Found them via Carfax searching for used Toyota Highlander. Had a great model in stock. All the used cars looked sharp. Jeremy was low pressure and very helpful. Provided all the records on the SUV we wanted to look at. Got a great deal for my trade (better than I'd planned to get). Even opted for the extended warranty. Would definitely return. Finance process was smooth and found me a great rate thru BECU.

Bellevue Nissan sold me an Acura RDX with a cracked windshield and refused to repair it properly even though they claimed they would. After attempting to patch the windshield improperly, they suggested my insurance company would handle it. When I told Bellevue Nissan that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau they said "what goes around comes around." Yes, seriously.

April 12th 2019 I purchased a Nissan kicks from bellevue Nissan . I live in Kinshasa County and I went to the local dealership but they wasn't able to get my payments down to something reasonable so on my way back home I received a phone call from a sale person who works at Bellevue Nissan and I told him the arrange were I would Ike my payments to be around but I would like to know that we have something in the works before I hope on the ferry and make the commute when I got their all I had todo was test drive and then wait for the finance guy because I had already filled out the paperwork online while I was on the ferry and sent documents through email . They were able to get my payments $100 lower then the local dealership here in Kitsap County

I normally don't write reviews or leave any type of feedback at businesses & always try to be lenient if for any reason I'm not pleased, I'm writing this review so things aren't on the up & up as you'd say. I have a Nissan Altima that all of a sudden had no ac/fan/heat. No air movement at all. I did a quick google and found it was most likely the AC blower motor. Also checked for replacement parts that ran anywhere from $65-$150. I'm not a mechanic so I figured I'd bring the car in and get another opinion. I've brought my car to this location a few times and never had any issues or concerns so I set up my appointment online and got the car in pretty quickly, all pretty normal. The service rep that I was met with was nice and straight forward. He said that it would be 1 hour of shop time + 1 hour of diagnostics. Cool, nothing crazy. Fast forward to pickup of my vehicle. Met the same service rep and he told me that it was the blower motor and it looks like some rodents got in there and that's what caused the motor to blow. They gave me the quote for the repair, $1,135.65 to replace a blower motor. This was their after action report: "Verified concern. Found no voltage at blower motor resistor. Found blower motor fuse was open. Replaced fuse and started vehicle with fan at higher speeds. Found blower motor working but loud knocking noise emitting from blower motor assembly. Smelled rodents when starting blower motor. Recommend replacement of blower motor, resistor, and cleaning debris of air ducts if necessary." Had a slight heart attack at the 1.1k cost and didn't take their repairs. Got home and ordered a replacement blower motor from the web and installed it myself. During the install, I found that 3 of the 5 screws to hold my glove box were gone, not a big deal but for the cost of shop time + diagnostics I figured if they took it apart they'd at least put it back together the way it came? I guess not. Now the most disgusting part of this whole ordeal. I got my glove box removed, took apart the blower motor housing and low and behold, I found a dead mouse smashed in the motor. Bellevue Nissan charged me $350 for the shop time & diagnostics. Which in reality was, they checked the fuses. That's it. 350 dollars to check fuses that are very easily accessed. Oh, and it took about 10 minutes to verify as I did it myself after the fact. Now if you read this review and think "yeah, dealership service centers are always more expensive" I also thought that. I just figured you'd get what you pay for. Not the case. If you are looking for a service center that will over charge you exponentially and do the absolute minimum, half-ass work, this place is for you. Otherwise, I'd look at other local shops. I will never bring my vehicle to any Nissan service center again. Absolutely disgusted by this experience. If you read this review, I hope you have a good day. Except Bellevue Nissan, you guys suck.

Being newer to the area I found Bellevue Nissan via Yelp to complete a recall and routine service for my Murano. I made my service appointment via the inter several days ahead of time, I was promptly contacted by Mark Kellberg to discuss the details of my service request. I greatly appreciate his exceptional level of customer service, the time he took to explain services, and availability of the parts needed to complete job. I dropped my car off the night before service and it was ready for pick up the next afternoon. I spent a total of 5 minutes in the shop that was to drop off and pick up my vehicle!!! Time is extremely precious to me as I am a working mother of two busy boys, and with social distancing still in effect I didn't want my husband to spend his entire day at a public location. Mark went over and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my service, and what necessary repairs should be completed; he even added a coupon to my service!!! There are several auto locations in this area, however if you have a Nissan I highly recommend selecting Bellevue Nissan (and ask for Mark!!)

Twenty Plus Years of Incredible Service and Friendship…read more We met Brent Wells at Michael's Toyota more than 20 years ago, and on that very first day, we bought two cars from him! Over the years, we have purchased at least 10 cars from Brent, honestly, I've lost track! That alone says so much about the trust and relationship he has built with our family. Brent has always been more than just our car guy. He has been someone who has had our backs, looked out for us, and treated us like family for more than two decades. Once our children were old enough to drive, we had the privilege of working with Brent and salesperson Bob Kostenbauder. We have now worked with Bob for the past two years, and both times he spent hours and LOTS of patience with our family, making sure to find the perfect car for each of our kids. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Most recently, my husband and I were on a road trip dropping our two kids off at college. While we were on the road, our daughter needed to have the car we had recently purchased from Michael's Toyota serviced. Once again, Brent went above and beyond for our family. He stepped in and took care of the maintenance bill for the car when he absolutely did not have to. We were blown away by his generosity and thoughtfulness. It wasn't really about the bill, it was about what it represented. Brent genuinely cares about his customers and the families he works with. After all these years, we know that when we call Brent, he will always do everything he can to help. That kind of trust and friendship is incredibly rare. We are so grateful for Brent, Bob and everyone at Michael's Toyota, not just for the many cars they have helped us purchase over the years, but for the friendship, honesty, and genuine care they have shown our family every step of the way. If you are looking for people you can truly trust, we cannot recommend Brent Wells and Bob Kostenbauder at Michael's Toyota highly enough.

My family has been going to this dealership to buy and service our cars since we moved to America…read morein 2015. We have always loved their fast, kind, and efficient service. When I took out my side mirror a few years ago, they were able to get it fixed within a week. Logan in the service department is our go-to, and he always takes really good care of any services or repairs to my car. He is super friendly and whenever I have questions or concerns about my car, he makes me feel heard and validated and answers them thoroughly. Their service team always goes above and beyond to make my car look and run like brand new. I just wish they would plug my dash cam back in when they're done so I'm not driving around with it not recording... Yesterday, when I needed advice on how to remove paint transfer from my car, I called the store first to see if I could get a recommendation over the phone. A sales department rep told me I could text the service department pictures, and they would be able to help me. When I texted the service department however, I was shocked at how abrasive and unhelpful the employee, Sophia, was. She even gave me the name and phone number of a different place to go. When I explained that I had never taken my car to anyone other than Toyota and that I was worried about a third party damaging my paint, she continued to tell me she couldn't offer me any help. So I ended up driving all the way to Toyota from where I live in Issaquah because y'all have literally never let me down, and I knew that if I went there, I would be able to find some help. The greeter outside was so kind. He actively listened to me before directing me to the parts department, telling me they could definitely help me. Everyone in the parts department was so nice and welcoming, and told me exactly what to do for my car and where to get what I needed. All I wanted was a recommendation that wouldn't damage my paint, and I was so grateful to get to talk to people who were so friendly and empowering. Scott even went above and beyond, going to double-check with the detailers to see if they had any advice on clay bars or anything to help me with the paint transfer. He even came out to look at my car with a microfibre cloth to see if he could help out. After being so frustrated at not getting help, I appreciated how he reassured me about how to get the paint transfer off and made sure that I was confident in my next steps.
