Some better than others but never a bad time. Only one time ever have they turned me away for being too busy to handle my service before they closed and even then they were so kind and apologetic they put me in first thing the next morning. One thing thats a little different - and welcomed- is you sit down first and they bring you a folder with the color samples on them - for both regular AND gel colors. So no fishing for a color on a wall or kiosk while everyone stares at you. I enjoy getting a gel manicure here i dont know why but it seems like they really just get it done quicker here. I love that - and really hate beign stuck at the salon forever for my nails. They are qucik but don't skimp on quality or work done. My cuticles are spotless when I leave here. The pedicures are really worth the money - on cape its tough to find a economy priced pedicure to begin with - this one is actually worth the cash for the spa pedicure.
