SERIOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! They didn't cut corners. I didn't notice anything they could've done better! And I've tried a few different companies. They gave me a heads up when they thought they needed a bit more time to finish. Because there were only 2 ladies, it took them a long time (and i do have a small house), but they did a phenomenal job and it was totally worth it. It was more expensive than other companies, but that's not affecting my review because I am focusing on the quality of work. The cleaners are great but the MANAGEMENT is terrible. Today is the second day in a row the management said they would be available and they never showed up. After waiting around for 30 minutes I finally called and she said there was an "emergency" however she never let me know, just let me wait around instead. Yesterday she apologized and said they would come today- same thing happened again. So just understand if you book management is all over the place and they might not show up. read more

This cleaning service is AWFUL!! The two woman especially the older one was rude and extremely unprofessional, she was on the phone most of the time, my wife had to remind them to clean and dust our furniture, they would not move any of the furniture saying that it's their policy and spilled a glass of water on our computer blaming it on our cats (which were locked in another room)! They practically do not speak English so it was very difficult also to communicate. WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER GOTTEN FOR OUR HOME. read more

I don't usually write yelp reviews but since I depended on them to find a good cleaning service, I figured I'd add my experience. The ladies who cleaned my apartment were very courteous, and only charged me for the time they estimated it would take them to clean my place today. On first glance, it seemed they'd done a good job with my place, which is what I told the person from the company who texted me for an update when they were done. I appreciate that he or she was trying to follow up on the crew. On closer inspection, however, the job was only half done. The bathroom mirror was wiped down but the frame was dusty; the hardwood floors in the bedrooms were swept but still dirty. They dusted AROUND the coasters on the coffee table, they didn't move any rugs or the small couch to clean underneath despite my asking them to do so, the bed was half-made, as I'd left it that morning, and they didn't dust the crown molding even though I offered them a brush that would reach there and make it quick work. The inside of the microwave was clean but the stove wasn't even wiped down. My apartment, which has very little furniture, was neat before they started but I wanted them to do a thorough clean. I'll have to finish the job myself tomorrow. read more

I got a reminder/confirmation the day before which I appreciated. Stephanie and Patricia were very friendly, professional and got everything done within the time frame we discussed. After they were done the office touched base with me to check if I was satisfied with their service. Again, much appreciated. Great service! I called and a real person, not a machine answered my call. They managed to get a team together within a few hours and my place got the cleaning it needed. Highly recommended them. The two women they sent were very professional and pleasant. Being my first time, I only did the minimum of 2 hours. A lot or a little can be done in 2 hours, it all depends on the detail needed. Today my bathroom and kitchen/stove were done. They also vacuumed the living room. Next time they can concentrate on the other rooms. I will definitely hire them again to clean my place! read more

They spent an hour in two full bathrooms that are brand new and did not have any visible signs of scum in the bathtub or toilet. When I asked them why were they spending 1 hour and 30 min in the two bathrooms and why were there two people in one small bathroom the woman replied with a "the lady told us we had 3 hours." 3 HOURS? So you just think you can take advantage of us by what the woman told you?! 3 HOURS to clean two full bathrooms and a small kitchen that just needed the counters wiped down and the floor swept and mopped? WOW! I told her she had 30 min to complete my home because my roommates and I were NOT going to pay them to lolligag to make extra coin when it was NOWHERE NEAR a 2 hour job. They then started acting like Miss and Mrs. Speedy and completed cleaning the stove and countertops. They DID NOT MOP OR SWEEP our floors! I would not recommend them because they are going to purposely clean slow so they can make more off of you. Thank you, NEXT. read more

I needed a next-day clean on a 3 bed, 3 bath rental property and two cheerful ladies arrived (early) and did a thorough clean in five hours. I was impressed at how well they cleaned the 'fridge and they made the stove top look new. All bathrooms thoroughly done, floors polished, tile cleaned and the garage swept out. Excellent work from a friendly crew, and the supervisor was friendly and efficient on the phone, texting me confirmation and crew arrival. Last, but not least, this service was around 25% less than other estimates - they could easily have stretched it out to six hours given the state of the house - but they worked fast and well. I contacted 4 cleaning services for an estimate. Rainbow Maids was the first to respond, and quoted a very reasonable fee. The house had not been cleaned in quite awhile & everything was very messy & dirty. They responded quickly, gave me an appointment within a few days, & arrived on time. They did a very good job, the kitchen looked very clean, better than it had in years. Since it was a big job, they had to come back another day. Next time they cleaned 2 rooms, a workroom/bedroom & the bathroom. There was a lot of dust, clutter and disorder. They had to move everything, clean, then put it all back. They worked nonstop, & cleaned everything to a good standard. The bathroom was cleaner than I've seen it in years - the tub especially looked better than I could have hoped for. Loved them. Two women came and they got right to work. They were efficient, respectful, and nice. My apartment looks and smells great now. They honestly cleaned more than I expected them to. They didn't make too much noise and their chemicals smelled great, not like bleach death. Helpful tips when hiring any maids: - Always pay cash (don't forget to tip... They just had to clean your grimy nasty crap) - Be there when they clean (to prevent theft & answer any questions.
