Absolutely the Worst Limo Experience Ever I rarely leave reviews, but this was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We hired this company for what was supposed to be a special night, and it turned into a complete disaster. The limo arrived 45 minutes late with no apology or explanation. When it finally showed up, the vehicle looked nothing like the photos--old, dirty, and smelled strongly of mildew and something worse. The driver was rude, completely unprofessional, and didn't even know the route. We had to use my phone's GPS to guide him! On top of that, the "fully stocked bar" they advertised consisted of a couple of warm bottles of water and nothing else. Not even ice. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and we were sweating in our formal wear the entire time. When I called to complain the next day, I was met with defensiveness and zero accountability. No partial refund. No sincere apology. Just excuses. What happened??? You were supposed to pick my husband and me up at 8:30 am to go to Logan. I asked you to call me the night before. No call. I called you and asked you to call me back. No call. The next day when you were suppose to take us to Logan at 8:30 am no show. 8:45 am you were still a no show. I called you and you never answered the phone. This was very upsetting. We are 78 and 83 years old. What's the matter with you? We were going to see our son and family in South Carolina that we hadn't seen in almost a year because of Covid. We were beside ourselves. We had to call a neighbor and ask them. Thank heaven they took us otherwise we would have missed the flight. Your reviews are mostly lousy and I can see why. This is April 2021. We used Don and his limo for a night out with friends, a 40 minute ride down to Roller Kingdom where we had rented out the rink for a few hours. Don was a great driver and really friendly. So much so that we invited him in to enjoy some of our party's pizza. He had no problem waiting around for us for 3 hours on site so that we could keep our things in the limo. "Ride from Hell!" These were the driver's own words describing what to expect on our 720 dollar ride down the street, after this jabroni arrived 45 minutes late to pick us up, in his rusted shitbox. We were going from Manchester NH, to Mansfield MA, for an Iron Maiden concert. Apparently, at the last second, we got "upgraded" to a 2001 Escalade. Visibly sagging at the middle, filthy interior, littered with empties, no AC, windows haphazardly work. Before leaving, the driver admonished us to take a piss because he wouldn't stop along the way to the venue and immediately demanded an extra 40$ for gas, which we stupidly paid. He also made up some ridiculous story about hitting a pothole, possibly on my friend's property, which he said damaged his vehicle. We hit the freeway, and once we reached 45 mph, the jalopy started shaking so violently, we all contemplated jumping out of the vehicle. It was the equivalent of a 6.8 earthquake, or more, constantly, for the next hour and a half. Plus, there was a deafening roar that was so low pitched it was barely audible and also the closest humans have ever got to creating the theoretical "brown note", which would apparently make you involuntarily release your bowels - we nearly got there. You had to constantly clench your jaw, to prevent your teeth from rattling together and snapping shut on your tongue. Finally, we just got loaded enough to accept it. Later, we learned the driver is also the owner, and probably only employee, of the entire company. We also strongly suspect he lived in the vehicle itself. On the way back, after funneling out of the venue back to the ride, we find him too busy to leave, sucking down at least 3 cheeseburgers he weaseled out of our neighbors in the parking lot who were tailgating instead of attending the concert. He wouldn't leave the parking lot until the traffic "cooled down" sufficiently, in his opinion. Refusing to stop on the way back, our friend was forced to piss into empty bottles in the back of the vehicle. He often missed. Keep in mind - the violent shaking. The entire way back. Once we arrived home, he started pawing out trash onto my friend's driveway while he did his best to clean the vehicle for the wedding party he was allegedly driving the next day. As I rush out of the vehicle to piss onto the lawn, I hear him shake down my friend, the drunkest of our party, for an additional $160 for going 1 hour over - after he was 45 minutes late to pick us up to begin with, and after he refused to leave the venue for another 45 minutes while he consumed cheeseburgers. Our drunk friend was intoxicated enough to comply. That brings us to a total of $920, for the "Ride from Hell." He is a scam. None of this is remotely exaggerated. Avoid him at all costs. read more

Rented a stretch limosine for a high school dance from Belley's limo. Don, the driver arrived on time and patiently waited for the girls to take a few more pictures before heading out. Don was nice enough to meet with me a few days prior so I could put drinks in the limo's cooler for everyone to enjoy. Price of this limo was more affordable and so ideal for this type of school event. The limo had blooth tooth for music and they all enjoyed it. So if looking for a stretch limo for prom or a casual night out that is affordable, consider Belley's limosine. read more

