I'd been taking my Rogue to Bellevue Nissan for maintenance for several years and always had great service. Yesterday, my husband and I were in the market to sell both our cars -- we went to Bellevue Nissan primarily for my car but we figured, why not see if they were interested in my husband's car too? They absolutely were, even though it wasn't a Nissan. We had worked with Eijaz to set up the appointment, and when we arrived, Eijaz had arranged for us to work with Devon on his behalf since Eijaz was busy with other customers and didn't want us to have to wait. Devon was AMAZING. (Can't emphasize that enough!!) He really advocated for us to get the best deal. We'd gotten our cars appraised at a few other places, and Bellevue Nissan had the best starting offer. They even check around with all the dealerships they own to make sure they're offering the best price any of them can propose. Devon negotiated with us from there to land where we had wanted. It was the smoothest, most satisfying experience I've ever had at a dealership! Plus, because my husband and I BOTH ended up selling our cars that day, they provided us a temporary loaner for a week while we transitioned to the new cars we were purchasing elsewhere. And no, there was ZERO pressure from Devon or any of the staff to trade in our vehicles or buy something new from them instead of what we'd planned -- they were perfectly OK with a direct sale to them and nothing more. (Although if we were interested in a Nissan, we 100% would have given them our business!) This is my second review of Bellevue Nissan. I should have waited about a year before making my first one. Oh, well. When I bought my car, I was pressured into getting a bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't want it and my BIL and dad told me not to get it. But, as I'm sure everyone knows, these people are out to get your money and they will do it however they see fit. That warranty has done me zero good. It hasn't applied to anything that has gone wrong with my car. I had a problem with the Bluetooth starting over every time I got in the car. It would stop what it was doing and just start over multiple times, to the point where I couldn't even listen to music or make calls. Well, guess what? The warranty didn't cover getting that fixed. I had to remove the little disk inside and now, I can't get directions through the car. I have to use my phone. I bought this car in September 2025. It is May 2026 and the battery is dead. I have bought many cars in my life. Never have I had a battery die less than a year after I bought the car. When I called them about this, I get the smarmy, used car salesman voice talking to me like I'm stupid. Anyway, that being said, go somewhere else. If not, stick to your guns and don't let them talk you into buying a useless product. I am so frustrated right now because that's extra money that I should not have to put out for something I shouldn't need right now. I drive my car to work Monday through Thursday. I work six miles from my home. This simply should not be. But, I've learned my lesson. Don't be like me and let them talk you into something that does nothing but line their pockets. read more

This has got to be the WORST place ever to have your car serviced. I brought my Nissan in for a safety recall service and they told me they would provide a free loaner. When I get there they say nope - not free. I then asked about a Uber or shuttle to get home and they said nope , got rid of those customer conveniences to save money. Don't bother asking for a car wash. So I'm stuck here for what could be hours because they also can't tell me how long it will take.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for Nissan service UPDATE - after I posted this frank review while waiting, they had my car ready 90 min later which is good since they first told me they needed it all day for a mere software update. I had a very disappointing experience at Nissan of Bellevue. I was initially offered a lease deal on the Ariya Evolve, and the manager, Oscar, assured me he would offer an even better deal once I finalized. I returned two days later, but by then, his tone had completely changed--possibly because he had already met his quarterly sales quota. I was made to wait for over 4 hours. During that time, a sales rep gave me 2-3 pricing options that looked reasonable. But when Oscar finally met with me, the story kept shifting. First, he said the deal was no longer available. Then he said it was only available in a black color. When I agreed to that, he claimed it was also gone. Then he said a black one with a light interior was available--again, when I agreed, he said that too was no longer available. Throughout this, it felt like I was being toyed with. In the end, he took all the offer papers back from me, and while he didn't use foul language, his tone and behavior clearly conveyed the message: "You're not welcome here." It felt deeply disrespectful -- and honestly, like he didn't value me as a customer because I'm Indian. This isn't just poor customer service. It felt discriminatory. Hit alert me when price drops for a used car on their site. Got a call and text messages right away from a sales associate named Nick about the car and he said that it was still available. I wasn't expecting any immediate contact but alright. Replied via text to kick off soft negotiations and I did come in at a low starting point but that's negotiating, you don't start off by