I've attended three or four class sessions so far and they are entertaining and informative. I'm struggling a little getting the motions down, but that is just me being in a new class with no experience in the subject. The instructor is nice and encouraging. I have every intention of attending these classes until I become adept at the art of Tai Chi.

This,…read moreafter a caffuffel between the former manager of the center and the board of directors over pay and benefits. The result was that the Blaine Parks Dept. took over the management. It was a great place before the changeover, and seems to have changed little since. The Center is a great resource for seniors in particular, providing a gathering place and offering multitudinous activities, meals, a library, a game room, and exercise equipment. Membership is $45 a year, which, considering all tht is offered is a heck of a deal, and something to support, particularly if you are a senior.