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. This was the most horrible limo experience of my entire life, and unfortunately had to be on my wedding day. To start off I tried calling the day before my wedding to confirm my limo ride left a voicemail and never got a call back, I had to call the next day. Finally got a call back after I left a second message he said that he was picking up the limo from the garage and was going to be there at my scheduled time. Needless to say he showed up on time, but then sped off because his stretch limo that I paid for was bucking and not performing. He ended up leaving and coming back, but was late. He showed up in a limousine that was not even big enough to fit my whole wedding party. Needless to say was also black when I requested white, he then proceeded to tell me not everybody was going to fit in the limo which I told him prior the amount of people I had so one of my bridesmaids had to ride in a separate car. I also paid extra money for champagne that was not even provided, and maybe that was a blessing because the glasses in the limo were still dirty not even clean. I paid for the limo until 4 PM and we were dropped off at 3:45 PM and he said that we went overtime and he drove like a madman from the church to the reception complaining the entire time that we went overtime and he wasn't going to get paid for it and this this and that. He was driving almost 60 mph on a 30 mph road. we had two children in the limo and one of my bridesmaids had to say very loudly. We have children in the car. Can you please slow down. When we got to the reception, I apologized anyway for going over time even though I did not and even though he was the one that was late in the first place and he requested an additional $50 for being late. so my uncle paid the $50 and then he proceeded to say what about the $300 for the limo ride and I said I already wrote you a check and you cashed it. He said oh OK and then said well What about gratuity. Yes I'm aware that you should give gratuity in this case and I was planning to but it's rude to ask and to be honest, he did not even ask he demanded. I thought this was going to be a good limo ride for a good cheap price but I think I would have rather paid $700 for a more professional and more friendly business. Save your money go somewhere else this guy is a complete jerk, very rude, unprofessional and his limo was disgusting. I paid extra for the champagne I didn't even get and I'm livid. read more

Great experience with Belley's Limousine Service. We hired the limo from 5:30 - 11:30 and our driver Don Belley arrived at 5:00. The limo was beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable. The driving was safe and direct. Very friendly, personable and professional driver. He went above and beyond to get us close to the door as we had our elderly mom with us. Trash. Originally when I spoke to the owner everything seemed too good to be true with how caring he appeared to sound about taking care of us on my wedding day. He asked over the phone to just make sure we tip our driver well, because Covid had set them back work wise. Sure, of course we will tip! I confirmed times with the owner/driver a day before my wedding and was once again reminded to tip them. Ok...settle down about the tip. The day of the wedding the driver called my mom and rudely stated that he was "still waiting outside" after he arrived early (something we did not request). We made our way to the hotel lobby where the driver was found talking on the phone in the hotel, not even in the car ready to greet us. We piled into the limo, and as he backs it up to leave he tapped a car behind us and drove away. The plan was that he was to drop us off at the venue for 2:30/3pm and return at 9:30pm. After the ceremony we went outside for pics and the driver was still there and opened up the car to let us in. Confused, I reminded him that we are here until 9:30 to which he looked equally confused and dumbfounded. He mentioned it was no problem and he would he be back at 930. LITERAL SECONDS LATER the driver approached my step father and demanded his tip money. We told the driver he would get tipped at the end of the service. Moments later he was found by my family member sitting in our venues lobby, with food all over him, shirt untucked. I later received a text that he was rear ended after being told to leave the space he was illegally parked in and would not be able to return because his neck hurt. My mom checked in with the local PD and was told that no incident was reported involving a limo...you would think that a company would report all accidents..but seeing as this appears to be a common scheme they use to rip people off it would make sense they wouldn't report it. read more