asking for $100 dollar off! Their reply insinuated that I was too poor to buy that car. Whisky. Tango. Foxtrot. They know nothing about me and I hadn't even set foot in their dealership yet. This is the third time in my life I have been completely crapped on at a Nissan dealer. No wonder they are losing business, their dealer network is awful. BEWARE! These dealers are unfair and RUDE! It seems this is consistent amongst some of the other reviews as well! We went there to buy a NIssan Ariya. They gave us an initial offer and then the very next day changed the offer. After going back and forth for atleast 3-4 times, they finally honored the offer they first presented. When we referred our friends the same week, we found that they were given a better offer which was not previously presented to us. When we went back and asked why they were being unfair, we got treated very rudely! The EV sales manager outrightly refused to even listen to us and mentioned that it was our fault and they would no longer listen to anything we had to say! I normally don't write reviews or leave any type of feedback at businesses & always try to be lenient if for any reason I'm not pleased, I'm writing this review so things aren't on the up & up as you'd say. I have a Nissan Altima that all of a sudden had no ac/fan/heat. No air movement at all. I did a quick google and found it was most likely the AC blower motor. Also checked for replacement parts that ran anywhere from $65-$150. I'm not a mechanic so I figured I'd bring the car in and get another opinion. I've brought my car to this location a few times and never had any issues or concerns so I set up my appointment online and got the car in pretty quickly, all pretty normal. The service rep that I was met with was nice and straight forward. He said that it would be 1 hour of shop time + 1 hour of diagnostics. Cool, nothing crazy. Fast forward to pickup of my vehicle. Met the same service rep and he told me that it was the blower motor and it looks like some rodents got in there and that's what caused the motor to blow. They gave me the quote for the repair, $1,135.65 to replace a blower motor. This was their after action report: "Verified concern. Found no voltage at blower motor resistor. Found blower motor fuse was open. Replaced fuse and started vehicle with fan at higher speeds. Found blower motor working but loud knocking noise emitting from blower motor assembly. Smelled rodents when starting blower motor. Recommend replacement of blower motor, resistor, and cleaning debris of air ducts if necessary." Had a slight heart attack at the 1.1k cost and didn't take their repairs. Got home and ordered a replacement blower motor from the web and installed it myself. During the install, I found that 3 of the 5 screws to hold my glove box were gone, not a big deal but for the cost of shop time + diagnostics I figured if they took it apart they'd at least put it back together the way it came? I guess not. Now the most disgusting part of this whole ordeal. I got my glove box removed, took apart the blower motor housing and low and behold, I found a dead mouse smashed in the motor. Bellevue Nissan charged me $350 for the shop time & diagnostics. Which in reality was, they checked the fuses. That's it. 350 dollars to check fuses that are very easily accessed. Oh, and it took about 10 minutes to verify as I did it myself after the fact. Now if you read this review and think "yeah, dealership service centers are always more expensive" I also thought that. I just figured you'd get what you pay for. Not the case. If you are looking for a service center that will over charge you exponentially and do the absolute minimum, half-ass work, this place is for you. Otherwise, I'd look at other local shops. I will never bring my vehicle to any Nissan service center again. Absolutely disgusted by this experience. If you read this review, I hope you have a good day. Sad you can't give a zero star rating. Service is dead in the U.S. and especially on the west coast, but it's especially dead at Bellevue Nissan, and at the dying brand of Nissan in general. Read on for the ridiculousness. Made appointment for mount and balance of tires on my 2009 GT-R. Advisor had to confirm that the tire machine was working properly because apparently it's common for their balancer to break down, and he confirmed with the tech that it's tip top. Dropped off car & tires the evening before. Advisor said the car will be ready "Early tomorrow morning." Advisor also explained that even though they have no tires in stock for my car, that the labor rate will be higher for my service since I'm providing the parts. (WT actual F???) I took the day off work to pick up the car early and avoid traffic. I hear nothing from the dealer the entire next morning! After noon I get notified that the tire machine is actually broken and that my car will not be ready until rush hour, which put me AND MY RIDE TO THE DEALER into horrible traffic BOTH WAYS from Tacoma to Bellevue (a long ways). The reason I had to take the car there is because most Nissan dealers refuse to touch the GT-R for some bullshit reason. Goodbye to Nissan. Do you think I got a reduction of the bill offered or even an apology for all their buffoonery? Nope. Instead I got a 17% mystery fee tacked onto the already absurd $400 mount and balance bill. Yeah it's a GT-R, I get it, it's going to be expensive, but when you suck ass, maybe you should reduce the bill or at least