His office got me an appointment within a week or so and when I got there everyone was so kind; His staff is top notch. I received X-rays, traditional and the swirl around your head dealiebobber. I also received a consultation with Dr. Girgis and he took a look at my dental situation and agreed with my dentist on the proposed course of action. Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore? I wish I had known about this dental office years ago, I might have saved myself a lot of dental woes had I had the quality care Dr. Girgis and his staff provide.

Dr. Pham really takes her time and makes you feel like she cares about you as a person. I never feel rushed; she stays with me until every last question I have is answered and always explains the "why" behind everything. It makes me feel so much more comfortable with whatever treatment she recommends. She's super gentle but also very thorough. I feel like she looks at my dental health as part of my overall health, which is really important to me. I've recommended a few people to see her already, and they all love her as well. The new office is modern and really clean, and they are always on time with appointments. They're also very accommodating if you ever need to reschedule, which I really appreciate. The rest of the staff is great, too. Both the hygienist and the office manager, Brian at the front desk are so kind and professional. You can tell they all work as a team and get along really well. There are even some dentists that suggest things that perhaps is not truly needed at the time. At a time in which the economy is not great, many can't afford things that are not necessary at the time. In my 70 years of going to dentists, I never felt the honesty that I felt at Amazing Smile Family Dentist. I also have never met anyone like "Ruthie" who is the person who explains everything with precision, professionalism and PERSONALITY. Ruthie has a long history and career in dentistry herself but now she serves as the "fairy Godmother" that we ALL wish we had when we visit a dentist. Ruthie and the entire staff at Amazing Smile are BEYOND OUTSTANDING I felt like I was given a GREAT assessment of what I needed along with a clear picture of the pricing. They do take most insurance plans and Care Credit if needed. After my assessment about a week ago I came in yesterday for an extraction and bone graft that was seriously needed. My tooth was broken down to the gum, so I was very scared of the amount of work, the time in the chair, and the possible pain involved in the process. The owner of the business Dr. Zuniga came in to check on me and introduce an oral surgeon named Doctor Nathan and Ruthie was present the whole time to put me at ease. Dr. Nathan was the end of a beautiful experience that I was so scared of throughout 2025. After his gentle touch and very skilled surgery I felt silly for waiting so long and for NOT knowing about AMAZING SMILE FAMILY DENTISTS sooner! I had been going to Amazing Smile Family Dental for about 3 years, and was scheduled to have 3 cavities refilled. And a semi deep cleaning. I did what any other person would have done and got a second opinion. I wanted to get the second opinion since I'm a college student and some of my treatment wasn't covered by my insurance, and had to pay $250 out of pocket. I didn't have the money at the time, so I politely called them to let them know I would like to only have the treatment my insurance covered. When asked why, I told them a second opinion said I only needed a cleaning. I understand that maybe at the time this could have been "disrespectful" towards the establishment, but regardless she should have been professional. The response I was met with was truly appalling and discouraging, I didn't get the woman's name over the phone but she proceeded to tell me rudely, if I felt that I needed to go to a second opinion then I shouldn't trust their judgment and I should seek further treatment from the second opinion. And overall was being petty and manipulative because I didn't want to get the full treatment. Honestly, the whole conversation was her guilt tripping me because I got a second opinion, at her grown age she should know better-just childish. Irregardless of the situation the woman on the phone lacked empathy and compassion. Amazing Smile Family Dental do better!!

You know what doesn't really exist anymore in the dental industry? Honest, calm, mature and mellow…read moreservice. I've taken my kids to other dentists before and I hated most of them. I really should have written a review for them years ago but haven't. My kids are now 14 and 17 and they have probably been patients here for maybe 10 years at this point. They have never complained. I remember when they were toddlers/little kids, the doctors would explain each tool and showed them what kind of noises it made and told them what they do. My kids have gotten their cavities filled and probably a tooth or 2 pulled out in their lives here and have never complained about it after ever. And I think it completely has something to do with how much they taught them about the tools when they were younger to completely remove all dental anxiety during youth and now teenage years. This place is in no way shape or form a "children's" dental office but they do such a great job with kids because they work with them as learning people. Don't fall for colorful offices and video games. Keep it simple. Also. Their cleanings are pretty affordable! My kids are here every 3 months and their cleanings are half the cost of mines somewhere else.
