The place is completely unstaffed, and filthy. The locker rooms stink. Half of the locker doors are broken. The equipment is held together by duct tape. But its great for the management because there is no one to complain to. No one is ever there. I am trying to quit again, but no one picks up their phone, and there is no voicemail. This is a gym in the late stages of sad decline, with non-existent customer service. Don't waste your time here.

No time schedules, no classes, jump in and get your work out going. Rarely is there a wait to start your circuit. 30 minutes and you'll be feeling great. Changes come fast. Super friendly staff, easy signup process.. they accept Senior fitness programs like Silver Sneakers and Silver&Fit and if you have those, the only cost to you is the $10 fee for the membership card, and that's doable, right? There's a good selection of classes to choose from and they're included in the membership and my opinion is, classes are much more fun and compelling than just trudging along solo on a treadmill or pumping out reps, y'know? The only downside (to me) is they don't have a hot tub or sauna.. but they do have nice showers with endless hot water, which can be soothing...
