    Porterhouse

We visited on a Thursday night for dinner, with a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, and it was a good experience. We arrived and were seated right away, the place was maybe one third full. The waiter stopped by, took drink orders and explained the menu and specials. The cocktails were refreshing. We begin with a couple appetizers and salads; Deviled Eggs, Bone Marrow, French Onion Soup, Potato Soup, and a Wedge Salad. These were all well prepared and tasty. From there we had a Porterhouse, a NY Strip, the Steak Sandwich and 2 kids meals. The steaks were cooked perfectly and no complaints with the rest of the meals. The service was very good, with one exception. My wife ordered the Potato Soup. The waiter brought out 2 French Onion soups instead. We pointed out the error, and he almost began to argue (all of us heard her order Potato, she hates onions), but then he took the bowl back. He then brought out the smallest cup of soup I've ever seen, maybe 2 tablespoons. When the check came, it was listed as 2 French Onions soups at $15 each. It was late, I was tired, I should have argued, but didn't, oh well. Overall, nice place for fine dining, with one unfortunate incident.

1/2 of the prime rib dip, plenty for a light meal.

It was Christmas Eve and after chasing down a few last minute items we decided to relax and enjoy Happy Hour at Prime. Great decision. Although the bar was extremely busy the service was friendly, efficient, and fast. It was a real testament to the staff how unfazed they appeared despite the number of orders they were processing. We decided to share the prime rib dip, which considering the portion size turned out to be a smart move. Great sandwich, plenty of prime rib and a good balance of caramelized onions. The fries were so well done that they deserve an entire review of their own. In summary it was the perfect steakhouse experience.

This was our first time here, and it exceeded our expectations! The steak was cooked to perfection and the flavors were amazing. While the interior could use a bit of an update - the chairs looked a bit worn out and could be replaced or refurbished - the location is great and parking is convenient and our server is kind and approachable

My sister picked out this local steakhouse for a family dinner on a Sunday night. She had a reservation and got seated right away. We also appreciate the free parking with validation. Restaurant isn't big but clean & rustic. Love all the wood & ambience. Our gentleman server was AMAZING and hilarious. He engaged with my 5 year old and made all of us laugh. Definitely made our experience so enjoyable. Prices are decent for great seafood & steak. We were impressed! My husband loved his steak & frites. Steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered the fish of the day.. fresh halibut w/black rice & spinach. It was amazing and all went together nicely. We ended up ordering three desserts: espresso creme brulee, key lime pie & cookie skillet w/ice cream. DELICIOUS! All three hit but key lime pie was my fav. Affordable price at $11/each too! Highly highly recommend this steakhouse! Wish we lived closer so I can try other dishes. Can't wait for our next visit!

My bad for walking past this four the last 25 years of trips to the mothership. I will return. Good quality food and great service. Started with the deviled eggs with 5 variation toppings. Creamy, light devil with prosciutto/parm, jalapeño, bacon blue cheese, smoked salmon and shrimp/cocktail sauce. Not haute cuisine but creatively flavorful! Tenderloin cut perfect, spinach and classic mashed potatoes with a red wine reduction that was wonderful. Tender, perfectly cut. Great value for the quality. Apparently a staff favorite. Service incredibly attentive. Sat in bar area (12 July). Incredible server. Decor dated but chic in an old school way. Music was decidedly old school ranging from REM to Elvis Costello to talking heads. Balanced and deserved 5 for this experience.

    After dinner surprise from Micky!

Great food and awesome customer service, Micky, is the best! Ambiance was warm and inviting.

