The lady at the front desk is the most miserable rude B ever. I come in to restart my membership and I'm trying to show her the text I got that gives me a discount for the first month. She shoves my phone in Kenny's face says she doesn't know what to do. What does it say? Im incredibly disappointed paid $40 dollars for my car to be washed and cleaned. The result looked like i sprayed my car with a hose lightly and for the interior it was half swept. The inside wasn't even wiped down. Best part they broke my license plate and didn't say anything. read more

My car was damaged not once but twice going through the car wash on separate occasions . They both lied and denied any wrong doing. They were rude and loud trying to intimidate. That approach did not work. They would not pay for any damages caused by their car wash. DO NOT use this terrible car wash unless you want a damaged car. Getting sloppy over the years. I got a premium wash for $38. Owner we gave me some BS about hair and sand getting caught in the fabric. He told me I can get a detail for $70. no thank you. Good car wash to get a basic clean, average price the people that are working hard there are good people

They are always trying to sell the monthly package because it is a deal that favors the seller over the buyer. Why not give the buyer a break and offer a monthly plan that covers three washes no matter what car you bring in? You can keep the other plan that gives unlimited washes, just add another discounted plan. So unless you drive an Uber or a squad car, the unlimited plan is a rip-off that they sell hard. read more

After having the platinum for a year and paying for the Flex Wash, it was just a waste of money. Every time I've gone the service just got more and more shit. They never clean the cup holders, or the interior door handle, they're careless when it comes to cleaning the windows, they don't take their time when it comes to hand drying. One can argue that when it's busy they can't really take their time and I'll agree to that to a certain extent. My car went into the wash with no body issue and came out with an issue. I wasn't trying to seek any financial remedy but I at least wanted them to explain how it happened. They couldn't . They just kept blaming me as if I brought my car there that way. The body issue is easily fixable but the manager needs to work on his customer service skills. I have been taking my car to this place for a couple of years now and have never been satisfied with the services. The only advantage is that it is on my way home from work. Every time that I was not satisfied with the service and complained, it's always a fight back. Today, one of the managers said a discriminated comment to my face because of my accent and facial appearance. This manager, redneck said: "This is America, and you can go spend your money elsewhere if you like." I expected everything except for a racist and discriminatory comment from such a big business. This business does not care about the customer, and the staff management is extremely poorly trained in customer service. To start I paid the highest price to get my vehicle cleaned plus waxed. It was more than 60.00. The male who cleaned my vehicle was so bad. He told me that he has only been in this country for 3 months and was not used to cleaning vehicles that expensive . I had to instruct him on what parts he was missing. He told me that the owner only want them to spend 15 minutes on each car. Are you kidding me? The lady who did my car in the past was awesome. I used to be a platinum member but all the cars basically get the same treatment, never got a tire shine and I wanted the Rain X which I was suppose to get but they all use the same spray...so I downgraded to the cheapest plan and still the same service...don't bother getting the more expensive plans if you go here...it's basically one type of wash. read more

It's sub par. It's very expensive for what you get. I have a monthly pass but I will not it renew it after this month is up. The car is never fully clean. I like to keep an extremely clean car. It's less than 6 months old. I was tired of doing it myself, so I figured I'd try a place with a monthly plan (I got the Gold Plan.) Every time I have to come home and finish the job. It's either not vacuumed fully or the windows are worse than what I came in with. I didn't request them to clean the back floor mats for an additional $2, (I think almost $50 a month should warrant the extra 2 minutes to hose off my weather tech back mat) so I end up doing it myself. I've pulled over almost every time after a wash to take out my microfiber and wipe off pink or blue soap that didn't come off. The towels they use are always dirty. My windows are always a mess and I always have to do them myself. And when they're done wiping down the inside, it smells like wet moldy rags. I was there today, and this is what pushed me to write a review. They do not clean the trunk. Maybe that's an additional fee? I stopped on my way home as usual to inspect. I opened my trunk, it's an SUV with nothing in the trunk at all. Somehow there was wet dirt in the trunk, in the seal of the trunk, on the bumper where the door would conceal it, and dirt all over the plastic mat. There's no attention to detail. More than 3 times I've had to point something out that didn't come off the car, they got it off, but if I didn't say anything they'd shuffle you off and hurry to the next vehicle. Everyone will probably think, "well why didn't you tell the manager?" I won't because I cannot ask them to do the job I paid for every time I go there. The best thing to do is find a new place. read more

I'm new to town and I'm not satisfied with the service. I purchased a platinum monthly wash and my car seemed like it received a basic wash and they BARELY cleaned the interior. I asked the manager to please wipe a dirt mark on the inside of my door and was told I would need to pay for a $50 detail. Then the manager slammed my car door in my face. I brought it up to the manager Kevin who was very nice, apologized and offered me a free month added on to my $50 a month membership. My usual car wash place Shine on Belleville Ave had the longest line today so I went here being my impatient self. Opted for the Platinum Plus for $22 including tax. The whole ordeal took 5 minutes so you can already guess it wasn't a quality job. If I paid for the standard service for $10 I might not be as disappointed. See my pictures attached. My car is still pretty dirty inside. I do have pet hair on my seats, which I know isn't the easiest to get out. After coming here regularly for a year now, everyone knows me. They know my car and how I like it. The service has improved and I get a perfect wash every time. They accommodate me on all requests!!! I have to give this place five stars! They are quick, convenient, great service, and still wash many expensive cars from large BMW's, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Jaguar, Aston Martin, and the lot. The new owner, the little guy who walks on his toes with an angry face, and his creepy dad Mike do an awful job at treating their customers well. The inside of my brand new car is deteriorated because of the cheap chemicals they use to spray the interior of the car. I am a long time customer on the monthly plan and am sick and tired of having to tell the to remove the mats when vacuuming my car. Yesterday I left this car wash not realizing they did not put all my clear mats back in the car that I just purchased for $45 from them about 3 weeks ago.
