I'm already here. Before committing to a service, I asked to use the restroom because I genuinely needed to go and wouldn't have felt comfortable starting an appointment otherwise. I was immediately told no, without any clarification about whether the restroom was for customers only or any follow-up question about whether I was planning to book a service. I wasn't given the opportunity to explain that I intended to walk in for a service. A simple question or explanation would have made a big difference. Instead, being introverted, I just said "okay, thank you" and left. Bizarre!

I typically get my nails done about once a month, but the last two visits have been disappointing. The technicians do not seem to thoroughly check their work. I've been repeatedly nicked around the cuticles, and during my most recent visit my nails were uneven in both length and shape. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to detail and consistency, I don't plan to return. I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully double-check everything during their service.
