The people seem to be new every-time I'm in there. Some are great overall I like bell tire I always buy tires from there. One time I needed a radiator replacement not being the reason I took it there. My hoses needed to be replaced going to the radiator I got that replace and they had my car for 3 days and it was first only 500 dollars for new hoses, labor, etc. anyway day 2 of 3 I get a call saying how my radiator needs to be replaced I never hit anything got in a accident or anything. I was driving one day and my car got to 200-210 I shut it off my coolant was very lil to nun. The price went up over 1,000 dollars making it 1600-1700 I talked the person on the phone down to 1500 but when it came time to pay it was weird I payed cash n I swear both employees at the front desk just start laughing as if this is funny I already work hard enough and a college student I felt like this was weird and is just unprofessional. Some people don't have hundreds to thousands to fix their car. I thankfully did with god blessing me to be able to. I bought my tires there and was told I could have my rotation free for the life of the tires. So I schedule my oil changes so I can have my tires rotated at the same time. Oil changed- no time to do my tires? Then before my next oil change my truck says my oil is low. Really? That's never happened before. No, I don't have a leak. It's been checked. They also didn't update my sticker. I know that seems minor but I like to know when my oil change is due before my truck starts telling me. So now I'm looking for a place that will rotate my tires and do my oil change. I need to be able to trust the person working on my vehicle. It's not cheap and I want it respectfully taken care of and I do not like being taken advantage of either. read more

I ruined a tire in southern Georga. There are no Bell tires there, so I was forced to put a different type of tire on my car. When I returned home, I went to the store and explained the situation to them. Since I had the road hazard policy on the tire they replaced it and reimbursed me for the tire that I had replaced it with. My vehicle notified me that one tire was extremely low, so I stopped at Pierson Rd Belle Tire for help (senior citizen, cannot bend down.) Air machine was out of order, so when I asked an employee about it, he told me to pull up and he would get a hose. He ended up checking all tires for me. What great service. Tire pressure sensor was reading low . Filled tire with air several times at the free air which was great. Several other people had the same need and would be in line to fill their tires also so after a couple of weeks of driving around and refilling my tire I checked in with the customer service and they said that they would fix it for free!! Took my car there to get my air in my tires checked. They told me that they were too busy to do that for me. The guy that greets you didn't have anything else to do and he refused to come out to just check the air in my tires. I think that is very poor customer service , I am a single mom and I'm not really sure what to do with cars and I was told by other people that this was a good place to go and a helpful place to go. Don't ever take your car to the Belle Tire on Pierson Road. They were fully ready to charge me $750 for parts and labor on stuff that I didn't even need done. Luckily for me I have a trustworthy mechanic that I've been going to for years. The only reason I took it to Belle Tire in the first place was because I didn't want to trouble him with the simplicity of an alignment, but I'm glad I took it to him for a second opinion. When I brought my car in there I walked off to go kill time because I didn't know how long it was going to take. But what they didn't know was that I had crossed the road and doubled back around and I saw them pull my car up to the front of the bay door, get out, walk around it looking at my tires, get back in it and then pull it back into the parking spot where it was. I know that they didn't put it up on a hoist, because I saw them drive it and then drive it back. When I called to confront them about their dishonesty they were further dishonest by saying they put it up on a hoist. They thought that I had walked away and couldn't possibly have seen what had happened, but they didn't know that I was right across the street watching them. So basically, they were ready to charge me 3/4 of $1,000 in parts in labor based on a visual inspection they performed on the wear patterns of my tires. Then they tried to lie to me and say that they put it up on a hoist and shook it down. read more

Customer service, that is why I would go here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even when they are busy they fit you in. Recently, I was traveling and my wiper fluid was not working properly. Due to this I was having difficulty seeing out of my windows ( dirt and sun). I was away from home and I did not have a good place to stop so I decided to stop at Belle Tire. The staff fit me in and within 10 minutes I was out of there. Wiper fluid was fixed and all. The staff didn't charge me for anything. read more

