This was at the end of December I went here to get acrylic and gel polish. I called ahead to make sure they had acrylic and they said that was fine. I go in and the nail tech is already taking off my nails when she pulls out the gel and says this is acrylic and gel but then later says it is only gel and that is all they do there. She did a pretty good job copying the design I came in with but because it was gel it kept falling and there were many bumps on the nails that she did not fix. No arch was put in for structure. She used clippers and a knife to pop off the lifted parts of the nail. It was painful. And gel is painful as it is because of the heat needed from the light to harden it. Hence why I always go with acrylic. It came to $65 for the worst nails I have ever gotten done. The gel polish did not go all the way to the sides of the nail and nor did the top coat. I got my nails done at this salon this past weekend. It was my first time. I called ahead and made an appointment. Upon arriving, parking was a pain but it's in a strip mall with a shop rite which was a zoo this Saturday (before thanksgiving) afternoon. When I walked in, I was very promptly greeted with a warm welcome. The salon is esthetically serene and very attractive. Price was reasonable. $55 for gel fill in as quoted via telephone. I had broke a nail so I knew I would have to pay extra for that. The girl Kim did my nails and she did an excellent job. As I was in the chair an employee came up and she started massaging my shoulders which was nice. Another woman came over and told Kim to fix the corners of my nails because they were lifting and she told me she would have Kim do a new set so I wouldn't get a fungus or an infection from water getting under them. I agreed because my nails really could use a refresh, granted they're all my nails but it really could have used a soak off and start over. BUT...the only NEW nail she put on was the one I broke. The rest was a normal fill in. When I went to check out the guy who rang me up, who I think was the manager, said new set and before he could tell me how much I had to explain that a new set is not fixing one nail. I said if they took them all off, ok but one nail does not justify a new set. He then charged me $65 which I thought was fake for the fill and all the fixes. I will definitely go back and would recommend anyone to visit this salon but just be mindful of what they're charging you and for what. I felt like I was being tricked a little with that "new set" scam which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. read more

My friend and I booked a last minute mani/pedi here. It is a little farther from my house but it was one of the few nail places open past 7:30 and we couldn't get home any sooner. Def a plus. Needless to say, I'm so glad it led us to discover this nail salon! I moved to the area pretty recently and have been to so many other places and this by far outdoes them all. The staff was exceptionally nice, so happy and friendly. And they did an excellent job! My mani still hasn't chipped and it's been three days (all the other places I've been they chip 1 or 2 days after, I wash my hands a lot). Because of all of the 5 star reviews, I made an appointment at Belle Nails for a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax (weekday, lunchtime). I am extremely happy with the services that I received. The salon is immaculate, the staff is very polite (they took my coat and hung it up), and they even provide you with a password, in case you need to use your iPad! Jennifer did an excellent job on my nails and my eyebrows. They also have a wide selection of nail polish colors (and brands) to choose from. Side note: although I did not get a pedicure, they have at least a dozen pedi chairs, too! I will definitely return to this salon. read more

