Terrible attitude with the workers. They don't vacuum well or clean mats on the back seat! I asked them to clean my back seat mats and they basically told me I had to pay more and waked away. I don't like giving negative reviews but I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and I get a wash religiously every weekend. It's not the first time I've been mistreated. So... I had high hopes for this place after coming here based on a recommendation and reviews. I wanted a hand wash because my car is brand new and was in desperate need of a wash. Welp, I'll never be going here again. They didnt dry my car all the way and it left drip marks all across the side and back (see pictures). Not only that, I have towel marks all across my paint that look like scratches... I am praying they are temporary marks. I am not a happy camper. They get the 2nd star bc they were nice. If you care about your car this is where you will have it washed. In the wintertime they close the doors to keep employees warm and wash your car in a very meticulous manner. The process avoids swirl marks as much as possible. The owner is meticulous and it shows through his employees who gently agitate the formulated foam used to wash vehicles before they thoroughly rinse both top and bottom. Interiors are treated to a white glove treatment usually reserved for high end detail jobs. I had my black car with badly swirled paint detailed here and all the swirling is gone! A very suspect situation happened to me at this car wash today. I wanna alert people in case something shady is going down at this car wash/detail center. I have been to this car wash a million times. Today when I drove in they soaped up my car as usual and signaled to me to keep moving up. Normally the guys tell you to stop only this time they didnt and the car in front of me was stopped for some odd reason under the sprinklers. So of course since I couldn't see through my soapy window I bumped the car. The guy had a bumper bully on his car so my light bump of course left no damage because I wasn't even accelerating. He immdetealy gets out I tell him sorry but I can't understand why you were dead stopped at a car wash which you are suppose to be slowly be driving through. To make a long story short I told him my car is new and so is yours, I have insurance we will call the cops let them make a report submit it to my insurance who will determine fault and get your car fixed for you. He was trying to persuade me to give him money I said no way I didn't even damage your car. Then the guy says you don't need to call the cops I can get an estimate from the owner here at the detail shop and have him fix the car. We go to talk to the Owner and he said yeah we can fix it for $80 plus parts. The coincidences here are, the cars wash attendants allowed me to keep moving foward know the other car was there, the guy had a Bumper Bully on his car while his car was being washed, he stoped dead in the middle of the sprinklers and he wanted the owner of the car wash/detail center to fix the damage I supposedly caused. I think the car wash service is great but couple of years ago we were going to a birthday and we had a watch as a gift in our car in the back seat. By the time the car was washed and wiped it disapperaed and we immediately reported this to the owner/manager guy he said he looked and raise his shoulders like he didn't know..... read more

I try to support local businesses within the town, I was beyond disappointed in the service I received at this place.... spoke to manager to let him see how bad the job was he refused to even look I was told to go elsewhere is not happy. This place is a hidden gem. The entrance is on Washington St and you exit on the side street. Excellent hand wash and you stay in your car . There is no rail so you're not going to damage your rims. They did a really good job with my exterior wash and tire shine for under $10. The entrance drive way has some potholes but you can navigate around them. I've looked in several neighboring towns a good rail free hand car wash and the closest was too far. read more

I'm very satisfied with the quality of their quick wash because I never have to worry about scratches or rough handling from the machine or the crew.
