Not a great experience here. It was ok relative to some car sale experiences I've had. They sold me an extended warranty and a few weeks later I decided to look into cancelling it. They told me that I could cancel it, but they would roll the price of it into the car, even though the contract was already signed and the loan was funded. I pushed back and they said it could not be cancelled. I contacted the warranty company and they gave me a refund with no trouble at all. I complained to the manager at Doug's and he insisted that nobody had told me it couldn't be cancelled. I then forwarded him the email in which I was told it couldn't be cancelled. He stopped responding to me after that. I adore my Mazda, though, and highly recommend their cars. read more

Took more than a week of calling & attempting to schedule an insurance inspection for my 1995 Mazda Rx-7 to get a quote for repairs. I called DAILY & was told I'd get called back & it never happened. Finally I get someone who answers & says "you were talking to Ryan" & hollers for him across the room, instead of transferring the call. I can hear Ryan's uninterested & unprofessional voice in the background saying something along the lines of "oh yeah, we don't really do that kind of stuff..." Then the guy that was actually taking my call suggested I contact another Mazda dealership. A piece of advise from a 2 decade + Mazda owner & rotary engine enthusiasts: Maybe take down all the iconic rotary engine powered vehicles that draw so much attention to your dealership, if it isn't a community that you plan to support.
