What I found it to be was a no stress simplistic shop that every step of my no crank issues was explained clearly to the way I would have done it. Outcome, ... zero hassles or issues. I have read the flimsy negative comments and found them to be "the lack of communication along with expectations from the customer". Want good results, ... tell Redford Auto Repair everything what is going on with your vehicle don't hold back thinking the bill increase. ... She waited in her car per usual, and while the service worker eventually approached, he did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the way she was treated, she chose to leave without making a purchase. No customer, let alone a disabled customer, should ever be made to feel this way.

I took my car elsewhere and was told that the back in usually the expensive part to replace. Nope I was charged $400 and have not needed to return. I'm not sure if I caught these guys on a bad day or what but they are not somewhere I would recommend taking your car. They even returned my car to me with the check engine light on.

Everyone else quoted $5000-$8000. The fix never broke. Walsh's will not waste anyone's time or money. If there is a way to fix a problem Rich will find a way . If he states it is not something he can do, believe him, he will not let anyone walk away without knowing exactly what you are looking at with your vehicle. It is about the vehicles and the special treatment the vehicles will require from the owner when purchasing the vehicles - seriously -there are no fast fixes for Cadillacs and/or a Yukon. Sounds like the customer was looking for a way to get out from under the high cost of the dealership. These people are liars I took. My equinox into Tuffy for a full service synthetic oil change,…read more vehicle inspection, and tire rotation. . I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.