I was there about 830 didn't leave till 11am only had a tire replaced now they do free wheel alignment but I wasn't aware that what I was waiting on the tire had been changed and I was on my way to work when this happened. I ask how much longer and understandably I guess they said could had been another hour or so? I want to take the time to recommend Belle Tire on Pierson Rd - Flint (Tires, auto repairs - auto glass needs etc). I have been going to them for many years now and they do a good job. Are they the cheapest? They are mostly competitive - will they rip you off? My testimony is that they will not. I cannot swear for them in every situation, but as for me, I never get the sense I am been swindled. That is about the best thing I would say about them, they do behave as if they want your business again, and again. Are they professional? Yes, they are. Clean, sure. Is the staff friendly, knowledgeable - yes, and yes? Is the wait times long? Unfortunately, yes, depending on your particular need. I think this is due to labor shortages, and I believe this impact is everywhere now. However, they do have convenient business hours that fit most needs. There will be no in and out business with them and your car if you intend to wait if you know what I mean. That does not exist anymore, but with that said, they do a good job. I was there today, scheduled for auto glass needs (i needed a new windscreen for my Honda Accord). Everything went smooth, the wait was somewhat long, but not too long. Windscreens are not cheap, especially when it's out of pocket, but listen, their replacement auto glass quality is much better than Safelite. Trust me! Coming back from a camping trip Fourth of July weekend I had a tire come apart on my camper and AAA roadside came out and changed it. About 20 miles down the road another came apart. No more spares but a quick Google search found this Belle Tire 2 1/2 miles away. Called them and they had 4 new tires in stock so I limped it down the shoulder of I-75 and they got me right in even though they were clearly busy. Hour and a half later and I was back on the road. No there was not hand sanitizer.....6 customers in store only 3 with masks on. Lady was given a mask but didn't put it on. Gov. order no mask no service. Didn't know stores had the option not to enforce this. Went in to purchase two tires. Advised the service agent that one was obvious as I had the spare one. The second tire was for the tire that had a leak. I didn't say the word leak. I said one of the tires was bad. After I left I noticed that the low tire light was still on. After I got back to Flushing I check the air in the two old tires. One 26 and the other 33. Went back to the store and told the guy he didn't replace the right tire. And of course he argued with me. Maybe I didn't use the right words when I tried to explain in the beginning which second tire to replace. But, If they had check the air pressure on the tires they may have had a better idea of what I asked for. They didn't bother to put air in all the tires. I didn't know I had to ask for it. I left without the issue resolved. I've never bought tires from Belle before. I guess I expected the the same service I always gotten from Discount Tire. I had two brand new tires on the back of my truck and I just needed two new front tires. They refused and said I would have to buy all four new tires or they couldn't do it. So Im suppose to give them my two new rear tires, which you know they will resell, and buy two new rear tires from them as well as the front ones. Talk about a money making scam! horrible experience. manager Jason seen a young woman coming and tried to scam me out of over eight-hundred dollars. Attempted to force me to purchase two brand new rims, refused to allow me to take my rims to a welder. when I agreed to purchase the rims told me that I couldn't have my used ones in return. no other location has this requirement! and that's when I realized he was scamming me. long story short we argued until closing in which he hung up in my face and I had to come to the location. finally I was told to come back after closing to receive the rims and if they weren't back by 3pm the next evening he would " drag my car out of the bay." the rims that he claimed were irreparable were fixed in a hour for 80$ compared to the 400+ a piece rims he offered me. if your young and/or a women don't come here!! read more

Used to use them. Never again. Took them over a week to get a tire from Ann Arbor to Flint for warranty. Didn't call when it came in. Made my son wait an hour and a half to simply mount and balance it on the rim, not installing on the car. Still would not have been done if I had not drove there to make them do their job. Horrible customer service! I had a blow out on a tire--had someone put on the spare for me. I had purchased replacement certificates with my tires so I called that afternoon to see if I could make an appointment for the next day--was advised they were not taking any more appointments for the next day but if I arrived when they opened they would work me in to replace the tire. In the meantime, my donut went low and needed air in it--my car is a 2013 and the spare had never been used so it did need some air. The next morning I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and was the 5th person in line waiting at the door. All the customers ahead of me were told there would be a 2 hour wait as they were backed up from the day before. None of those customers opted to wait. I was next in line--and the only customer left inside the store. There were two people working the desks-when I approached the gentleman and explained what I needed he advised me it would be a 2-3 hour wait--I needed to be to work in 2 hours so I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day--he advised that they were not taking any appointments for the next day either as they were very backed up. I explained that I had a donut on my car and that I was concerned that it may need air. I asked if they could check the pressure on it before I left... remember, I am the ONLY customer in the store at this time... the gentleman, (using the term very lightly here) shrugged his shoulders at me and said it would be a 2-3 hour wait to have them check the pressure. I truly believed I heard him wrong and asked him again if he could just check the pressure on the spare to make sure it was safe to drive--he became extremely patronizing and told me again that they were overrun with cars and that it would be a 2-3 hour wait to help me.. at all. I then told him that this was the first time I had purchased tires from Belle... and I would never purchase from them again. I left, quite upset--unsure of the safety of my spare and drove to the Miller Rd. Belle Tire location. I am held captive here to Belle Tire because I purchased replacement certificates for these tires. I was third in line at the Miller Rd. location and told them what I needed--I was too upset to explain to them what I experienced at the Pierson Rd. location. The gentleman advised that there would be a 2 hour wait, which I decided to wait for. After 1 1/2 hours they did let me know that they didn't have my tire in stock, but had sent someone to another location to pick one up... and yes, you guessed it--they had to get the tire from the Pierson Rd. location! Within another 45 minutes they had the tire back and replaced, had checked out my spare and made sure it was OK--they treated me very nicely there. In fairness to the entire Belle Tire enterprise, I sent an email to their customer service inbox to let them know of he horrible service I experienced at the Pierson Rd. location--I felt the need to do that before I wrote this review to give them a chance to address it personally with me. It has now been over 24 hours and I have not had a response from them--so I felt the need to post my feelings here. Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced--I am also greatly disappointed in their corporate office for not responding to my email. Extremely disappointing. read more

I purchased tires here a couple of years ago and they promised to service them for free for the life of the tires including rotations. Well, at first frost, my tire pressure light always comes on because of low pressure due to cold. I stopped at Belle and asked them to check the tires and add air for me. After waiting for 1 hour, I asked for my keys back. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment to come back. Ha! My friends have had totally different experiences at Discount Tire where they have a bay reserved for this. In and out in less than 10 minutes. That's more like it.
