I asked Adrianna for a deep clean for my new, empty, and small 2 bedroom apartment I am moving into. On the phone, I described the deep clean I needed, and she agreed that her team could do the job. She ended up increasing the price when I reminded her that I wanted the dishwasher and around the fridge to be cleaned. I was completely fine with that because I trusted that she'd clean the areas I pointed her to. She was also very polite and seemingly knowledgeable, so it was fairly easy in the beginning for me to establish that trust. I opened and showed her the dirty cabinets and storage closets, and also pointed to multiple areas behind the fridge, around the toilet, near the stove, near the walls, etc. It took them 6 hours to clean a small 2-bedroom, empty apartment. By "clean", I mean about 75% of it was clean. I opened a couple of the cabinets I directly pointed her to and for some reason, they still had dirt that I had to sweep out of them. She also broke an electrical cover in the kitchen, and when I asked where the other broken part was (so I can let my landlord glue it back together or fix it), she said she threw it away... I was completely dumbfounded by this because now I don't even have the broken part for my landlord to repair it. Some areas of the wall connected to the floor weren't cleaned either. I didn't mention this when I did the walk through because I had an event to go to after so I was in quite a rush, and I wasn't expecting to wait 6 hours for them to call me. I paid quite a bit for her service, but everything felt like it was scrubbed on the surface, ju not enough for the deep clean I paid for. I also texted and called her after her service to get the photos she took of my apartment so I can show my landlord, but she ended up ghosting me completely. read more

I hired Belle Aire for a deep cleaning of a relative's new apartment that was VERY dirty prior to a move-in. I wanted a two person crew for two half days. After being talked into hiring them for one whole day instead and moving the carpet cleaners back two days to accommodate their schedule, with all 5 star Yelp reviews, I was expecting great things. Or at least a very clean house. I didn't get it. The cleaning was just barely okay. There were two people who showed up, but the one was the visibly pregnant daughter of the owner who moved with the speed of a sloth and didn't clean anything that was more than 6 inches above or below the level of her expanded waist.. Most of the time she sat down while she casually ran the rag over the surfaces of things. Additionally. because she was pregnant, her mother wouldn't let her use any cleaning products, even Windex, and the girl had zero concept of the meaning of the phrase "elbow grease". I think she was only there to keep her mother company and to disappear on the 90+ minute "lunch break" in the middle of the day with her. All in all, the cleaning was mediocre at best. They showed up late, they didn't move very fast and they took a lot of time to chit chat with me and each other instead of cleaning. In no way was this a "deep cleaning". I hired someone else (who was great btw and is now the regular housekeeper for my family member) the day before to do most of the kitchen before Belle Aire got there and I ended up with a rag and bucket in hand and cleaned up after, and along side, them and they still didn't manage to finish. She also said on the phone that they would bring all their own supplies, but when she got there she said she didn't use her vacuum cleaner on anyone's house except her regular clients. What? I ended up running to Target to buy a vacuum cleaner and then she stood over me while I put it together instead of cleaning. He also brought very few rags or cleaning supplies. Certainly not what would be needed for a deep cleaning. The real kicker was at the end of the job I was told that she didn't take checks and she wanted me to give her $350 cash. In fact she outright insisted I should pay her in cash. On the phone setting up the appointment she said didn't charge by the hour but by the job, but that the maximum would be $300. And even admitted taht she never said one thing about not taking checks. Not on the initial inquiry phone call. Not when she called back to set up the appointment and discuss the specifics. Not once during the whole time she was at the house. It was after 6 pm and I told her I did not have the cash. If she'd told me early I could have gone to the bank when I went to buy the vacuum! She rudely and loudly said "can't you go to the ATM and get it"? Seriously? No. I was not going to run to the ATM and get the cash and even if I did, I couldn't get $350 out. I insisted that she take the check and then was given some shady story about not having a bank account for herself, her daughter or the business because her purse had been stolen. More back and forth about the drama of her sad life ensued and at this point I was getting really worried about who the hell we'd let into our house and thought she was going to threaten me or something if I didn't come up with the cash. Well, I'm not easily threatened, especially after having spent the day cleaning along side her and her listless daughter! She was damn lucky I didn't balk at the price and was willing to give her a check for $350. After much back and forth about which so-called relative to make the check out to, I ended giving them a check and sending them on their way. Good riddance! I wasn't even going to write a bad review for them. But two hours later I get a call from my niece (who the cleaners knew had just given birth to a premature baby four days before) saying that the cleaners were calling her and they couldn't cash the check and that she needed to give them the cash. Right there and then. At 9 pm at night. What the hell?! My niece was actually scared. So I got on the phone and discovered that she was at some check cashing place and they were refusing to give her friend (who she wanted the check made out to) the money. NOT MY PROBLEM. I told her to go to Wells Fargo in the morning (the bank the check was written from) and get the money and stop calling us again. She yelled at me for at least five minutes and I finally hung up on her when she refused to understand that we were going to hospital to be with the baby in the neonatal ICU and did not have time to deal with her and her BS anymore. So...be warned. I don't think the other reviews here are legit. Or if they are, perhaps we hired Belle Aire's alter-ego and would NEVER do it again or recommend them, for anything, to anyone. Where do I even begin in how to explain how bad my apartment had gotten....let's just say it was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. My one bedroom is on the small side, and keeping clutter in check has always been a bit of a challenge for me. Add to that the fact that I was not blessed with being one of those people who find cleaning therapeutic, and it just snowballed from there. I found Adriana/ Belle Aire via a private Facebook group, and decided to put aside my fear of being judged and give it a try. So. Glad. I. Did. My place has never been cleaner, and with this refresh I finally feel like I can keep on top of it. Belle Air came to my rescue. An urgent call the night before, and she was there the next day. My garage was a disaster. She methodically and efficiently made her way from one end to the other. She shows compassion and understanding, not a critical attitude toward the mess, which is one reason I called her. Our mouths were dropping open at how great it looked when she was done. There was so much construction dust in the house, I could write my name anywhere with my finger. I was concerned how it could affect my dog. She respectfully cleaned around what was there (we'll have her back again). No way to say the relief when I saw the CLEAN floor and furniture again. I was on crutches with knee surgery.
