If i could leave 0 stars i would. This is the most unprofessional business ever. COMING FROM A BUSINESS OWNER! I came in to buy 4 tires and get them mounted and balanced. Well i left with 4 tires mounted but not balanced at all, my wheels never even touched the balance machine. Now if you have common sense you would know that driving on an unbalanced tire is extremely dangerous, let alone all 4! I have called them since and explained to them that my tires weren't balanced yet i paid $62 to get all 4 balanced. The lady on the phone told me that since i took my vehicle to another tire shop closer to home to get my wheels balanced correctly (come to find out that a tire they sold me has a flat spot and is also not safe to drive on) so i could drive safely with my infant in the vehicle, that my 30 day warranty is automatically voided... yet no where on the invoice does it say anything about that. Then i told her they shouldn't charge people for work that WAS NOT done and she kept arguing with me. A FAILURE TO COMPLETE WORK IS A BREACH OF WARRANTY AND SHOULD BE COVERED !!! DO NOT TRUST K AND K TIRES!! I purchased a rear tire today 01/09/2025. I left, drive to work, went to leave work and hopped on 95 (a heavily traveled highway) and the same tire they replaced flew off across the highway, rim and all!! Skidded 45-50 ft down 95. Almost crashed and could have killed a fellow traveler. It gets worse, I called them and a tow truck came to tow my car in. Once I arrived, nobody addressed me and asked me if I was okay or offered any concern. Then, when it came to the replacement of the tire, they replaced the tire but then when I asked about replacing my rim, a refund, and possible brake or axle damage, a woman told me it's my fault the tire flew off and offer another excuse of ice. I did not accept any of those response. She refused to replace my rim that shot across 95 and told me if I wanted a refund then I can forget about the rim. To me, that doesn't make any sense because it doesn't replace all that was damaged or lost due to their lack of safety processes and standard operating procedures. In no way making the situation, right. This is about principle. As a long time business in the community, I did not expect this treatment. My entire family has been using k and k for 30 plus years and this situation showed me k and k cannot be trusted with quality of work, safety for their customers, nor care and consideration for another human life. I am attaching videos and pictures. They did not replace my standard rim. They provided me with a plain metal rim. Then said that is all. I didn't even feel comfortable allowing it to go back to k and k but was out of options since it was close to 4. I'm in utter disbelief and shock at the lack of compassion, professionalism, safety standards, lack of accountability, and so much more. I hope the owner sees how their employees and managers treat their customers as well as the lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Please do not trust your car to them. If I could give it NO starts I WOULD!!! Today morning my mom went to fix her tire we just needed a new valve nothing crazy! One white lady there was extremely rude and condescending! Just because my mom does not speak good English, she thought it was okay to be rude, ignore her, and when giving the total she decided to raise her voice at my mom and put her ugly hand in her face to tell her it was $10. Once my mom paid the lady just walked away all mad. I understand it was early but there was no reason for her to be rude to a costumer just because she did not speak English or whatever her reasoning was it was messed up. Don't go here!!!! read more

Last Thursday was my 2nd visit to this establishment. I returned because of the quick and reasonably priced service that I received on my first visit. But now, I will be returning because of the integrity of the worker who was supervising the work on my car. I went in fully prepared to spend close to $1000 for 4 new tires. My primary concern was a slow leak in one tire, but I knew my tires were "older" and I was too lazy to properly check the tread. Thanks to the honesty of the gentleman who was coordinating the work, I only got the leak fixed; he said that otherwise the tires were still in good shape. I know that anyone who doesn't know a lot about cars in general and specifically tires, could be an easy target for upselling---but thanks to the honesty and integrity of that gentleman, I saved nearly $1000!!! I've had my tires serviced here twice. Never had any issues. You get what you pay for in my opinion. Getting used tires, I pay a fraction of the cost. If you want a flawless service and exceptional customer service with great refund policies and warrantees you might have to pay full price somewhere else. (again you get what you pay for) Customer service is not the best. The younger lady and older man weren't friendly but I don't go there for friendly service. I go there because I need cheap tires. The guys actually doing all the work are really nice and helpful. Not here to bash the place or uplift it, just wanted to give an opinion. Want cheap tires go here. I had my tire patched, when I started my car the check engine light came on. I told him about this he told me to drive it 5 mins. I drove it on the highway the light didnt go off. I went back and he insisted the check engine has nothing to do with my tire but he is wrong. The light is on due to the sensor. I will never return. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my car's tires. I called K&K to get an appointment (this was on a Saturday morning) and was instead told they were open until noon. So, drove over to what looked like a dilapidated house. Don't let that fool you. They immediately took my car, quickly removed the leaking tire and in less than 15 min came back with it repaired. These people know what they're doing and do it quickly. Can't beat that. read more

Quick and easy place to get tires. I was given options and prices right off hand. Service was fast and they do it on a first come, first serve basis. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes since they were full once I arrived. However I was in and out with two new tires shortly after! From my experience you cannot beat the service or prices. So far I've only had them fix flats (plugs) but when it comes time to replace my tires I will definitely come here. As said in other reviews they do have an odd setup --- it is first-come-first-served. People line up in their vehicles on the road outside and go in as space is made available. Road is not huge and note that some commercial trucks use this place as well, so things sometimes get confusing and a bit tight. But once in they are fast, do great work, and their prices are great. It does look like Sanford and Son's junkyard, however they do tires and only tires, and they do them well. Highly recommended. Also highly recommend getting there about 15 minute prior to their daily opening if possible to get in front of the line. I've never done otherwise, but you may end up waiting for quite a while if you don't, which is a tribute to their reputation: LOTS of customers. read more

K&K is hidden on a sleepy little back road past the bowling alley, but easy to find as it's right on the corner and the only thing there. Also unmistakable as there are cars and tires everywhere, making it look one step up from your uncle's backyard. There is a sign directing you to service in the back, so if you're a first timer you'll automatically follow that in only to get waved back and told to get in line behind the regulars who know how their operation works. Then you will notice the cars parked at the stop sign across the way. That was a little annoying as with all the cars everywhere there was no real way to tell the customers apart from the workers or even the neighbors. However, from the time I arrived to the time I spent in line to getting worked on and paying and leaving was exactly one half hour. My tire had a nail in it and I figured I would be spending my entire Saturday waiting for it to get fixed. They have an impressive and efficient operation, and they had that tire off, examined, and patched - not plugged - practically faster than it takes me to pump my gas. I was also impressed at the ridiculously reasonable price they charged me for that service. Now that I know where they are, what they do, and how well they do it, I'm going to be happy to line up as one of their regulars. read more

After searching and explaining to multiple auto and tire places my horror story of crap tires/rims with no help at all, these guys took me under their wing.
