Had this 2x on a recent trip. When someone orders pickles for a takeout order, please don't put them over the oranges. This makes both the pickles and the oranges absolutely nasty. The vinegar and the citrus don't go together in this case. Lay them over the fries or the burger. The burger was solid. Not a fan of the Moo sauce. It was heavier on the mustard flavor. Basically a mixture of mayo and mustard. Requested medium rare and it was a rare. Server was fantastic and replaced it w/o an issue. Next burger was more medium which was preferred given the attempt at medium rare. Fries were tasty. Burger overall was tasty. There's available parking close by and RTC indicates can park there as well for Downtown Redmond shopping & restaurants. Overall the restaurant is kind of dark. They close at 10pm we walked in at 9:35 and asked if we still had time, they were super nice seated us right away. My wife ordered a jalapeño margarita and it was one of the best she's had. We both ordered a Tipsy burger she kept the fries I upgraded to onion rings for $3. The burgers were cooked to perfection and delicious. The only bad was the onion ring upgrade was only 4 rings or 75cents each. If you read other reviews I'm an onion ring snob. These were ok not worth 75cents each. I had the Arsonist, substituting the beef patty with a mushroom cap. It was pretty good! Definitely lighter than a burger. The sister had the regular Arsonist, which was also delicious. It has a 7 oz burger, which is a pretty good size burger. We did end up taking half of home as leftovers. We had onion rings which I liked more than the truffle fries we got. I will start off by saying I am a vegetarian and the reviews mentioned that the black bean patty/burger was phenomenal but when I subbed the black bean patty into my burger (I got the arsonist) it was probably my least favorite thing about the meal. I made my fries into truffle fries and got the honey mustard, ranch and their tipsy sauce which were all great. The food overall didn't really hit the way I was hoping I've been to the Woodinville location before and liked it a lot more so not sure if it depends on the day but portions are great. They offer a good amount of burger options, I've tried many of them over the years, but I usually go for the rock star, it's a huge burger that comes with battered fried bacon and an egg. It's delicious, the only challenge is how to fit all this goodness in your mouth and take a bite lol. Their fries are great too and the portions are pretty satisfying. I've been happy with the service, the waitress checked on us several times and the food came out pretty quickly. We came here about a month ago and the food and service was so good we came back again today. The burgers are super juicy and delicious. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. The fries are made to order as well so they are fresh and crispy. Some of the best sweet potato fries I've had. The onion rings are very good too. We visited for lunch on Sunday with a party of four adults and two kids and it was an ok experience. We arrived and were initially at a high top, doesn't work with kids, and moved to a table near the door. Should have moved again, every time the door opened we enjoyed a nice, cold breeze. The waiter came by and took drink orders, their margaritas are tall and strong. We ordered appetizers; Buffalo Wings and Loaded Tots. For our mains we ordered the Tipsy Burger, the Arsonist, Beast Mode, and kids meals. Here was my first issue, if I order apps, they should come out first. The waiter brought everything at once. The food was delivered hot, fresh and tasty. The burgers were good, but a bit small for the price point. The service was spotty. He would not be around for a while, then visit more frequently. He would bring a drink, or plate, and deliver it to the opposite side of the table, to have it passed to the correct seat when he could have just taken it to the person.
