The original owner sold the company to someone else and they are really not up keeping with standards. I go there often with my family too. I've been there about four times since they've been open since corona and every single time I've had an issue. Gel nail polish left on my skin twice. They messed up the colors in my toes and I had three different tones. And this week. My nails were suppose to be OPI 14, a beautiful pink, within two days they are literally orange, you can see through. Same with my toes. I've walked out with several areas on my skin filed and hurting. Two weeks ago it took 3.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. I called and they told me they were ready. I'm extremely disappointed with the service now and will be switching places. My pedicures have been awful overall. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! Women go to salon 700 in Hyannis you will not regret it! The aestheticians are awesome as well!!! My only sadness comes if I have to leave the Cape I will never find another place like Salon 700!!

Hippy spent over an hour on my pedicure today and 45 minutes of that was before any polish was used. My feet feel and look amazing. They are open year round and we often wait until we are back on Cape to get our nails and toes done, because no one at home spends that amount of time or does as good of a job. If you're fingernails and toenails need some attention, head on over to Perfect Nails. You will not be disappointed. Call 2 days in advance for a weekend appointment. If you have an appointment you won't have to wait at all, they'll be ready for you. It's just Hippy & Mary, so if you're a walk in and it's busy you may have to come back. It's worth it!
