I'm wondering if the employees are licensed to perform hair and makeup? This was the most INCOMPETENT salon. I LOOKED LIKE A CLOWN: First, the young woman did my makeup could not do a straight line for my eyeliner or lips! The eyeliner was all jagged with specks all over. Even my lipstick was uneven. How difficult is that to do? I asked for a nude lipstick and she put a bright red color! When I asked her to correct it, instead of removing and starting over, she just put an other color on top of it and I looked like a clown with orange lipstick. For my eyebrows, instead of using any of their professional liners and fillers, she used my own brown eyeshadow! It looked ridiculous. It wasn't a smooth line, all smeared and jagged and applied super dark. THEY COLORED MY HAIR WITHOUT ASKING ME!: The same lady told me she was putting a toner on my hair to make my blonde/gray hair "shine." But, it was a dark gray coal color that totally changed the color of my hair! I wanted to cry. THEY RUINED MY HAIR EXTENSION: It gets worse! Disappointed, I then went to the next station to get my hair done hoping they'd fix the mess. I brought a halo extension. The lady said "I've never used a halo before." That should have been a big red flag. She then proceeded to use a HOT IRON on my fake hair extensions! They turned to melted plastic. She tried to correct it by using a blow dryer to apply more heat to it! It just damaged the hair even more and made one side straight while the other was a beachy wave. A licensed cosmetologist would have known not to heat the hair. My halo was damaged beyond repair and I had to throw it away. My hair was ruined for my big event. Not only did I lose my hair extensions, I had to go home and wash away the makeup and re-do my hair. I could have done a better job myself. They didn't even offer to refund for this mess. It was a gift from my daughter and she was mortified. AVOID this salon because they don't know what they're doing! read more

This is my new go-to hair salon! The place is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and the hairdressers are great. The last time I went, they offered coffee and pastries while I waited. They are very accommodating. I went in for a haircut and had Sara and Sinan do my hair, and they always do an excellent job. I highly recommend this place! read more

8 months I sat on whether or not to post this review but decided to share my experience so others might avoid the same. I had two disappointing experiences at Bellisimo. The first was a color appointment where I was quoted $150-$200, but was later told during the coloring process that I needed additional service for "a little bit more money" which ended up being an extra $250, bringing the total to nearly $450. I felt misled and taken advantage of despite being happy with the end result. The second experience was a blow dry appointment booked three months in advance with Sinan, the same stylist who did my color. I reconfirmed the appointment directly with him the morning of, but when I arrived, Sinan abandoned me to handle a color treatment, telling me he was too busy to do my hair. He passed me off to another stylist, who did a good job, but the lack of professionalism and disregard for my scheduled appointment was unacceptable. I am no longer a customer of Bellisimo due to these experiences. read more
