Food has always been good, from apps to mains. I don't think I've had a burger here, yet...most recently I had the fried chicken, which had been well marinated and cooked - juicy, flavorful, plentiful. Vibe is always chill, here. Now that the weather's warming up, outdoor seating is available. I usually make a reservation, but my sense is for a couple one could almost always walk in without a rez and get seated quickly. One of my favorite east-side places...if it was a little closer to me I'd be there all the time!

I wasn't feeling like a big entree but I put together a fun little meal out of their falafel bites and tomato soup- both were really good. I appreciated that the service folks made sure I got some extra toasted bread with my soup. A coworker got the buttermilk fried chicken and it was an impressive serving. Also loved the extensive selection of whiskey, cocktails, and non alcoholic cocktails. Non alcoholic options really allow anyone to relax with a drink. But not me I had woodinville rye whiskey because it's a local fav. OH! They sell hotdogs here and that's awesome cause it's hard to find a good hotdog place- and these hotdogs are made of freakin waygu beef.

While there's a street door, main entry is via the hotel lobby. We parked in hotel parking under the building, for no charge. Your mileage may vary. The vibe was very "hotel restaurant" - but we could see that with the lights dimmed if would be softer and cozier. We were not disappointed - it was pleasant and bright and clean. After looking at the menu we opted for a couple of pints of Mac and Jack's African Amber and three shared plates. Our server, Chett, was awesome - super attentive, made good suggestions and was on point in taking care of us. Checked in between plates and promptly removed the prior before delivering the next which was very welcome We started with the Ceviche Tostadas, which were delightful. Seriously this may be the optimum way to eat ceviche and this was the best I'd had since last I was on the Gulf Coast Next was the Caprese Salad, made with fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes. It was very good, with the pesto and extremely good balsamic adding just a touch of sweetness. Last was the Classic Italian Meatballs. The house made marinara was spectacular - not too sweet and not too spicy, just right. The meatballs themselves were plump and juicy, holding up well to the marinara. The grilled bread was perfect for soaking up the dribbly bits. For desert we wanted the Ube Crème Cronuts but sadly they were out, so we opted for the Cheesecake Tower. There was no "tower" in evidence but the cheesecake was competent with a spattering of strawberry chunks and some blueberries. A nice ending to the meal Highly recommended, particularly if you're a guest in the hotel.

They close at 10pm we walked in at 9:35 and asked if we still had time, they were super nice seated us right away. My wife ordered a jalapeño margarita and it was one of the best she's had. We both ordered a Tipsy burger she kept the fries I upgraded to onion rings for $3. The burgers were cooked to perfection and delicious. The only bad was the onion ring upgrade was only 4 rings or 75cents each. If you read other reviews I'm an onion ring snob. These were ok not worth 75cents each. The service and the burgers were top notch. I would recommend trying this place. Several locals told us they have amazing shakes. Good chance we will go back before we leave

Parking is reasonably easy The burger menu can get a bit over-whelming. The many options get a bit too fancy for me to be honest. But I can manage. Food is tasty here. I tend to let my wife order for me so she can scratch all the craving itches she might have during our meal here. I had one gripe about my meal. I upgraded to onion rings to my order. My order included four onion rights. Compared to the amount of fries my wife got with her meal, I thought the amount of onions rings in my order was on the side of too few. Oh wells. We will still continue to come here regardless of the amount of onions included in the meal.

While the Redmond food scene doesn't stand out against others like Bellevue and Seattle, even Issaquah and Woodinville, we expected a certain level of quality. Upon walking in, the vibes were more of tavern than steakhouse. Once seated in the back in our deteriorating booth, our server came to collect our drink orders which came out in good time. However, our first concerns started surfacing when we asked questions about the menu. Many items listed indicated the warning around undercooked or raw foods, I'm pregnant so it is a bit alarming when things like the roasted chicken have the undercooked asterisk. Our server blatantly brushed off our concerns stating that obviously that wouldn't be undercooked... we received similar answers when my husband inquired about our servers recommendations for steak and a glass of wine: short, brisk, and largely unhelpful. His service continued to be fleeting and disregarding throughout our entire experience. The food came out, I ordered the chicken and my husband had ordered the delmonico, and looked good but was fairly bland. The steak looked like one you might order at Applebees, my chicken was fine just a tad salty. Although the quality of the food was mediocre at best the portion size was very generous. Now, this pregnant lady loves her desert, so I was very excited to try their skillet cookie! We ordered it, it took about 15 minutes to come out as they needed to freshly bake it which is more than fine. Rather than a delicious, gooey chocolate chip cookie, we received a bready, dense, bland cookie. I almost cried. That was before I burned my hand on the skillet because the handle was not properly wrapped. Overall, we were thoroughly disappointed in both the quality, service, and price.
