The…read moreservice advisor let me know she was also due for her 3 year service which she had prepaid for, but it had "expired" so it would be $900. After a lot of back-and-forth and prompting on my part to look into the warranty history on the vehicle, it turned out that she had already had the service done at the dealership closer to our house. When I asked if they bothered to reach out to their customers to let them know that such services were necessary warranties were about to run out the service manager, said "we do our best". Will not be ever returning here for service in the future.

Fast forward to current times we were ready to finally pull the trigger. We made an appointment to check out the Defender and fell instantly in love. The sales representative Vitalli reached out to us and held our hand throughout the process. Upon the test drive we knew we were in love. After some talks with the sales manager Leon and some back and forth, we agreed and made a deal and could not be happier. Leon sealed what Vitalli started for us adding those finishing touches for customer service and we could not be happier. Not to sound corny but we were teary eyed once the process was done. It was honestly a dream come true. We named our new Defender Belle (after the city we bought her in). The sales team here at Land Rover Bellevue are just fantastic. The whole process when they showed us our new baby was TOP NOTCH WHITE GLOVE (not going to give away any spoilers but WOW when they hand you your keys and show you all the things these cars can do....and the environment they do it in...I'll just say if I am paying this much for a car, this is exactly how I wanted to be treated). A million thanks to Vitalli and Leon (and Nicholas in Financing who ironed out the small details with us...super knowledgeable and got us out relatively fast) for making our dream come true. Very disappointing experience with Land Rover Bellevue's service department…read more I have a 2024 Range Rover Sport that has had repeated battery/electrical-related issues. This is not a one-time problem -- the vehicle has been brought in multiple times, yet the issue continues to come back. What makes the situation worse is the service experience. There has been no loaner car available, communication has been poor, and it has been extremely difficult to get a clear answer on what is happening with the vehicle or when it will be ready. Every time I call for an update, I feel like I am being pushed off instead of being given a real timeline or explanation. The person handling my case was not working one day, so someone else took over, but the experience did not improve. The attitude was unhelpful, and I still could not get a clear answer on when the repair would be completed. For a 2024 Range Rover Sport, repeated battery/electrical issues are already frustrating enough. But the lack of responsiveness, lack of loaner support, and lack of clear communication from the dealership have made the entire experience even worse. I expected much better from a Land Rover dealership.

When Robert returned from his days off, he called us asking why the purchase had not gone through. During that conversation, he indicated that he was not aware of what had happened, which raises additional concerns regarding the dealership's internal communication and handling of the transaction. Robert told us that management would be contacting us to explain the situation. However, no one from management ever called or contacted us. We have been left without any explanation as to why the vehicle was ultimately sold to someone else after we had been told the vehicle was being held for us and after we had provided a deposit. This lack of communication is particularly concerning. At this point, we are not only seeking an explanation for what happened with the vehicle, but also an explanation as to how this was allowed to happen internally and why management has failed to communicate with us afterward.

During the test drive, a salesman was required to come with me and also took me on a mandatory guided route which did not let me drive the car on the freeway. The freeway is where the car has many issues that I did not know of prior to buying. To my surprise, the sales department told me that they would help cover any diagnosis/repairs for the harsh vibrations that occur at freeway speeds under load. However, the service department just gaslighted me by telling me that the car is mechanically perfect and has no vibration issues. They also would not let me take a tech for a drive to reproduce the issues. The more I drove the car, the more issues I found and one of their salesman insisted that they would diagnose and fix the issues but this turned out to be very false. I contacted the GM of the dealership multiple times through email in response to his email which asked me to let him know if I can have questions, comments or concerns. However, the GM has flat out ignored me and won't even bother with a basic response. So not only will they screw you over by not letting you fully test the car, they will do whatever they can to prevent you from returning/exchanging the car, they will gaslight you over the issues the car has, and on top of that, they won't even show you the basic courtesy of responding to you when you contact them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Update: Finally spoke with their GM Tim Lasso and this guy is a real piece of work. He basically blamed me for everything. Didn't take responsibility for anything. Had the nerve to say that the service department cannot fix what isn't broken while telling me that a car with 105k miles is going to have worn out parts and have issues. So he contradicted himself by saying it's likely the car has issues while also telling me that service can't fix what isn't broken. What a joke. The current group that works on our vehicles is amazing with working with my schedule, helping me rotate the vehicles so they all get serviced. For it being a high end car dealership/service center they're actually decently priced. Every time we get our vehicles back they're returned in the same or better condition then when they were dropped off. I'm NOT an easy customer either my car is my baby and I make sure it gets the best, they do not disappoint...they even make sure I have access to a vehicle if needed. I do recommend this service place for Bentley (might have said differently in the past though).

After weeks of research, I finally found The One; gently used, well-maintained, competitively priced, well presented, and described as "ready for a serious buyer." I spoke with the sales rep, and made plans to buy it sight-unseen, trusting the reputation of the Bentley/Rolls-Royce dealership. What I got instead was a scene straight out of a horror film. I am out of state, so my sister and niece scheduled an appointment at the dealership to preview the car on my behalf. They were led through a grimy back room, up some precarious and rusty stairs to a rain slicked rooftop filled with neglected unsold vehicles- The Island of Misfit Cars. There it was - my dream 911-coated in bird droppings, spiderwebs covering the interior, reeking with a stench so foul the dealer admitted they were "ripping out the carpets." My sister reluctantly sat in the driver seat. My niece refused to get in. A piece of lettuce rotted in the back like a punch line. The car was not prepped. Not treated with care. Not even treated with a basic respect. Meanwhile, I had: - Arranged financing through my bank - Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection through a local Porsche specialist - Arranged closed transport - Planned a flight to Seattle to finalize the deal and celebrate on my sister's yacht. I expected a video from my sister with her beaming in driver's seat- engine revving, instead I got what she aptly called, "a horror movie." A luxury dealership showcasing a high-performance automobile in this state- with no disclaimer, no apology, no explanation, and no accountability - is shameful. I was ready for James Bond. There were minor concerns raised by the mechanic and Hamid agreed to a 30 day guarantee if the issue arose. Now 2 months later the car runs perfect. This was my first time buying a used car and I went a few shops before eventually getting a car from Robert and Hamid. I could not be more satisfied. They were not the "used car salesmen" we all have in mind. They were friendly, not pushy and made for a great transaction. I was super pleased and will go to them again if I am u am in the market for a used car again. I highly recommend them. When buying used a car, keep in mind you are buying a "used car".