Can I give 0 stars here? Booked them for my grandmothers 85th. I called to confirm we are all set 25 min prior, and they said that they could not reach me, that their limo was in the shop and could not make it. They gave me another number to call and luckily we got another limo service at last minute, making us 20 min late. DONT TRY THEM! Call A-Executive Limo out of Billerica. Limo was clean. Fine whatever. Don was rude from the second after I made my initial payment. I haggled him down to a cheaper price after I shopped around and he had said he would be flexible about the pick up/ drop off times which was ultimately why I booked with him. And then after I put down a deposit he became rigid and inflexible. Reminding me how cheap of an option I chose and that I needed to select a time for the end of the night pick up. And dropped a comment on how people tip him shitty. When mind you this is my engagement party and I want to be able to stay at the party as long as I want. When we met in person I tried to be polite, he immediately let me know how there was a concert at Gillette that he's missing out on some real money. We then get to the car and learn no aux hook up which is something we should have well known before to be able to burn a cd or whatever. Then mind you the radio doesn't allow you to select any stations when you seek for them so you have to go with the presets. I know it may seem silly but this completely changes the vibe. Also it was evident even with the privacy window up that he was listening to everything because at any point when we would talk about something -for example how he kept the child lock on the windows- he'd then unlock them. Mind you the air conditioning did not work at all. So the windows were a must. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience and it was overall just unpleasant and I will never book with him again. I will say that a friend of ours felt sick and Don did pull over to let him do his business. But how would Don know that he wasn't feeling well because the privacy screen was up? Never again......... I called Don to book a trip to Logan. I told him there would be 4 adults, 4 check-in bags (two of which were on the large side) and 4 carry-ons. He asked me ahead of time how big the largest check-in bag was. I gave him the measurements. He arrived in a BMW sedan. He crammed all but one large suitcase into the trunk. I sat in the front seat. The other three in our party were sitting in the back seat. After everyone was in Don proceeded to cram that last suitcase in beside the man closest to the left door. It was pushed right against the side of his head.The three in the back seat were packed in like a can of sardines. They were totally uncomfortable.We all had our carry-on bags on our laps. I sat in front with Don. He was telling me about his mortgage payments, and all his "friggin bills". Why would I care to hear all that ??? He was saying he wished he had an SUV and at the same time telling us that the BMW we were in was a $135,000 car.I bit my tongue but was furious. I thought to myself if he sold the BMW he could probably buy 2 or 3 SUVS I ending up tipping him because I didn't like his demeanor and was afraid NOT to and I knew at that moment I would NEVER be calling him again. First off I specifically asked if the A/C works to which he said yes. Well it doesn't. It was high 80's and it barely blew a slight cool air. Everyone was uncomfortable. Secondly..was suppose to drop us off on Hanover but dropped us off at a parking garage to which we walked in the rain at least 4 streets. He said he would pick us up at same place to get to our duck boat ride at the aquarium. Seriously...I sent him a text stating we will walk the 10 mins to aquarium and not 25 back to where u left us. This was unacceptable. It was a 70th birthday celebration for my husband. Imagine just dropping off 8 adults, 7 of which were 69 and older to walk that distance. I kept apologizing to our friends and they all said it's not your fault, it's that *^^** fault. I wanted to go 1 extra hour before all this happened and of course I said I had enough. He dropped everyone off at their homes and us last. I paid this man what I owed him and originally had 200 tip but yes lucky I gave him that 100. I just wanted to end this night asap. very disappointed! My wedding was just over a week ago. My mother and uncle booked this limousine company. I wish they read the comments before booking them. Well my mother book the white extra stretch limo so my wedding party can all fit. Well the day of my wedding he showed up in the black regular limo which didn't fit my wedding party. He said that something happen to the white one thats why we couldn't use it. which stuff happens. But the owner didn't care on how dirty the black limo was! all full of salt and there was even snow on top of the car and a dent ! so much for my photos! I should of had my dad drive me in his regular truck at lease my dad would of open the door for me! I booked a driver to get my children and I to the airport this past Tuesday morning for 8:30am. I booked weeks in advance and they never showed!! I had to scramble to find a ride for 5 of us on a work day to get to the airport and nearly missed our flight!! They claimed the driver had an accident but did not contact me until after 9:00am well after the driver should have arrived. If they had any courtesy whatsoever they would've called me because the accident should have happened well before their 830 arrival time . They still have not responded when I asked about my return ride home and now have to deal with finding a new company on my vacation!! They should have had a backup driver or offered to pay our Uber at the least! Actually at the least they should've given me a warning that I was going to have to scramble to find a ride to the airport !!! I wish there were negative stars!!! read more
