It started off well; the woman who answered the phone was really nice and helpful and offered to send someone to pick up my clothing. That, unfortunately, was the only good thing that happened. I sent a bunch of bedding to be laundered, a shirt to be cleaned and a dress that needed a zipper repair. I was told that the laundry would come back the next day, and the dry cleaning + repair within 2 days. After that, black hole. No confirming email that listed what I'd sent, and no follow up about returning my stuff. I called the next day about my bedding (had originally been told it would be delivered at 4pm); the guy who answered the phone told me that it would be delivered by 5pm. When I called 30 minutes past that time, he was like 'oh the driver might not get there-- is it ok if he comes later or tomorrow morning?' It was my BEDDING, so not OK not to meet your promised delivery time. So they deliver it late and it is STILL STAINED. Awful. So I call back, and they ask to have a re-do. So the guy comes to pick it back up the next day. No word at all on the other items I sent, despite the fact they'd been promised with a 2-day turnaround. Today, after it's been over a week since I sent my clothing over with no update, I have my husband call to find out what's going on. After pushing them, they finally agree to deliver my stuff back. My dress comes back with the zipper STILL BROKEN, and my shirt comes back in TWO PIECES (the under-tank was ripped away from the main shirt.) Worst of all is that I was charged for this junky service, and now I have to take everything to my regular alterations place and pay again to get it fixed. I cannot recommend this place AT ALL. When you walk into their store now, it reeks of a heavy, synthetic fragrance - the kind you often smell in Miami apartment lobbies. Unfortunately, that scent doesn't just stay in their space - it transfers onto your clothes. I brought home a dress that smelled so strongly of the same fragrance (even while still wrapped in their plastic cover). For me, that's unacceptable. Clean clothes should smell neutral, not perfumed. I'm sensitive to scents - they make me sneeze and give me a headache - and I'm also aware these synthetic fragrances are not good for your health. They're made with chemical compounds that can act as endocrine disruptors, trigger allergies and headaches, and contribute to poor indoor air quality. It's frustrating that a business focused on "cleaning" clothes would saturate their environment (and customers' items) with chemicals that do the opposite. I did ask that they redo the cleaning, which they agreed to. But when I got the dress back, it still reeked of the same fragrance. At that point, I gave up and had to hang it outside in my backyard for a day to air out before I could even place it in my closet. For a dry cleaner that charges premium prices, this was an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I've since switched to another cleaner that delivers quality results and is fragrance-free.

Even after reading some reviews, I gave this place a chance. I have gotten jeans taken in and one dress taken in at the armpit area. They do a decent job. The prices are about $25-$30 for a job, doesn't matter the item. The last time picking up an item I had taken in, will be the last time I go here. It was a brand new skirt, never worn. And when I picked it up after having it taken in it had a large stain on the front plus two smaller spots of dirt and liquid. The item was also extremely wrinkled so it didn't seem to have been steamed or ironed. If they looked at the care tag they would see no iron should be used on this type of fabric. I politely showed the woman the stains and asked if I could have half refund back. She said no, it didn't happen here, we only tailored the item. I said, this was brand new and never worn, with no stains when I dropped it off. I showed her three stains. It is unwearable now. She shrugged and continued to say no. I asked again "please could you refund me for half" She told me that the manager wasn't here. I asked for the managers name and number and she did not know the name, and gave me the number of the place. I told her that everytime I have called or stepped inside i have only seen or spoken to her. Finally I left my phone number with her to have the manager call me. Hopefully they make it right.
