I always come to this place i love it so much but my last visit was so disappointing. My lash tech was a little aggressive at times when putting on the tape for the lashes and they just didn't come out like how they usually do. She also kept the lash pad right next to my face the entire time and it was touching the side of my face. Usually they keep it to the side where it is not touching you. read more

This place ruined my lashes the prices are not what is said on the paper. I used to come here very often but stopped because the last time some tech did my lashes really really thick and it ripped out all my natural lashes with them. Unfortunately I will not be back. They also request a deposit for an appointment but when I was there I heard the lady making appointments over the phone not requesting a deposit I think she might have been discriminating against me because I'm Mexican lol. I had found this place after going to Jacks for breakfast. They took me the same day and was really excited to get my lashes done (it had been at least 4 yrs since I got them done). I went in not knowing what I wanted, but I knew I didn't want the Ash Trevino Special (IYKYK) lol. The technician (unfortunately I forgot her name) suggested what would be best for my eye shape and age (I'm 43 and didn't want to look older). She gave me a full mink set and baby...let me tell you, I've been happy since then. I love the fact that they are not too full, but just enough to tell that they are done. My first time here. I love my eyelashes. Zoe did Y Mink Cat Eye Set. She asked what length. I wanted them to lion natural and not to heavy. So she did 12mm inner eye, 13mm middle, and 14mm on end. I read contract and I made sure I didn't open my eyes. My eyes did not burn through the 1hr 5min process. She asked if I wanted eye drop I said no. But I also asked if she recommend she said yes she recommended eye drop. So I did get eye drop. She asked me to open my eye after a minute and my eye burned so she asked me to close again. When I opened my eye again I felt no burning and normal. I was very happy with my set. I hope they last a few weeks. I also zelled $20 to make appointment and they said they will zelle back when I send screen shot of payment. read more

This place is so convenient and close to my house. I usually get an appointment same day and all their technicians are capable and do a great job with the eyelash extension. They have a first customer promo for like $69 for a set of lashes. I chose the natural cat eye look with 9 mm - 11mm length. Jolene, the last tech, is a whiz and she helped me choose this look. I always feel very comfortable when she works on my lashes. The first time it stings. I read online that it shouldn't sting but for some reason my eyes stung and they felt uncomfortable for the next 2 hours after my first appointment. The next time I come in for lash fills it doesn't sting at all. I guess I'm used to it. It's well worth it because my eyes look so good! They have a stamp card that you can stamp even if you come in for fills. I try to come every 3 weeks so the dolls aren't as expensive and my lashes keep looking full. Great place and calm environment. Try and bring cash, they give you a cash discount. read more

Came on 10/17/24 at 2pm but haven't been to this location in a while and remember really loving it! After my appt my eyes burned really bad the rest of the day then the next day I woke up at 6am with my eyes burning and the whole bottom of my eye was red, the third day the bottom half of my eyes looked blood shot. I realized I got a chemical burn from the eyelash glue, they recommended I put eye drops but it made the pain a lot worse. I did some research and people mentioned putting Flonase on a q-tip and put in your eye that way. It helped with the healing a lot and there was no pain. In no way does this reflect the whole location and they were able to accommodate me for a removal and refund but wanted to bring awareness on what could possibly happen (even if slim chance) and what helped me heal from it! I just moved to Whittier and wanted to find a place by my house for lashes. I decided to try this place and I will never got back! I made an appointment and they took me late, keep in mind I arrived about ten minutes early and took me in about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time which was 5. When I told them what I wanted she said they didn't have long lashes and I had gone the day before and showed them what I wanted and they said they can do it. I got my eyelash extensions done for the first time here last Wednesday. I called them for an appointment in the morning and got one same day. Service was good overall. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by the quality of the lashes. I'm not sure if it had to do with the glue or the skills of the person who applied them, but they fell off like crazy. A few extensions fell off hours after getting my lashes done and half of the extensions proceeded to fall off within a week. I've never had this issue with getting my lashes down at other places. Usually majority of the work last at least 2 weeks. I wash my face and lashes pretty carefully so I doubt the fallout was due to poor skills they applied. Was really looking forward to this new lash spot but unfortunately I won't be returning. EDIT: Xiuping, your bad rating was not because of a $40 refill charge, it was because of the poor lash application originally and your negative attitude to my concerns. When I spoke to the receptionist and told her that half my lash extensions were gone after only a week, she explained that I'd have to pay the $40 refill charge since it was over 3 days. Of course I went out of town after getting my lashes done so I was unable to get the free refill within 3 days. Not an issue- I still made an appointment for a refill considering $40 is cheaper than getting my lashes totally redone somewhere else. Later that day, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. If voicing my concerns is a "threat", then the issue sounds more like unprofessionalism and an inability to own up to poor work on your part. Have a great day! read more
