I have been going to this salon for longer than I can remember and I always get great service with Barbara! She always gets it just right and I never walk away disappointed! There have been times where I don't know what I want exactly, but she figures it out. Her color and styling are AMAZING! Her hair painting is my favorite! The salon itself and staff are also really great. There are always snacks as well as coffee, tea, or water available. Someone is always checking on you and you are never ignored. They have a great selection of products to purchase for you to take home too. I've noticed over the years that this is not your run of the mill salon, they never stop learning and training from the newest employee to the most senior. Sylvia always asks me before she begins to cut or highlight my hair as to what style I would like and she will take the time to follow through with my requests. She gets all of the complementary colors and shades- and Always steers me in the right direction. Her work is consistent- and she is a pleasure to work with! Bellezza salon is the best! I've been coming here for about 10 years and I can't imagine getting my hair cut anywhere else! I currently live in Manhattan and I have seen many of my friends go to upscale salons only to be very disappointed with the result. There are certainly many talented stylists in NYC, but finding someone who listens to understand what the client wants is a different story. Nickki has been my stylist for quite some time and she is amazing! Nickki is attentive, meticulous, and I am always confident she will achieve my desired cut. There is a reason I've been going here since before computer records of 2000! After COUNTLESS salons ( including famous ones in NYC!) I found the best here! From curly to straight to dark to highlighted, from short to long to short---I could never be happier. The entire staff and business is amazing- over the top PROFESSIONAL ( both treatment of clients AND staff continuing education), and skilled and friendly. All staff are great... In particular, I've been with Jocelyn Northcutt for all these years, and she listens, and then does great color and cut and finish. The salon has the feel of a New York City salon, but in a location that's easily accessible to me, in Warren, NJ. I go to the owner, Jocelyn Northcut, and her attention to detail, focus on the customer ability to make this 41 year old look like a 30-something is what keeps me coming back every six weeks. I have been going to bellezza since I graduated college and moved back to New Jersey 3 years ago. Every time that I come I have an amazing experience!! I have been to so many of the hair stylists there and they are all so knowledgable and talented! I always leave feeling very satisfied. The salon is GORGEOUS inside with a very hip atmosphere. They always have complimentary coffee and tea also! It is also clean which is a big importance to me. Their prices are also very reasonable for a young working girl like myself. My stylist is Jerry Lee. He has been doing my hair for years. Perfect color every time and he is so good at cutting my hair for curly days or straight hair days. He always tells me about new processes he learned at classes or products that are great for my hair type. Always treats me like a valued client as well. I have been looking for a hair salon that would offer organic color services everywhere in NJ with no luck. Then I run into Bellezza's website and learned that not only they have organic color but also organic highlights! I was very happy, for I wanted a more gentle approach on color for my hair that would also save me from being exposed to toxic chemicals. Barbara has been coloring my hair the way I wanted, also respecting my preferences in terms of shade and I am very satisfyef with the results.
