I got a wash and blow dry by (I forget his name but a nice gentlemen whose name started with an s) and he was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm very picky about my wash and blowouts because I tend to find people just doing a subpar job but my guy did it all! He did a proper double wash and conditioner, really making sure my hair was clean. He added products to detangle my hair - but not 50 products so it felt weighed down. He got the blow drying down. Heat and tension to get rid of all my frizz. This is key for me because it retains the bounce while making it smooth and not needing to use hot tools straighter to fix it. Then he curled my hair to perfection. It was def one of my best blows I've had! Very kind, clean, and did I mention he did it in under and hour!!!!! He was fast but I didn't feel rushed. Drybar can only ever blowout my hair in an hour and never have time for curls so I was very happy he could give me that extra care! Thanks so much! Amazing!!!!!!!!! read more

When I made an appointment I wanted a perm I didn't want to wave I don't want to perm and I told the hairstyle is that my hair is hard it I've tried to permit once before and it didn't take my hair was hard to perm and I needed a perm curly permp this this stylist gave me a wrong useless perm and to try to fix it she chopped my hair and then kept chopping it to where I can't even put it in a ponytail it's so traumatizing and I contemplating just bringing up a civil lawsuit against this company and their stylist I'm going to post what my hair looks like and she told me that not only she can't I got to come back in a month or two but she chopped my hair is just it's ridiculous I can't even put it in a ponytail and and I am going to take civil matters against this salon in their culpability is ridiculous so not only can I not I didn't ask for no short hairstyle I didn't ask for this kind of hair she's and she had the audacity to tell me that when I come back in a couple months when my hair grows out from the top job she did that she'll only charged me 150 for to repermit to the perm that I asked her for to begin with and now I have short chopped hair ridiculous. Review based on my 1st time experience today. I don't know her name. She never told me her name throughout the whole experience and I never asked. Went in for a volume blow out and curls for a wedding this evening. Two stars for accommodating my schedule and moving me up 45 minutes, the wash felt good and she curled my hair pretty well. An extra star for helping me pull out a couple white hairs that were sticking straight up at the end. No more stars than that and I probably won't go back or recommend. Walked in and wasn't greeted, no one was paying attention and one of the stylists and to yell across the room for the person who was on their phone in big black chair in the back to help me. It was odd. And mind you, there were two people there getting haircuts/styled. They were not that busy. She was confused and mentioned a few times that I was going to get a haircut. I was not. She blow dried my hair but with no volume. I told her at the start of the wanted a volume blow out and she said okay but she still dried my hair and it's completely flat. No round brush action. She started curling it and I had to tell her my hair was still wet underneath on the back and the side. She stopped and started blow drying again. Once I was fully dry, she curled it well with tight curls which is good so I can loosen them later tonight. Overall, it was a "fine" experience if you're not looking for any special attention and just need something basic and quick. read more

I ended up scheduling an appointment with Sinan. Upon arrival I showed him what I want. He then walked me step-by-step as to what to expect Keep in mind I am only cutting my bangs, but he went above and beyond to make sure that he understood what I wanted and walked me through the whole step in the sense of how to manage my hair, maintain the volume. I kind of feel bad for writing a bad review for a place that's new but gotta tell how it went wrong for me so the business learns from these kind of experiences and also if you're a customer, go in knowing what you're getting into. I went there about a month ago (waited some time so it wasn't super obvious it's me). Got a haircut with Sinan, booked my appointment online at 9am. Got there earlier and noticed it said that they open until 10, gave a call to clarify the situation and was told that I still have the appointment at that time, that Sinan would be there. Once it was 9, I waited about 10 minutes to figure out what was going on since they were just opening. Only one employee was there and she was the one washing my hair, because there was no sight of Sinan and I think she didn't even know if he was there yet or not. After all I believe he started cutting my hair at 9:30/40 and it didn't take long to wash my hair... again, my appointment was at 9. Once he started cutting my hair, he barely talked to me or what he was doing. I showed him a picture of what I would like and he said "sure sure" but ended up doing the opposite. I understand that he did the opposite because of the type of hair, but at least tell me that he can't do the one picture I showed him. Not agree that he was gonna do that. While he was cutting my hair, his long nails were scratching my face and neck... it was gross! I felt how his nail scratched my ear and thought that because of how long his nails are, there was a chance that one of my ear piercings fell down. Didn't realize it actually happened until I got home, and ended up losing one. On top of that, I'm sure it got infected because my ear got swollen and got a scab a few days after that. Ended up replacing them while my ear healed again. After the haircut he started with the blow dryer, and asked me if I wanted curls or ironed, I asked for beach waves. Something very simple. Everything was going a bit better until he asked me to hold the brush to hold the bangs he cut... isn't that not professional??? I held it for about 5-10 minutes, and almost at the end I made sure to keep switching my hands so he would see that not every customer would want to do that. It also gets exhausting... read more

Would not recommend their services. They came on location to do hair for a bridal party and they were highly unprofessional. We had 8 people with hair appointments and only one of the two stylists knew how to do hair! The other one was there just to curl hair... it caused us to be very late and everybody complained that they weren't happy with their curls and styles. The curls right around my face fell out before I even got to the wedding venue :( Also they tried to increase their price on me because they weren't happy we were using the yelp discount on their profile. And they kept saying we owed more than we did, and they did this in the hotel lobby and wouldn't let me get on my way to the wedding because they were doing math wrong! It was so unprofessional. Got an overall color by Sinan and was very pleased! I will say that the initial color was a lot brighter than the reference picture I showed (maybe because they bleached my hair lighter than I expected it to be) but I didn't mind it because they explained that they make it brighter initially to make the color last longer. I was going for the "cherry coke" color trend, but it turned out to be more scarlet and then fading. After about 4-5 washes, it started looking closer to the color I showed them, but was still not as dark. If your job has rules against bright colored hair, or if it isn't your preference, I would say to be aware of this. I ended up loving it more than the reference though! read more

I visited this salon for a cut for my daughter and myself. Though Sinan and his wife were friendly the experience was horrible. He washed my hair, and more water landed on my face than my hair. It was very uncomfortable. For the cut, I specifically asked for no layers, and two months later, I am still waiting for the layers to grow out. The layers are so jagged and uneven that, at times, it looks like I have a mullet! My daughter's experience was worse. She came in for a trim left with 4 inches off one side and 1 inch off the other. Her hair was literally cut at a 45-degree angle. Even Sinan couldn't understand how he cut such a simple cut so poorly. The owner "fixed" the cut, but ultimately, my daughter lost 5-6 inches of her length. The worst was how insensitive they were when she cried. I wanted to give this place a chance and might still, but never again with Sinan. read more
