Just bought my last set of tires at Belle tire. Specially told the salesman that I wanted a set of tires Made in the USA. He guaranteed that the Michellin and the BF Goodrich options met that requirement. We chose the BF Goodrich tire and they took off the Michellins that we had bought from them 6 years ago. Just picked up the car and the BF Goodrich tires they put on were made in Indonesia! That's not Woodburn , Indiana , Indonesia either. They had no other tires in house for our SUV in house and couldn't guarantee that any tires brought in from any other manufacturer could be guaranteed to be built in the USA. If Made in the USA means something to you, don't buy from Belle Tire. read more

They had to break a stud off my tire and charged $200 for a service that took less than a half hour. Even with 2 mechanics working on it, it shouldn't have been that expensive. I was at the Maysville location. I'm a single mom. I will never go back. I gave 2 stars because the work was done quickly, but I can't afford to go to a place like that ever again. read more

Appointment at 9:30 and it took over 2 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. The very next day all four tires are low on air pressure. Derrick Ferguson is a world class manager. I ended up using the Lima Road Belle Tire for both tires and wheels. He was quick to track down these and brought them to his location within days. There was a hiccup during the installation process that prolonged it for a day, but he was able to ease my concerns and made it right. I was also impressed with the knowledge and approachability of his techs. I had a could of concerns with the figment, since I was going much bigger in the size of the set up and they ensured that the job was done thoroughly and correctly. Went in a couple days ago right after they opened to get my steering, brake and coolant changes done, as well as synthetic oil change. All done within about 2 n half hours! One of the guys came out to let me know of some rust or leak stopper he found in my coolant just to let me know and make sure I wanted to still get it done. Went to Discount Tire because I had an object that was punctured on the side of the tire. I was told it needed to be replaced and it would cost me 250.00 to replace. Took it to Belle Tire for a second opinion. They took in the tire and told me it had not punctured fully and no air was escaping. Told me I didn't need a tire. I will definitely come back here, because they are honest and intentional people. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS!!!! My SUV started leaking power steering fluid so I took it here to get it fixed. A day later, I picked up my vehicle from Belle Tire and was told it was ready to go. The "repair" lasted about a week before my vehicle started leaking power steering fluid again. So for a second time, I went back to Belle Tire to get it fixed. Was given a story about a bent rod and that replacing it would take care of the problem. This time the "repair" lasted less than 24 hours. Again, reluctantly, I took my SUV back to Belle Tire to make it right for the third time. This time they told me an o-ring was bad and they put sealant on the power steering pump. As you might guess by now, that "repair" only lasted for a week. So, out over $400 for basically nothing from Belle Tire but head aches, I took my SUV to a local mechanic. I was told by him that Belle Tire, in making their "repairs" lost a screw and replaced it with a larger one and in the process of sanding it down, damaged the o-ring. I was never given an apology by Belle Tire for my inconvenience. I fail to see how they could stay in business, when offering such poor customer service. Shame on you! read more

the people were nice and i was treated fairly. the price for the tires and balance was the same as discount tire. they had no line unlike discount tire, and got me in right away, and i didn't have to wait long at all for them to get the job done. so far, i'm happy with the tires i got yesterday. i am unhappy about the lift bending both sides of my vehicle where the body meets the front doors by the hinges. i didn't notice it until last night when i was walking to my car. after i saw the body pulled out from the door i checked the other side and it too had the same problem. then i looked underneath and saw where the lift bent the area that made the body pop out. i had to hammer and kick it into place with my foot and i dented it which got me upset that it even happened in the firtst place. i don't know what to do except help others be aware that the lift can damage your car. maybe they need trained on how to use the lift. if you can, i'd suggest that you take your tires off and bring them in so your car doesn't go on the lift. if not watch them work on your car so you know if anything happened. i'm not sure if they knew about it or not, and if not then i'm sure this is happening more than they know. i just wrote them this morning about my issue so they haven't had time to get back with me about it. my main goal here is to help others be more aware about the lift. i was treated nicely by the staff and my tires are nice. the price was comparable to discount tire without the wait. i am happy about that part. i am unhappy about the damage done to my vehicle. read more

