This, of course, happened over a holiday weekend. Husband called them the Friday before the long weekend. They told him to come early Tuesday morning, when they were open again, and they would help him. Husband went in and they ordered the wheels we needed and said they would be there the next day, and they were! We took the car in and they installed the new wheels. When I had said that we would wait for the new wheels to be put on, the service manager said no, that they were going to take their time with the installation to ensure the car was safe. When they called us to pick up the car, they asked if we wanted to take pictures of the cracks, which we did. When we got there, they took us out to the service area and pulled the wheels out of the boxes (that the new wheels had been in) and let us take pictures so we could send them on the the manufacturer. The cracks were in the same spots on both wheels, so it wasn't a matter of hitting potholes. McCormick Motors will treat you as if you are their only customer. They are amazing!!!!

Adding brake fluid would have been a little helpful for safety issues. I added brake fluid myself and the brake light when off, which made me feel safer while driving my kids to get it repaired. Belle Tire then quoted me less than 700 and did a more thorough check, ensuring my safety. I'm very disappointed in how Skiles employees didn't see the customer as a person. I will never go back.

Wrong, a few months after purchasing this vehicle there was some electrical issues, which ok, it's an old truck so expect some repairs. I didn't believe them so I took it to another repair shop and they said the same thing. I had to junk a truck that looked in good shape but wasn't. This truck should have never been on the market. I lost over $6000 because these guys are not honest. This dealership should never be trusted!!
