He did a great job with the locks, allowing us to keep the existing doorknobs which were in good shape. When he was done, we asked him to tighten loose handles on some sliding glass doors. They're on the third floor and no longer locked ( not a big issue on the 3rd floor) but he tightened the screws and returned them to locking condition for us at no extra charge. We had to rent an RV because we couldn't stay in the house and with kids, a dog and a completely flipped schedule I locked the dog inside the RV from skatter brain. Called a company prior to American Lock and Key and they had no clue how to open it. My husband was told of scam companies by Anthony and in true fashion of life right now lol we sat outside for an almost 2hrs watching a man hoping he didn't wreck the RV which we don't own. Labor charge was supposedly for removing and reinstalling the locks, no way he spent more than 30 mins actually doing anything but the actual rekey work. Also seemed very slow. After programming,…read morethe technician said that he is not able to cut the entry key that is part of the FOB and then gave me an excuse that he provides the FOB, not the key. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. I will never use this service again and would recommend others find a place that actually completes the work correctly.
