First off let me say a huge thank you to the men working at Guille's you really saved the day ! After spending the entire morning searching for a tire repair shop , my fiancé finally came to Guille's tire and auto repair after being told by over 3 shops that they couldn't help him , one guy even laughed in his face before telling him that no one carried the tire he needed . But at Guille's Not only were the mechanics there courteous , professional and understanding they were able to find a very rare tire that he needed to get our car back on the road. The team was fast , and very helpful and I will be returning very soon to get new tires for our other vehicle as well.. This is after they didn't tell me that they had to keep my car overnight and just closed up shop with my car inside. Do not go to this place! They put my life in danger! read more

K & K Tires is located at 823 Fairview Ave, Linthicum Heights, MD. ---- Last night (6/15) my front left (driver's side) tire had a hole in it and I had to pull over to a 7/11 in Glen Burnie to get air. The air wouldn't keep. I checked my other tires and noticed I had a bubble and gash in my front right tire as well. I couldn't drive home. It was late. I called multiple tire shops that were open, they couldn't help. I was able to speak to a Mobile Tire Service who said he could swap out the tires for me first thing in the morning so I had to lyft home and leave the car overnight. The next morning (6/16 == today), my mobile service tech picked up [what was supposed to be] two 235 tires from Gillies. We wanted to put a slightly wider tire on for both of the fronts (recommended is 225). I met the tech at 7/11 he put the two tires on and I asked him where he got them from because my back tires were closed to being bald as well. He said Gillie's. So I got the address and immediately went to Gillie's. I noticed my car was making a noise and wasn't driving like normal but I'm think it's just the new width of [what was supposed to be] the two 235 front tires. I pulled up to Gillie's trying to get back tires to replace the back tires. The service guy/worker (who actually sold the tires to my mobile guy) told me he didn't have them (the back tires) in stock and also that my car was staggering down the road/limping. Still unbeknownst to me that we (I and/ the mobile tire service guy) were sold two different sized front tires from Gillies, I went to three other tire places who didn't have the size of the back tires. I ended up finding K & K Tires this morning (thank god) trying to get the back tires replaced (which they had in stock), however, when I got there their mechanics were telling me that they couldn't change the backs cause the fronts were not even the same size. I ended up having them change the front two tires to the SAME/matching size. I was already seriously late for work so I had to go to work but I contacted the mobile tire repair guy to contact Gillie's while I was at work because I couldn't have my phone. He contacted them and told me to go back after work so they can fix everything. After work (within the last hour), I drove to Gillie's and was immediately met by the serviceman who told me earlier that my car was staggering, and he told me that he already knows what I'm here for (he got the call) and that he was going to get the manager, "Gillie". Gillie, instead of coming outside to speak to me directly, kept relaying messages to his employee and also my mobile tire repair guy (who I was on the phone with trying to get this resolved). Back and forth back and forth. I was waiting outside for 30 mins before I told my mobile service guy to call Gillie and tell him to come outside to speak to me because Gillie didn't want to fix the issue that they caused. My whole transmission could've went bad as the tires were different sizes and I have an all-wheel drive sports sedan. Gillie finally came outside trying to belittle me telling me "I don't know cars", "he was on the phone w/ the mobile tire repair guy when he was changing my tires" and a bunch of other lies. Definitely lying about being on the phone w/ the mobile service guy because I was right next to him as he was putting on the tires. At this point, it's a scene, there's other patrons there witnessing everything. Gillie wanted to just give me two 235 tires (which was supposed to had be the case in the first place), which wouldn't have fixed the situation as K & K Tires properly put two matching front tires on so I wouldn't ruin my transmission as I have to drive a lot of miles across the DMV. Gillie told me "it's on me if I want to make a bad review". Gillie would rather risk the reputation of his business than to make things right by his customer. PLEASE GO TO K & K Tires not too far from here if you value your vehicle and safety!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guille's is always there for you. I've been going to Guille's for 8 years. The guys there go out of their way to help you. The service is fantastic. I'm very picky about who I allow to touch my car. The guys always are there and professional I bought 4 used tires, rims, caps and wheel cap for my smart car. These rims and tires were practically brand new. I have them on my car to this day. Great, quick walk-in service! Decent price to patch my tire and service with a smile (guy with glasses in red Maryland sweatshirt -didn't get his name). My usual go-to place was closed (even tho website said it was supposed to be open) but Guille's took my car right away. Definitely my new go-to! read more

Horrible business ... clueless is and understatement on there knowledge of wrenching on cars ..... they don't even know how to torque down lugs properly..... It's scary to think people like this can even operate a shop with such little knowledge read more

Really great body shop, came in to get a couple of things done on my car (Oil change, Alignment, Struts and New Tires) and the mechanic Ryan REALLY did a great job in NO TIME! Fair pricing and quick work. Seriously, I'm a busy man, so for me to take my time & write a review (for free) is proof enough; You gotta check em out. Owner is really helpful and friendly as well. This is by far the worse managed shop in the area. First of all they at not honest about their capabilities. I had an issue with my tire leaking around the valve stem. They take off the tire and tell me I got to get the part from the Auto parts store then put the tire back on. So I go get the tire pressure sensor. They take the tire off again and this guy don't know how to change the part. So I got too wait till some other guy gets here mean while they go wait on some other cars. When this other guy gets in he fixes it, I pay 20 and go home. I leave out to go to work that night, the cars find till I hit the highway. My front end shaking and I know it's because of that tire the had worked on. So my schedule won't allow me to get back there till Tuesday. Tuesday I get there and their like ok but we got to charge you 5 to 10 to balance it. I naturally dispute it because they should of balanced it when the replaced the sensor. Then they try too tell me it's probably one pic my other tires for which I disagree because of just got my car looked over for front and rear alignment. I had no prior issues but the leaky valve stem that just started. If they had checked the balance prior to reinstalling the tire it would not had shook like it did. These guys get an 'F'. First for insulting my intelligence as a female second for trying to get over on a female. read more
