Long wait times, bad customer service, cheap aftermarket parts. My ignition broke and I called ahead to see if they could fix it, they said yes, this was the beginning of my nightmare. It took 6 days and I had to call everyday to get any sort of updates, they rebroke the piece they fixed making it take even longer. They then gave me a crappy key that doesn't fit my doors, or key fob and now my key fob won't work so I'm locked out. They suggested I watch a YouTube video to fix it, if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend! read more

If only I'd listened to the other reviews. Over 5 hours for a repair with an appointment. For context, I was quoted 90 minutes. I definitely learned a lesson, this is not the place you go if you want your time valued. Let's think about each missed opportunity to create a life long LOCAL customer: 1. Under promise, over deliver. Very basic business principle, they could have quoted a time more than expected. They scheduled multiple customers for a repair that uses specialized equipment -- but the equipment can only accommodate one vehicle at a time. This is inefficient, and 100% avoidable. I would have valued a call to let me know to come in later or either for another day because of the scheduling situation. But that did not happen. 2. Communicate. Again, another basic business principle. If you know you have other vehicles in queue, then the wait time is additional, so let the customer know so that they can adjust. A simple phone call can go a long way. Or even a heads up in person. Anything is better than literally wasting the time of your paying customers. 3. Compassion. It was like they literally could not care less that I was waiting in a filthy, tire-fume filled, exceptionally warm room for so long. Never offered water, anything. But, they're still in business. So people don't demand better. Well the best way to do so is to do so is with how we spend our money. I'm not so dramatic to loudly declare that I will never go here again. But it's very unlikely that the next time I go looking for service for my vehicle, that Just Tires will be in the running for where my money goes. read more

I recently had new tires installed at another Just Tires location and they unfortunately forgot to program the TPMS sensors. The original shop was over an hour away, but Deion at the Glen Burnie location was able to get me in the same day and had the sensors mated to my truck in no time. I had a flat tire and my tire had a 4inch cut into that could not be saved. I sounded up getting 4 brand new tires and an oil change. My dad and. I went talking to the manager from Sweden. He was a kind, helpful, cool person. A lot of thumb ups from him. That service was awesome. Poor Customer Service I came in as a "walk-in" at 9A.M. on a Monday morning. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time by the receptionist. Some time after the 2-HR time lapse, I inquired about my place in line -- to which I was told that they only accommodate customers by appointments only. I had expressed to the Store Manager that I have been waiting since 9A.M., and that his receptionist quoted me otherwise. He was very apathetic about my concern, so I left. I asked to have 2 rear tires replaced along with 2 tire pressure sensors. They told me it would take 1.5 hours but was stuck there for 2.5 hours. For some reason the mechanic pulled out the cabin air filter from the glove compartment in order to try to sell me a new filter. This had nothing to do with replacing the tires. Tons of laughing and carrying on in the garage. Once the job was completed, I asked them if the TPMS idiot light and the warning on the digital display had turned off. Mechanical said I needed to drive it for a few minutes. Drove it and for 20 minutes and warning lights are still on. I checked the tire pressure on the 2 new tires. The tp is supposed to be 32 PSI. One new tire was at 40 PSI and the other was at 55 PSI. Warning lights are still on and wont go off. I am afraid to take the car back because I don't want them to screw the car up even more. Very disappointed after reading similar reviews. This place has gone down hill since the last time I was there. read more

