I love coming here!! I work down the way at Tao massage ( converting to Seva Day Spa). I do my own manicures at home but I love treating myself every couple of weeks to a pedicure. I usually go on Mondays busy. Which is nice because I usually get sat right away. I always get their most basic pedicure. But even their more expensive ones seem pretty fair priced. I also appreciate that they don't try and up sell me. I never get the foot exfoliating part done as I'm sure ticklish which makes my pedicure go by faster. Which is nice for me and my super busy schedule. I'd honestly recommend anyone here to go get a pedicure from them! They have always been amazing! read more

After my unfortunate brow experience both the manager and the owner followed up with me. I was impressed with their eagerness to correct this issue. I was invited back for a discounted service. I chose a pedicure; it was a good experience. The service was prompt and the manager came around a couple times to check on me. During checkout I was told the service was comped. RACIST MANAGER; DON'T SUPPORT HER! My cousin is one of the kindest people I know and she swears by the service at this place (she's been going here for about half a year now). All of the nail techs are amazing at their jobs and she has a great relationship with most of them. She usually does walk-in appointments which are never a problem. HOWEVER, she recently had a walk-in appointment, waited for about 15 minutes and then was seated and prepped by a nail tech. They had already begun working on her, but it all went to hell once the manager of the shop--who she had never met before--approached her with hostility and degrading tone saying "We are busy today; you either need to leave and come back later this afternoon, or come back tomorrow." Mind you, my cousin--a woman of color--is a regular paying customer here and always does walk-in appointments, and the manager wanted her to leave with UNFINISHED NAILS. Meanwhile, the manager circles around the shop approaching other walk-in customers--who don't look like my cousin--with politeness and a welcoming tone informing them of the service delays. My cousin chose to stay until they at least fixed her nails appropriately before leaving the shop; the manager said "Well you're just going to have to wait" and proceeded to TOSS a big nail-filing device onto my cousin's lap and walked away like it was nothing! It brought my cousin to tears to the point where her nail tech friends were coming over to comfort her. Despite the only difference between my cousin and every other walk-in customer being their skin tone, no one in the world should ever have to experience such blatant disrespect. I've tried several nail salons in the area for years. Phong is the first artist that is truly an artist in this craft. I am completely comfortable going in and saying "do what you want" and he NEVER disappoints!! Sanitation and customer service is on point! I'm a salon owner and know what to look for He has never damaged my cuticles or burned me with his Dremel. I work in water all day long and my nails never lift, chip or break down. I do SNS and sometime w/ chrome overlay. I'm in every 3-4 weeks. I LOVE PHONG!! read more

So disappointed at this place. Only one staff who was wearing LV mask fixed a bit right. I got SNS with extensions done, but the fake nail was lifted from my real nail. And they were blaming my nails. They told me that I would get a discount, but I ended up paying the full amount. If I was satisfied, I wouldn't mind paying full. But I was disappointed. The lady who was doing my nail was working on 5 people, so it took 2+ hours to get my nails done. Additionally, I had some little string stuck between the layers of SNS. I feel like it was very noticeable, but they told me that you can barely see it. They ended up covering up the string with more layers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Lastly, my friend who went with me only took 30 minutes to get her nails done. read more

I've been coming here for over a yearand this place used to be my favorite. Since management changed a few months ago I'm really not a fan. And I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's been over 5 visits now (pedicure and full SNS) and the experience just isn't improving. Things have been rushed and it just doesn't seem like they care anymore. I know it's a weird time and all but if I have an appointment made and I show up on time my person shouldn't be rushing to get to the next client. Just seems like it's more quantity over quality now. I have always come here for my eyebrows but recently started coming for my nails cause another business close by repeatedly did awful work on my nails. This place truly gets 5*!!! They have the best customer service; they don't rush you when you make decisions with the nail colors or when telling them what kind of work you need, they listen. All of them are very professional doing their job. They DON'T RUSH unlike other businesses close by. It's a very peaceful environment. Waited close to an hour for the one nail tech (no call, no show) that can do powder dip nails. Finally I gave up and said i'd do gel. The tech cut me 4x. I will never go back there. The atmosphere is nice and the service is polite. However the pricing is ridiculous for what they offer. Ive read in some of the other reviews and they mention some of the shaping being off. I received a regular nail set that I could have gotten anywhere else for $45 and they charged me $48 not including tip. I'm not making this point because I have a problem paying $48 for a set of nails but I do however have a problem paying that when my nails had bumps in them and they were so average. There was nothing special about what that they did with my nails in comparison to other salons that I've been to in the area. All in all their prices are not worth and just don't not live up too the standards of a nail set that would I be glad to pay more money for. I went to Belle for the first time today and got a mani/pedi with Anh. She was very thorough and her massage technique felt wonderful! The only thing missing was atmosphere...the TVs were programmed to random YouTube videos on how to install a new sink and the music kept cutting off and on. This is my second time here because the usual place I go to was packed. I came in 30 minutes before closing, and the owner was so nice in letting me come in without hesitation. I wanted a basic mani & pedi, and everything went well. I forgot the two names of the people who took care of me, but they were awesome. Now here's the reason I gave it 4 stars: Remember I mentioned I got a basic mani and pedi? Well I upgraded to gel manicure, you know to make it last longer and dang I guess that made the price go up. In total (without tip) I paid 71$! Yikes, that is the most I've EVER paid. I have gone to much nicer places, with complimentary beverages, complimentary snacks, and complimentary alcohol served...and paid less than this! I had mentioned earlier the two folks that worked on me did an awesome job, so I didn't want to pentalize them. I gave them 20 dollars, so in total I spent 91 dollars on a basic pedicure and basic manicure with gel! I don't think I'll be coming back at these prices ! read more

Honestly the best place I have been too since spa pro nails changed ownership. I'm rating it 4put of 5 because although they are great you have to be firm with your decision on what you want. They will try to up sell you or when it comes time to pay will charge you extra. When my mother went to pay they added an additional $30 on the bill. When we questioned the pricing they fixed the discrepancy but also makes me wonder how many times they have done that to my in the past. Other than that I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Just make sure you ask about pricing beforehand and be certain what you want done. read more

i've been going to this nail salon for years. when i found Phong i was in absolute awe of his work! he is amazing i ALWAYS leave satisfied with his work! He picks my color almost every time and it's spot on! if you want someone who is truly and artist and cares about your nails Phong is the one for you! The salon is super clean and up to date on rules and regulations (i'm a cosmetologist) i feel safe and clean every time i leave. Phong takes his time and makes sure every nail is precisely finished correctly. i love phong and i won't go to ANYONE for my nails besides him! read more

My regular nail salon had to cancel last minute due to a gas leak near the business. I'm leaving town early tomorrow morning so finding another nail salon last minute was necessary. My errands already had me in Cedar Park area so I stopped in. My pedicure was started immediately and the first odd thing is that technicians changed out mid pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I'd ever gotten anywhere. People who were already getting their pedicures when I arrived were still getting pedicures or finishing up when I was done and moved to the nail side of the business. The nail experience wasn't any better. I left with very thick, lopsided and odd looking shaped nails. For example one side round other side square. That's not what is typically expected when you say square round. When I mentioned the shape etc to the technician she said they can't help crooked finger that they follow the nail bed. Funny my regular nail person doesn't have a problem getting them straight etc. Anyway...when I got home I also realized that my toe polish was still wet and had smudged everywhere. Luckily I have the color and could touch up. Also had to try to file my nails to something that looks more uniform and natural and pry my skin from my nail bed and file away. Won't go back and don't recommend stopping in here unless you're ok with dropping $100 only to go home and have to rework the whole thing yourself. read more
