But at Guille's Not only were the mechanics there courteous , professional and understanding they were able to find a very rare tire that he needed to get our car back on the road. It took 6 days and I had to call everyday to get any sort of updates, they rebroke the piece they fixed making it take even longer. They then gave me a crappy key that doesn't fit my doors, or key fob and now my key fob won't work so I'm locked out. They suggested I watch a YouTube video to fix it, if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend!

I suppose I should mention too that it was 8:40 in the morning and the temp was going to be in the high 90's. Thankfully we were stalled next to an opening in the pylons to the south traveling traffic so when the car had cooled enough, we got off at the first available exit-Hanover St and found this garage. The two gentleman at Whay's were so SO kind and quickly diagnosed our problem (bad fan motor) and offered us advice as to who could fix it quickly for us (we were en route to Maine for work). The woman who works here even offered us water. We were so grateful for their kindness and that they took the time to even look at the car given they were already backed up with work so they must be good.
