Only accept Zelle, Venmo or cash. They don't have credit card machine. The place has a nice peaceful vibe. The people are friendly. The chairs for pedicure have massages. Lovely ladies, very nice and the space is clean! I just moved in October to this area and have been trying to find a new salon that's closer to my new home. Tony did my manicure the first time I came two weeks ago and Sam did my nails this time around. The set I had yesterday was decent, but started to smear. I came in today to fix it and she replaced it free of charge. I appreciate them caring about their customers. My only concern is that they work on nails too fast, so I don't feel like I can relax lol. I'll bring that up next time. They do offer coffee, tea and mimosas- I opted for water, but that's an awesome service compared to most salons :) Call before coming in because they do get busy. Going to give this place another try and hopefully it'll be my new regular nail spot :) read more

I called and they picked up on my first try. I was able to squeeze in a same day apt. The lady doing my nails was very kind. They give you beverages as well. Overall attention to detail was good. Made a quick walk over for a quick clear coat shine to hold me until my next new glam and was shit down with a "We are busy". Not even what sercice do you need, mind you its 5:30 closes at 7pm . I got a classic pedicure and a gel x manicure. This was my first time getting a manicure from here and I loved it. I showed the artist what I wanted and she was able to recreate it and make it look even better than the original! What I enjoy about this salon is that the atmosphere is welcoming, the free Vietnamese coffee (which I love because of them), the quality of work they do, how clean the salon is, and how accommodating they are. I've never found a nail salon where I want to go again, but I do now! read more

Hello! I came here Saturday morning at 9am. The staff are very kind and friendly people here. Everything they use is clean and comes straight out of a new package! Your first time coming is $38+ full set and $25 pedicures. Katie did an amazing job on my acrylic gel nails. It's a small shop but the environment is very calming and peaceful. My old usual nail salon gave me a bad experience so i decided to try this and I will be returning back for sure! They are very flexible with appointments as well! read more

What a great experience! First of all, the level of customer service is top notch. Once I booked online, I received a text confirmation, a was welcomed by name and offered refreshment during my services, and was even sent a follow up text to check on me. (Honestly, I was having a very busy summer so I didn't respond to the message and didn't write this review until months later - sorry!) The place was clean and organized. The drinks I was served were delicious and my feet looked adorable! There were a few colors I wanted they didn't have but that's not a big deal at all. The service was great and very fancy with the tea and other additions to the foot soak. Highly recommend this spot! First experience : I went in for a pedicure and was attended to right away. I was a little hesitant only because my previous nail spot gave me a very bad cut while doing my toes. I'm talking dripping blood into the pedicure water bad. And I was going there since a teenager. I was so traumatized that it had been about 7 months of me not getting my feet touched. Now coming here was the most healing from that traumatic experience. The lady's are so gentle and nice especially the one that was working on my feet ( her name is Sam)! I was so relaxed at one point that I could have gone to sleep. Second experience: I went in as a walk in to do a gel x set and they were able to squeeze me in. Only a 20 minute wait. I was attended by Wendy, she did a great job with my set. They came out so cute and girly. This is definitely a place worth checking out. And now that I know definitely make an appointment just in case. They are small and busy but it's worth the wait and the extra time to make an appointment. Definitely going to be my new go to spot for sure! read more

Updating my review: after 22 days my nails are still on. Of course they are grown out and I need to take them off but I'm amazed ahaha This is the first time that I've been to a nail salon and none of my nails have lifted after 10 days!!! It's my first time coming here. I was helped by Ari and Katie. They both did a great job on my nails and were really friendly. I love the shape and the color of my nails I would def recommend this place most of the nail salons that I've been to the technicians aren't that friendly so this place was very welcoming. read more

I love that I was able to book online which is always a plus. I booked with Katie and got a full set of acrylic nails. She did a beautiful job that I came back after 4 weeks for a fill. The edges were clean and no lifting. Katie was super sweet, that even after I broke a nail ( my own fault) she wanted to fix it for free. I of course paid what I felt was right. Overdue review but here it is! Was in search of a new nail shop for my pedicures and found this one near my job and saw the great reviews so decided to give a visit. Loved that I was able to make an appointment online, so that was a plus. Small shop in a small parking lot w/ other shops, but not a dealbreaker for me. I arrived and got paired up with Dawn, who was very kind the moment I sat in her chair and who was very attentive to me and her work and offered a complimentary drink during my service. Regular pedicure ended up coming out to $25 and better to pay with cash ;). Have only been here twice but think I found the new spot for my pedis and I LOVE IT! My first time at this place was back in June and I've been a returning customer ever since! This place always delivers the best quality in their services. I've been getting my acrylic nails done with Sam and she is an extremely talented nail artist. She takes pride in her craft and is very precise when doing your nails to ensure that you are always happy with the outcome. A cherry on top is she makes the best Vietnamese coffee! I've been here a total of three times and after this last visit I will definitely NOT be coming back. The nail tech saw I had taken off my set before (which was not done by them) and right away she said it to her coworkers in her language, then she was making fun of how my pinky nail how it grows out, and then she didn't understand what I was asking and wanted so bad to give me gel x which as she was doing was so rushed. If you do go here I would avoid going on weekends. I was upset she cut my natural nails so short and instead of cutting them with a nail cutter she used the electric tool which was a crooked job and I didn't have no say if i wanted them shorter. After I went to someone else I overheard the other girl have a similar issue with the same lady that did my nails. I left not knowing if she was happy/unhappy with her work. read more

love love love!!! i'm kept changing my mind about my design and the staff was kind and accommodating to ensure i was happy with whatever result. the shop is so clean the the staff is sooo friendly! the owner was so knowledgeable in technique and the retention of these nails... AMAZING. it's been about 3 weeks and not once nail has chipped or fallen off, they practically look new besides the growth of my natural nail :,) i went with gel x so i highly recommend that here! they have limited parking out front in the lot but there's lots of street parking! read more

To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

I dislike the salons that overbook and make you wait 30+ mins to start service so this was great! The salon is clean, my slight criticism would be to have better ventilation. When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.
