Steve, the new owner, takes care of me just like Mike and Paul did, and I am very pleased that he has expanded Warholak's service offerings to including oil changes and brake work. Just yesterday, Steve took care of new tires, and oil change, and new brakes on my son's car, and the service was excellent, the car was ready when promised, and the prices extremely fair. I will remain a loyal customer to Warholak and cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough.

She waited in her car per usual, and while the service worker eventually approached, he did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the way she was treated, she chose to leave without making a purchase. No customer, let alone a disabled customer, should ever be made to feel this way.

No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I finally had to walk up to one of them just to force an interaction. The person who finally "helped" me acted like my presence was an inconvenience. His tone was irritated from the start, and he was completely dismissive when I asked basic questions. In the middle of speaking to me, he just walked away to make himself a coffee and left me standing there waiting. When I asked about the ridiculous price they quoted me--especially since I had the exact same service done previously for much cheaper--he shrugged and said, "I don't know, that's just how it is," then told me to go talk to someone else. And after all that attitude and confusion, he ends the conversation by saying their system is down and they can't do the service at all today. So not only was the customer service terrible, the place wasn't even operational. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly embarrassing for a shop that claims to care about customers. And I find out that my aunt who went there in 2017 they didn't even replace the oil plug, and they didn't even know and lost oil out of the car and had a $200 repair. Thank goodness I have somebody that could verify and see what was wrong with the car and he verified that all of this was done to my vehicle. Do not take your car here unless you wanna lose the oil and the car that you paid for! I'm contacting the BBB the city and state!
