    I used to have acne-prone and sensitive skin but regular facials at YourSpa gave me clear and glowing skin! I've tried other facial spas but I only come back to Jackie here at YourSpa. I go to either Walnut or Artesia branch to see her. She takes time to assess my skin and makes recommendations based on my concerns... I appreciate that they don't push you to spend if you're on a budget like me but want to maintain my skin. My favorite service to get done is Hydrafacial for that glass skin result. But I also like trying their promo services here and there to take advantage of the savings... Overall it's always a great experience getting a facial here (picture is right after my facial so my face is still a little red from extractions. i will post an update after my skin has calmed down to show the actual result)

    They are friendly and nice. They advise what treatment to get and not after your payment unlike any other spa I went to.

What I can say about Radiant Total Skincare was that the change in ownership was very much a good thing! I struggle with acne and I love how my-go to esthetician (shout out to Christina!) really tailors the facials to your own specific skin. She takes into consideration of the acne medication you are currently using as well as sensitivity. She also provides skincare tips/product recommendations in your budget. The overall staff is always absolutely inviting and friendly. They recently redid the entire interior space, so it is a more open environment. During this pandemic they also take extensive precautions by taking temperature, wearing masks, sanitizing etc. to make sure we're all safe! I genuinely enjoying coming to this place and if you struggle with acne, definitely look for Christina!

    I have been coming to MiMi's Med Spa for over 2 years and I must say as a returning customer, their…read moreattitude and practice have shifted from genuinely caring to very arrogant and rude. I'm shocked that after I referred this place to many of my close friends and family and paying for therapies like Thermage, Ultherapy, as well as continuous treatments of Botox and M22 laser, helping their business flourish and thrive, MiMi chooses to treat myself and my friends in such a careless manner. Here are the incidents that have occurred detailing the lack of respect and care for loyal customers: 1. In 2024, my mother-in-law came in for Botox. The staff took my MIL's driver's license and never returned it to her, risking a traffic ticket for my MIL driving home without knowing it's missing. When my MIL called their office, they told her to come in a get it herself. We live 40 minutes away from the med spa and it's no fault of our own. It's only after repeated requests from my MIL, they reluctantly had one of their staff who lives close to my home. 2. I wanted to give MiMi and her staff benefit of the doubt, therefore I continued to refer my friends to them because I simply liked the results I received, not the customer service. Unfortunately my friend's mom became the 2nd victim of their disorganized practice. Her mom also was not given back her driver's license when she spent more than $7000 in one day in April, 2025 and didn't realize it until she was about to board her flight in the morning. When my friend contacted MiMi's med spa and they were very cold and disrespectful towards her and asked my friend to retrieve it herself. Though eventually MiMi and her team delivered it via Uber, it was not voluntary and only because the customer became visibly distressed and angry. Repeated offenses reveal the lack of protocols to protect customer's best interests and the fact that they only care about money and profit, not after care or maintaining good rapport with existing customers. 3. December 2024. During my 2nd session of M22 Laser therapy, the NP (name is Cynthia) who performed the procedure burned off part of my hair on the right side and the front and end of my left eyebrow. They have not fully recovered till this day (6 months later). This is the only time MiMi apologized mildly but did not offer any substantial or concrete actions to compensate for this grave mistake as verbal apology does not cost a dime. 4. May 2025. I came into the clinic for what I thought was my last session out of the 6 treatments of M22 laser. I had not been told otherwise by MiMi or her staff when I scheduled my appointment. However, 15-20 minutes into having the numbing cream on my face, MiMi walked in with a paper and casually told me that in fact, I don't have any sessions left. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I asked her why neither her or her staff had informed me when I had my real last session in April and that she never mentioned a word when I scheduled for May. MiMi didn't deliver any apologies, she just shrugged her shoulders and said: "well, it's not like I would know". Her refusal to take accountability of what is clearly her oversight infuriated me. But this is the not the worst part. She then had the audacity to ask me if I want to purchase additional sessions of M22 or to consider other therapies. I declined firmly, thinking to myself : "not with the way you and your team has been treating me". MiMi then told me that I have to remove the numbing cream on my own in the bathroom since I'm not proceeding with any treatments. One of her staff also came in with a smirk on her face, making a comment of : "oops, you just wasted a trip all the way here" since they know I live 40 minutes away. This overt disrespect and ridicule towards a loyal customer like me burned my bridge with them forever. I went to the bathroom and started removing the numbing cream but because I had never done it myself (previously with paid treatments, MiMi always had one of her staff do the application and removal, as it should be, we are not here paying $10 to buy apples) I accidentally let the residual numbing cream came into contact with my lips and my tongue and my mouth was left numb for 90 minutes afterwards, which was pure torture! Given all the elaborated details above, I'd warn all the current and future customers of this place to be very cautious. It doesn't matter how much money you've spent here or how many customers you've referred to them, they are not grateful for your loyalty, especially if you demonstrate kind and empathetic demeanor I once had, they will exploit it and make you an expendable. I'm sure they save their patience and great customer service towards others who are more demanding and diva like. As soon as you discontinue the therapy or identify a deficiency they have, they will turn their back on you in a split second and leave you feeling abused, disrespected and humiliated!

My mom purchased more than $7,000 that day and we had an appointment but the wait time was ridiculously long -- we were kept waiting for hours with no clear communication. We stayed from 11AM to 5PM in starvation. MiMi promised to buy lunch for us but she only bought 1 meal for me and mom to share, which is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money we spent. Worst of all, the staff forgot to return my mother's driver's license, and we only realized this while rushing to catch a flight. Because of this, we missed our flight, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss . When we contacted them about it, their attitude was indifferent, and they offered no real apology or urgency to resolve the issue. What's more disturbing is when my mom had questions and concerns about post procedure recovery, MiMi stopped responding to my mom's inquiries, demonstrating the the lack of care for customers and the fact she only wanted profits. For a place that promotes itself as professional, the lack of care, organization, and basic customer service was shocking. Would not recommend and will never return.