We visited Prime for a celebration dinner recently and had an excellent meal. It has more of a casual atmosphere for a steak place, but the food is really good. Service was nice and fast (and they were particularly good filling water glasses and clearing plates). It is not a big wine glass, but they have some good Washington reds and we ordered one. For appetizers, we had the bruschetta. This had great tomatoes and I loved the garlic crostini. For the steak, I had the tomahawk (which was a bone-in ribeye). It normally comes with something called a cowboy rub, but that included coffee which was not of interest. The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly at medium rare and very flavorful, just wonderful. I ordered this with the baked potato--make sure to get this with cheddar cheese and bacon. We also had the mushrooms and asparagus--both those were excellent as well. Then for dessert, I split the flourless chocolate cake. This was good, but was elevated with great ice cream and then caramel sauce. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The food was fantastic! We started with the baby greens salad and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice blend of flavors. I would have liked to get more of the goodies (strawberries, cheese) but it was still great. The lamb chops are a must! Cooked perfectly and not overdone. I got a 8 oz filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes. I haven't had steak in over a year because I like my steak medium and had to wait to have my baby to truly enjoy a great steak. This was the best steak I've had in a long time. The service was nice. Our waiter was kind, but I did notice he did take longer than what I would have expected. We went during lunch and it was pretty empty. Other than that, the place is clean and a very friendly atmosphere.

Prime rib dip! Best I've ever had.

Came here for a lunch meeting and didn't want to get a heavy steak. Noticed there was a prime rib dip sandwich on the menu for a decent price. I was absolutely amazed by how delicious this sandwich was. It had some caramelized onions and a very light amount of horseradish already applied to the bun. It was as if they knew what I wanted on my sandwich. Each dip into the au jus was as if an angel were diving into a lake. The sounds of the church choir in the back of my head pressed on with each bite of this amazing sandwich. I was amazed and yet so happy with this piece of sandwich perfection. Absolutely the best Prime Rib Dip sandwich I've ever had in my life. Great job Prime Steakhouse!

Deviled Eggs, Ahi Ahi Tuna Poke, Bone Marrow

Portions were amazing, quality and presentation reflected the price (mid-level, Happy Hour prices are very reasonable). We caught happy hour on a Thursday, and had a few drinks. Food (Happy Hour Prices): -Deviled Eggs ($8.5) - 5 deviled egg halves, all with different toppings -Bone Marrow ($14) - 4 HUMONGOUS bones, bacon jam, and toasted baguette slices with a nice little dressed arugula salad. When the marrow cools down it congeals and gets pretty weird to eat so eat them quickly! -Tuna Poke ($11) - Loved the taro chips! Casual interior, located in downtown Redmond. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Seared Foie Gras, $28 – 3.5 Stars (too much jam)

Been a long time patron of British Pantry and Three Lions for years prior for lunch, afternoon tea,…read moredrinks, groceries and everything in between even prior to the rebranding to Neville's. Today I walked in with my partner to see if there was table knowing that it was the World Cup, but we were asking politely on the chance that there may be something opening up. The First Lady (younger) was happy to take a look, which is all we could ask for. After a few minutes we were then greeted by an older, much less pleasant lady who in an incredibly rude tone told my partner "there won't be a table. It's the World Cup." Before shrugging us off and enthusiastically closing the gate shut on us. What a way to treat patrons! It takes literally no effort to be kind or respectful even in decline. As a Brit, this was a place I would look forward to coming to but after today's interaction I'd steer well clear.

Neville's Restaurant: The Closest You'll Get to Real British Food in Washington State…read more Neville's Restaurant is as close as you're going to get to authentic British cuisine in Washington--period. For the purest, it may not be exactly like dining in Merry Old England, but it's the best any of us are likely to find around here. Everyone has their own scone recipe, so if your critique hinges solely on that, it's a little sad--you're missing out on the fantastic overall experience. The food at Neville's is outstanding. They have classic dishes like bangers and mash, and their daily specials never disappoint. Their fish and chips are always cooked to perfection--never greasy, crispy on the outside, tender inside. The sausage rolls are definitely some of the best you'll find outside of the UK, and honestly, you just can't get them anywhere else. The vibe here is pure old-school England, harkening back to a simpler, bygone era. It's cozy, nostalgic, and charming--like stepping into a different time and place. If you're craving genuine British comfort food served with care, Neville's is the place to be. It's one of those hidden gems that truly captures the spirit of Britain in Washington.
