But instead he gives me BS moves like calf raises, while refusing to let me ride the erg bike. Meanwhile the other trainers are courteous and respectful and gracious and allow me to make whatever substitutions I want. The only problem is a lot of the coaches quit working here because Peter's behavior drives them away. So there's always someone "in training". He also wastes members' time and staff's time with long lectures before or after classes. And he refuses to change his ways--often arguing with members. He's disrespectful when he insists that a coach knows a members' needs better than the members does. I've noticed he also tries to train his younger staff with this same methodology: "a coach knows better about a member's body than the members". For me, that breaks a moral boundary. There's another incident where a member did not want to box because of her elbow injury. But he insisted she box. Of course, she then reinjured her elbow. And that to me is sickening. The workouts themselves can be somewhat good. But nothing makes up for Peter's terrible management style and the nonsense policies he tries to enforce. In summary, this gym is a disaster. And the owner is a disgrace to this franchise. Edit in response to Peter's comment on my review: Peter's talking about himself in the third person because he was the trainer that day. Also, Peter, that's obviously just cut-and-paste lip service. You're obviously grasping at straws to protect your bottom line. You absolutely do NOT care about your members whatsoever. And you do NOT wish me well in my health journey. You make it obvious you only care about one things: having ultimate control of your franchise and its members. And if you can't control them, then you cancel their membership. If you actually cared, you would not have cancelled my membership before I asked for it to end. The fact that you effectively kicked me out of your club before I wanted to quit simply because I wanted to use the erg bike as a substitute for whatever movement I so chose just goes to show how severely warped your behavioral and personality issues really are.

He configures the gym in a way that any workout can be performed (be it fun or draining), and always keeps the clients' interests in mind by offering training advice, customizing programs, and providing a wide range of interesting group classes that welcome everyone to join. My main trainer, Smitha, further widens my horizons for training. Her background in yoga has helped me improve my flexibility and strength all at the same time.