apologize. Nope. They also declined to give me a military discount of any amount. Get fucked Nissan of Bellevue. NEVER AGAIN. P.S. Being newer to the area I found Bellevue Nissan via Yelp to complete a recall and routine service for my Murano. I made my service appointment via the inter several days ahead of time, I was promptly contacted by Mark Kellberg to discuss the details of my service request. I greatly appreciate his exceptional level of customer service, the time he took to explain services, and availability of the parts needed to complete job. I dropped my car off the night before service and it was ready for pick up the next afternoon. I spent a total of 5 minutes in the shop that was to drop off and pick up my vehicle!!! Time is extremely precious to me as I am a working mother of two busy boys, and with social distancing still in effect I didn't want my husband to spend his entire day at a public location. Mark went over and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my service, and what necessary repairs should be completed; he even added a coupon to my service!!! Previous visit my tires 5k miles and a winter ago was told to replace with 5/32 tread and now second visit still have 5/32 tread(machine broke?) and was told to replace soon again. Now what makes this a 2 star. I turn off the exit ramp and notice my hood has a larger gap in the seams, then bump it bounces open more! The hood wasn't latched properly. Very disappointed to be deceived and drive 2hrs round trip after James ensured us that the the drive would be worth it for this car in "near mint condition." He let us know the 2010 Golf's only issue was the headliner falling off but said they were waiting for a repair appt. and that they didn't have the car long. After our long drive, we found that they had it 21 days, never had a repair appt and expected us to take it as is with no discount. They also added on a theft detection unit for another $800 that they refuse to take off and that we would never purchase for any of our vehicles. Also... James' account of near mint condition that he had us drive all the way out for, he failed to disclose that every square inch of all 4 rims had curb rash.. ever part of the rims. All of it! Brief: Floor manager was/is nice. Good with negotiating, not pushy or fake. Some of the salespersons also are decent and low pressure. Issues: They use a rebate scheme to strengthen your purchase power during the POS so the lender accepts the terms, but once the initial months of ownership pass, the credit bureau catches up and lowers your credit. Rebates afforded through FEMA, state-sponsored tax credits, and lender inventory sale terms. Onboarding is a real pain. You are assaulted from all sides. From the personal assistant automation, customer operations (Nissan perks), down through the Nissan Motor Acceptance (finance) team. You get tens of messages at a time via any means you provided. Any updates to one do not map to the other so you may find yourself repeating yourself to 4 and 5 different people for one message topic. Your PII is shared with local vendors unrelated to Nissan. This means, any property managers, collectors, or buying parties, either through request or scraping have access to your first and last name, address, phone number, and email. There were few provisions in legible font that expressed explicitly that PII was not sold to other parties. The day I purchased my car was the exact day that a collector (pending a lawsuit) reached out to me at the exact coordinates I provided to Nissan. The Finance Manager was super pushy and rushy. Before I had a chance to examine the payment terms or see if there was anything that was amiss, he was already ramrodding the next piece of litigative/financial garble into my dome. Unfortunately, I was discouraged from letting the Nissan Corporate know this was an issue, instead was prompted to leave positive reviews regardless of this hiccup. Was also encouraged strongly to refrain from saying anything about a super abrasive ('Seattle-type') service manager who was partial to a certain breed of human, and seemed to busy to even mutter the words she shared. Today, after almost a week of tracking him down my girlfriend and I tried getting ahold of Joey who is the general manager at Nissan and intern general manager for the dodge store in Renton. We tried to resolve an issue with the dealership damaging and smoking in her car and this punk kid who thinks he is tough on the other end of the phone has the audacity to literally yell, scream and curse at my girlfriend, not trying to resolve the problem as soon as she mentioned trying to resolve it rather than involve an attorney. The level of customer service was an all-time low, and it disappoints me that a so-called professional thinks it's ok to yell at a woman on the phone instead of trying to resolve the problem. Luckily, this wasn't done in person, because that would have been a bad idea on his part. So as a man, I want all the single women to know that if you deal with these people, you will be talked down to, laughed at and yelled at if you have a problem and push back at them. Its sad the world has come to young people not really knowing how to treat other people when they think they are in a position of power. Hopefully the owner sees this review and fires that punk of a "manager" who probably only got the position because he sold a certain amount of cars for a few years. One thing is for sure, that guy definitely