Like most people, I don't really like going to the dentist. It's not that I am s cared, but the last dentist I went to circa 2010 lied to me about cost and I ended up with a $500 bill after. But with Dr Martinez, that doesn't happen. His staff is probably one of the nicest staffs of any kind of medical that I have ever experienced! They had some regular patients in there who knew everyone by name and seemed happy to be there at the dentist! From the front desk, to the dental assistant, hygienist, and of course Dr Martinez, everyone was wonderful and explained every step. They could tell I hadn't been in years and didn't chastise me whatsoever. They just told me what they were going to do to help, how to maintain, and set another appointment for me as a follow up. It was such a painless experience! I have another appointment in a week and am not afraid whatsoever. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Just finished up another wonderful visit to Dr Max's office for a cleaning with Kim. Let me tell you, this is the most wonderful place to get a cleaning, cavity filled, check-up or whatever your mouth needs. My oral health has improved ten fold thanks to the staff here at Dr. Max's. Had some cavities filled by Dr. Tsao and he made it painless and quick and got my teeth back in great shape. Excellent care as well as excellent attention to safe hygiene during this COVID season. First they request that you phone from your car upon arrival, then they meet you at the door to take your temperature, then a squirt of hand sanitizer is provided. You are escorted directly to a sanitized treatment room. While this is reasuringly safe, it is done in a friendly manner. I have been going to Dr. Max Martinez for many, many years and have the highest regard for his quality of care. From experience, I have trust in his recommendations and treatments. Went in for my cleaning and was delighted I had such a great experience with Cindy. The is the second time I have been there after my husband who was a long time patient told me to go there because I've had such bad luck with previous dentists. Staff is amazing, they treat you with dignity and respect no matter what condition you may be in.