I felt like I was getting the bum's rush--they worked on my pedicure and manicure simultaneously, which did not make for a relaxing experience. It wasn't as if the place was busy and they needed to move clients. My gel manicure lasted for at least four weeks... that's how you know it's a great place.. prices are fair as well especially for what your getting and the experience. Bijou handled my manicure, she was lovely. Margarita took care of my feet (which haven't been done in months haha) she was just as lovely and really put her all into my pedicure. Excellent service. The manicure was neat and she left them longer as I asked, although not completely even length, but I'm being nit picky. I got a chair massage while getting my nails done and it was exceptional. I have been blessed to have gotten many massages in my life. I walked in at 7:30pm on a Thursday for a mani/pedi and was asked to come back tomorrow because they close at 8pm. That's questionable business practice to begin with, but especially so when the door and Yelp say they close at 9pm on Thursdays. I pointed this out, and the owner said "OK, please pick a color." Great. The service at Belle Nails is as friendly as it comes. Chris and Rosa did my mani and pedi and were both lovely and attentive. The salon is bright, big, and clean. Dishonest about their service! Walked in without an appointment for a pedicure. Very curt and rude, like they were doing me a huge favor! My usual place Vogue was closed on Sunday, so I tried this place that I see at Interstate. The technician hands me a menu and sells me on a $55 pedicure which is supposed to include a 10 min foot massage and callus remover. I don't know how she got it all done in 25 minutes. The people were really nice and helpful here, and the building was clean and newly remodeled, which was nice. The reason I had to give this place two stars was because all of my nails were filed extremely crooked and after two days, my fake nails were falling off. It was almost as if they used those three dollar fake nail kits you find in a drugstore. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have a chance look at my nails until I left (because my hands were underneath the table under the UV lights), and that was when I noticed that every single one sloped downward. I ended up filing them when I got home, that's how distracting it was. I am very disappointed with the quality of their work... First time came to belle nails.. Really clean, the place looks like a spa, with a modern decor gives you a Pleasant feeling. The pedicure chairs have a really good massage feature. The place is brand new. The really cool thing is that they have a kid section, with a TV. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I am a regular visitor to this nail salon. My mother and I visit together every time she is in town to get her feet done. My mother being fully puerto rican, loves to chat the girls up that do feet since they seem to only have the latinos do the feet at this store... yes they seem to only let these women do feet and seldom do hands. I've come to find out these techs are actually forced to service any customer the manager tells them to take regardless if they are in the middle of working on an existing client. Today the manager forced the tech who was doing my feet and was supposed to do my hands, to not do my hands and do a walk in that was waiting to get her feet done. Now that women did nothing wrong but i had called a day in advance to book our appointment for 1pm. I even confirmed this morning to ensure they were still good. Why did you send my tech to work on another person when she was in the middle of taking care of me? I am not mad at the techs or the walk in, they did nothing wrong. I am disappointed that this man introduced himself at the door and knew we came in for a double mani pedi and basically cancelled my manicure. They could have had my mother and I's manicures done at the same time instead he wanted to make my mother and I wait for someone else to do my nails. He wanted to maximize on his profits as fast as possible so he had my tech do another pedi even though she didn't finish working on me, forcing me to wait for one of his favorites in the front of the store to do my nails or force the girl working on my mother to do mine as well. Apparently he doesn't want a client for life he made it clear today he just wants volume and fast turnover. Are they not supposed to finish one client at a time? Sadly I will never return to this salon and will be making sure to share the news of this money hungry manager to all my friends, family and coworkers in the area. read more

My second visit very consistent with nice staff & clean surroundings.Massage chairs for a good massage. I received a mani & pedi & the pedi they really scrub heels & foot bottom. The leg foot massage is strong & no one two three they really provide a great massage. There is huge choice fresh polish. Christmas carols background music not too loud just right. Big screen TV with closed caption words. I only been on Sunday but here is the best they have a male who does an unbelievable massage of neck & shoulders for ten minutes so worth the price. Was charged $145 for a base manicure, pedicure 1/2 hour leg massage and eyebrow wax. I wouldn't have minded paying had the costs added up correctly. When I asked for a breakdown of the bill the woman helping me just pointed at the menu with no explanation. Also was charged FULL price for the eyebrow wax they sold me after gooping my eye closed with a glob of wax. They had to dump oil on my eye and pull half of my eyelashes out to remove the wax they spilled. Didn't offer any type of compensation for their fuck up. DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely overpriced and the owners are sneaky. I was a long time loyal customer and they raised the price every single time I went. They pressure you into saying yes to a massage and charge you twenty dollars for a 10 minute massage. They actually gave me an attitude and asked me Why when I tried to refuse a massage. They are not nice to their employees. My favorite nail tech Anne was fired and no one told me for 3 months. They lied to me and said she was on Vacation and she'd be back soon so I would keep coming back. They let girls that have no idea what theyre doing put on my tips for my wedding and they completely messed it up. When I complained and made them redo my nails, they rushed through it and told me I was "annoying" and "too picky." THEN they charged me for TWO NEW SETS. I have never gone back. read more

They have someone going around trying to sell you on massages, which I did. It was supposed to be a 10 minute massage and he stopped before the timer went off. I found Belle Nails to be completely over priced for a very average manicure/pedicure. When it comes to the manicure, an expensive $35 shellac manicure, it felt rushed and like the woman was simply trying to get my manicure over with so she could move on to the next even though the place was next to empty. She also put some exfoliating moisturizer on my hands, which instead of letting me wash off in the sink like most places, she wiped it off with a warm towel... an uncomfortable process to say the least. Also, the woman who was doing my nails kept stopping to talk to a coworker across the salon as well. When it came to my pedicure, the water was extremely hot and I had to ask multiple times if she could add cold water before it was comfortable. By the time I left, my friend and I spent over $100 on a what we could have received for half of that with a better job. read more