needs some courses in customer service and learn to lead by example instead of acting like an asshole. Made a safety recall appointment 3 weeks in advance. Called day before the appointment to confirm drop off and requested a car wash during the appointment. Upon check-in, I was offered to get an oil change done during this appointment as well, and I agreed. I received a message that the car would be ready for pick up at 1pm. I went to pick it up at 2pm. When I arrived, I was told that they were not able to complete the safety recall because parts are not available. I asked if the oil change was completed and was told it was. I decided to check myself and it was not completed. I am then told that they "forgot" to change the oil. In addition, I was given an invoice for work completed, which included the oil change and a complete vehicle check. The car was not washed. So none of the 3 things (recall, oil change, car wash) were done and I wasted my time and my ride's time for nothing. I am very disappointed with Bellevue Nissan. I contacted Bellevue Nissan through their online website to explain my issues. After 4 days of waiting, no one contacted me back. Basically, nothing was done on my car, with paperwork showing an oil change was all completed, and no one tried to resolve the problems or reschedule. read more

I did not have a good experience with Nissan Bellevue from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done on it and they now refuse to offer a solution to the issue. I brought my Murano in to be checked and turns out it was totaled, they offered to buy back my car for $2,500 and suggested I look around for a replacement vehicle. After test driving cars, I didn't find one I liked in my budget and was planning to walk away as it's a big decision and purchase. Their sales rep working with me (Doug) was extremely pushy, kept trying to sell me different cars, extend the payment time frame to lower the monthly payment (which does not solve the issue of a car being out of my desired budget), and clearly did not want to take no for an answer. I requested to just take the buyback amount they offered, but they then stated they would only give me $1,500 if I wasn't buying a vehicle from them. They did not inform me of this caveat when they made the original offer. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a used Audi that was in my budget, utilizing the full buyback amount as a credit. I was glad to have found a car I liked in my budget but did not enjoy my experience. Fast forward, I have been having issues with my car leaking fluid after already having to replace a tire (flat due to no visible puncture) only a month or two into having the car. I tried to bring my car into Nissan as the sales rep had told me that they would be able to service my car there for anything I needed, which was a lie. The service crew would not even look at my car since it wasn't a Nissan. I was finally able to get a service appointment at my car's home dealership and turns out my car had previously been in a major accident and several parts under the hood were installed improperly. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of the purchase. The car had been leaking, probably since I purchased it and the part was clearly eroding all due to an improper installation. The cost to replace the fluid tank/pump is over $800 because the vehicle was not properly inspected when it came into possession by Nissan, even though I was assured it was in great condition and everything had been thoroughly looked over. I called Nissan to explain the issue to them and they informed me my original sales rep was in and she would have him talk to me. The person who came to the phone was not my original sales rep (perhaps because he knew he was in the wrong and didn't want to own up to it?) and unfortunately said there was nothing they would do. I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience with Nissan Bellevue and feel completely lied to and taken advantage of by their team. They guilted and coerced me into purchasing a vehicle from them that was not properly cared for and then told me that there was nothing they would do to help resolve the situation. I encourage anyone who goes here, especially young women, to be wary of their team as clearly they do not have your best interest at heart and will do whatever they need to in order to make a sale and not take responsibility for selling a faultily repaired vehicle. read more

I called the dealership multiple times for 3 weeks prior to this, spoke with Jeremy, who insisted that the replacement plates are going to be sent overnight, which never happened. We recently went in to look at a used Toyota Prius that we had seen online. They told us that the car wasn't available at the moment because it was getting worked on at the Toyota dealership across the street. When we asked what was wrong with it, they told us that the heater wasn't working, but it should be back on their lot in a few hours. As it matched all of our requirements for the car we wanted, we waited for it to be returned and then purchased it and drove it home. The next day, commuting to work, the car died twice. We promptly drove it to our mechanic to see what the problem was: it was in need of $4,000 of repairs to be drivable. The traction/hybrid battery (The Prius is a hybrid gas/electric car) for electrical driving was shot as well as the coolant pump. Our mechanic showed us a variety of trouble codes