When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. They really care and want the van traveler to be part of the customizing. I was allowed to stay in my van and they have indoor bays for when we needed to unload it and do some deeper work. They were also able to advise Me best options and designs in working w my existing system to customize. Also just patient and respectful that I'm a customer and they want to do right in the world.