We usually get our tires from Tireville in Garrett because they are so honest and we used to live in Dekalb county. Unfortunately we got a flat tire and needed somewhere close that had a tire that would work for our truck and Belle Tire had one. They were nice but took all day to put it on. Then they wanted $200 more because they said we needed an alignment. We waited because my husband thought $200 was high. Travis Auto our mechanic we trust said it would be $100. Travis Auto just called to tell me our truck didn't need an alignment AT ALL. They even drove it around because they couldn't find a problem. We owe them $25.00 read more

They go above and beyond to take great care of their customers. I like that they have free air with the convenience of the digital pressure gauge. I love that you can get tires and an alignment at same place. I love that I can get all my car maintenance done there. It was super convenient to be able to drop off my car or a flat and be able to come and pick it up when it's completed rather than sit and wait for it. I have always gotten fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service from here. I have received great service at all their locations. I seriously recommend this place to all my friends and family and would feel comfortable sending my parents or anyone like that who aren't that knowledgeable about cars and know that they'll get honest service at reasonable prices. read more

Had the worst experience ever today at the Maysville location. Was the third customer in the door, and all I needed was an oil change. I had my own oil and filter and was told it would be 1hr to 1hr 15 min max. At two hours and my SUV sitting in the parking lot I was furious. I asked for the manager and suddenly was next. There were 3+ bays open and people standing around talking. Even an hour through waiting I made a reference to the Manager Kyle Meinerding and he said he was on it. I have spent over 3K at this location but not a cent more. I am so frustrated I can see straight right now. I brought my car in for an issue with the VSA and timing. Belle diagnosed the problem incorrectly and replaced an unnecessary part, costing me $400. The car broke down with the same problem a day after the "repair", and Belle has refused to refund the transaction. I have since got the car repaired at a legitimate repair shop, and encourage everyone to AVOID going to Belle at all costs. read more

I started my tire buying experience across the street where I was ignored and then treated rudely. Belle was the exact opposite, I was greeted with a smile and polite staff. I made my tire purchase and they completed the work in a very timely manner. I had my spare on when I arrived and found it returned to my trunk encased in a bag as to not dirty my trunk, nice touch. I made arrangements during the day (which I was at work) because the windshield installer had a funeral to go to later in the day. It started to rain earlier in the day so I called at 10 am and spoke with Tony if they would need to reschedule, he reassured me that they would not and if they had to that it would be up to the driver to do so. So I take off from work and go home to meet with the install tech at 12:30 for the 1pm scheduled time, around 1:20 I had not heard anything nor seen anyone from belle tire so I called. Tony picked up the phone and said yeah "I told him not to worry about it because of the rain". I do have a garage. No one called me the customer that took time off of work to accommodate the install tech who has a funeral today. I canceled the job because they have a hard time doing what they say they will, even when you try and accommodate them. Maybe they are good at tires but they suck with customer service! read more

This was first experience at any Belle Tire location and will be my last. Went in for a seasonal tire change and 4 wheel alignment. After inquiring about the status of my vehicle after 1.5 hours of waiting, I was informed they had forgotten about the alignment and had sent that tech home. Snow tires were mounted incorrectly. I was told to come back the next day, which I did. Another 2 hours were spent waiting. I had to prod the manager to get the work completed on the vehicle. After 10 minutes of driving, the TPMS warning light came on-the tech did not recalibrate the sensors. I will be heading to Discount Tire across the street for that work. At least they had the decency not to charge me. I have been a long time Discount Tire customer, but went to Belle for a much needed alignment (Discount Tire does not offer this service). I observed a marked difference in professionalism, conduct, and appearance between staff members at the the two companies. Never again Belle Tire. read more