I made an online appointment on 12/10 to have all 4 tires replaced on my Infiniti G37x as well as have an alignment done. I had to reschedule twice due to work and they were understanding and patient each time, having no issues rescheduling. Fast forward to today, 12/20, where I had an appointment at 5pm that I was determined to make. I arrive at 5 and my car was in a service bay by 5:15 and I was back on road by 6:20 with a straight alignment and four new Goodyear Eagle Sport All Season tires mounted and balanced. The pricing stayed the same, there were no pushy sales pitches, nor any made up issues discovered with my car; just straight up good service. I did look for the "no guns" sign as mentioned by other reviews and did not find it, and I was carrying as I was off-duty. In my opinion, concealed is concealed; no one should know. If you asked me how would I rate this place 3 or 4 years ago it would have been a 4 or 5. In the past 1 1/2-2 years things have gone downhill. I bought a 3-year alignment package with Pep boys in Glen Burnie. It was always a hassle and the car was never aligned well when I left. I searched the area and found just tires had a good price on a similar package. While considering them, I had just missed a money off special. Neil was super nice and allowed me to have the discount even though the deal was expired. My first couple of alignments went smoothly. About an hour to an hour and a half wait, and plenty of chances to have it done on the weekend. By the second year of the deal, scheduling an alignment on the weekend was almost impossible. I gave up the entire 3rd year of my package because of covid and the scheduling difficulties. Having spent a good deal of time waiting in the lobby, I can say that they grossly underestimate the amount of time things take. One instance sticks in my mind where a woman needed new tires. They told her 1 1/2 hours if she waited. I left around the hour and a half mark and her car was not even in a bay yet. It was going to be at least another hour. I love this place. They go above and beyond what is expected for customer service and do not give you the 'skeezy' feeling of most auto shops. I have been here 3 times and each was exceptional. Their communication, followup, pricing, and expectation setting, is perfect! They have stayed late to talk to us, put air in our tires, explain something, etc. If you have any questions or hesitations the guy we worked with was willing to explain them thoroughly. He is humble and funny. I cannot remember his name but I wish I did because I would write their corporate office about how exceptional he was. He has an accent. Below are my examples of why I highly recommend JustTires in Glen Burnie! 1) I got a flat, it couldn't be patched, and I had a new tire put on my car that day! The price was great, and came with a warranty to replace it for $50 if it didnt last for 45k miles. 2)Above referenced tire busted when I ran over another lovely Baltimore City Pothole. It got that tire and my rear tire. Turns out I needed 4 new tires since mine were pretty bald. I did not feel like I was being cheated into this news and paid for 3 new tires - they actually looked up my warranty for the 3rd and I paid $50 for that one! 3) They offer free patching of tires right now. My thought was they would say it couldnt be patched and their benefit is they get to sell you a new tire. My boyfriend went in for his slow leak and the guy told us it probably couldnt be patched because it was on the curve. He got a call 30 minutes later that the tire was patched in TWO places and that his bill was $0 and could come pick the car up. I have used Just Tires (3) times so far. All three visits I have left pleased. I bought four tires for my car back in 2013, and bought four tires or my truck. Both times I feel I got a better deal and service at just tires than the others I called. Now to prove my point after they installed my truck tires I left and noticed that my brakes weren't working right. I had a leak in my brake line, my truck is about fifteen years old and my lines I'm sure were about to need replacing. I brought the truck right back and ( without any questions said he would repair the line). I was never expecting that. Then my car started to have a bad vibration, I went in to have them take a look and to make sure that they were still balanced. Neil took the car back and checked and rebalanced all four tires. Now it's been 41/2 years and I know I did not buy the warranty for the car. He charged me nothing. Both times I have had a problem Neil has been working. It's always has been no questions asked Neil has just taken care of the problems even though both of my experiences could have been blamed on me. I plan to use Just tires in the future for all my vehicles. It's nice to get a no hassle experience once in a while. read more

Went in on Thursday for a simple tire patch. I was told unless I wanted to leave the car or wait long, it would be all day because they were busy. Ok fine. Made an appointment for 10:00 the very next day. Checked in at 9:50 and they didn't even take the car back until 10:50. I asked the tech if he would be done in the next 20 minutes because i had to get to work. He shook his head and said no, so I had to leave. They have no sense of urgency there. I came here with the intention of purchasing a tire they suggested on their website that was 125.00 when I got there to my appointment I was told that they did not have that tire so instead of spending 542.00 I ended up paying 752.00. Then they tried to get me for another 84 for alignment. I left there and my truck sounded like absolute shit... had to go back and they said it was the wheel weight. Refused to honor warranty. Bought the package a few years ago with lifetime balance and rotation. Set up the appointment to have the tires balanced and rotated. They kept the car for a day and didn't do it. They claimed that since the tires were too old (7 years) and had cracks (which are cosmetic). So basically they are voiding all lifetime balances and rotation for cosmetic cracks cracks now, because they don't want to honor the warranty. Goodyear customer service doesn't answer the phone and puts you on terminal hold. read more

I went to Just Tires this morning to have an oil change and wiper blades installed. I arrived at 8:30am, my scheduled drop off time, and found the doors locked. All the doors were locked and the lights were off. The sign on the door listed the hours and the store was supposed to be open at 7:30am. There were three employees in cars parked outside of the store. None of them got out of their cars to talk to me and I walked around to check the other doors. At 8:45am another employee arrived and opened the door and let me in. The employee that let me in had a bag from a convenience store in hand. I am normally someone who arrives early for scheduled appointments and it's a good thing I didn't. If I had arrived at 8:15am I would have left long before the other employee showed up to let me in. I have been to Just Tires on one other occasion and while it was an okay experience, the wait times are extremely long. When I scheduled an appointment online, I assumed that meant my car would be worked on when I drop it off. All it is a scheduled time to drop the vehicle off. That doesn't mean it will get worked on right away. As I was leaving this time, the employee asked what time I would like it done by and I informed him of the time. I have been to other places to get oil changes and it takes at most an hour and a half. Right now I am undecided as to whether I will return to Just Tires. I do not faithfully recommend this business. In my opinion, it is up to you to try and form your own opinion. This is the only place I've reviewed that I have not had strong feelings for or against. With that being said, it is located close to a Shop Rite Cafe which is a good place to wait if you have all day to wait. The price is cheap enough and online reservations and discounts are positives. The only negative is the wait time and the unprofessional service I received this morning. I have not had any major repairs done and after the experience this morning I would definitely go to a more reputable mechanic for anything more than an oil change. read more

I went to Just Tires as a last resort although they were a bit pricier, but you get what you pay for. A clean shop, quick service and a representative who cares. He went out to look at her car and mine to visually assess the wear on our tires. He was honest in telling me I did not need tires. He was friendly and professional. Right at closing, with a huge thunderstorm rolling through town, as we drove across the street from Just Tires, we picked up a nail and our tire began going flat. Yikes! We hurried over just as the OPEN sign out front was going dark. Dang! Not a problem for Marcus and Paul, and the manager Chris, who gallantly stayed past closing to patch our tire and helped us get home with only a slight delay.