and explained that they were historic and had been in the car's computer for a while. If Bellevue Nissan had somehow never checked the car's error codes (which seems unlikely, as they would want to know what they were purchasing or receiving as a trade in), I could accept the bad fortune of getting a lemon. But the fact that they had it getting worked on when we arrived, and didn't disclose that it was in need of $4,000 of repairs to be run feels fraudulent. Needless to say, they've given us nothing but the runaround as we've tried to resolve this with them for weeks now. They have no interest in being accountable for knowingly selling a car that isn't in working condition. We went to Bellevue Nissan because a specific vehicle met the requirements we were searching for, not because we were interested in the dealership. They were the guys who took care of us from the point we stepped in to the point we eventually made the purchase. Dustin showed us a few different models, took the time to really explain every single feature and did not rush through things just to check off a list. He was professional and friendly at the same time. After the test drive, Mitch came to talk numbers with us but we were still not decided on the Leaf so he brought us the keys and asked us to take it out for a few hours, go have lunch, maybe drive home and think about it. That was a really nice gesture on his part and it honestly helped us make up our mind because I was able to drive it home and back and see what it would be like on my daily commute. He was willing to go the extra mile to promote his product over his competitors. When it came to negotiating numbers, Mitch was willing to be quite flexible but by the end of the day we still ended up at a dead end since we were unable to bridge the gap. At one point, they even made a slight slip up in a quote but were willing to honor it since it was a mistake on their part. Dustin followed up with us over the course of the next two days and did his best to work with his GM to get as really close to the numbers we were looking for. We eventually arrived at mutually agreeable numbers and went ahead and signed. Throughout the entire deal, the staff was nothing but courteous and friendly. They were persistent but never pushy. I appreciated the due diligence and efforts they made. It was by far one of the nicest dealership experiences I've had in a long time. I went to this dealership with a pre approval from a lender. I told them I had a reference number and to only do my credit application with the specific lender I was already pre approved with. I even wrote it on the credit application in the comment section. While I was waiting I started getting notifications of hard inquiries on my credit report 5 to be exact! I told the sales guy Nick that I was not happy already because I specifically asked to only apply to the lender I was pre approved for. He then comes back with some outrageous offer from a different lender and tells me my pre approved lender declined to finance me. Like what? I didn't take the deal and left. I called the pre approved lender to inquire why they declined. And was told that was not true they would finance the car I inquired about as I was pre approved! So this dealership lied to me and didn't even send my credit application to the lender that pre approved. Shame on this place for lying and trying to have me go with a lender that was charging outrageous interest! They thought they were going to take advantage of me but I'm well versed in car buying and financing. We confirmed an appointment multiple times, including on the way to the appointment. We drove 75 miles, arrived at the dealership and the car was allegedly out on a test drive. After waiting it still wasn't back and we kept being told that the car was "on the way back". Terrible way to do business. read more

Everyone here is friendly but with any dealership, definitely do your research before you go so you have sound information to make your purchase with. Each step of the way, you will be sold to buy more than you may need: 1. Figure out your car insurance plan to compare to what they recommend. FYI Geico was the best I found and has no downpayment in excess of the normal first monthly payment unlike other insurances. 2. Decide if you will pay upwards of $800 for a theft deterrent program called Shadowmark, which is a 5-year guarantee of $2500 basic protection and $5000 value loss protection if your vehicle is stolen and with no guarantee of recovering your stolen vehicle. Or will you have comprehensive coverage in your car insurance which would already cover the market value of your stolen vehicle after $500 deductible or the deductible you set. The Shadowmark registration form clearly states, "THE PURCHASE OF THE SHADOWMARK PROTECTION PRODUCT GUARANTEE IS NOT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF OBTAINING FINANCING ON OR FOR PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE." You have the right to decline. 3. Have a finance plan application ready to use if what the dealership offers is not as competitive (higher APR/interest rate). Call your local credit unions, banks, etc. 4. If you are getting a used vehicle, research if paying for extended warranty (on sale at $3000 or regularly upwards of $5000) is worth it. It's an extended warranty that covers manufacturer-related malfunctions not driver-caused damages. Do you have emergency $ available if you did need to repair a malfunction?
