I could have done a better job all on my own, halfassed job honestly. (Edit: I spoke up to the guy before I left and asked if they got "shined" because I paid for it and the one door still looked very dirty. He took like 10 seconds to wipe off the one and it was still dirty because he barely tried. You should not have to fight for a service you PAID for so no I didn't say anything else.)

You can also add Rain-x protection at the end of the wash for a couple bucks more. I usually go for the Gold wash which includes a chassis spray to wash the garbage off the bottom of your car. Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

I thought the first time was my fault, after I purchased the $12 wash I immediately noticed quite a bit of soap didn't rinse off and let large soap spots as well as this weird tar like substance on my hood. The dryer also did a poor job. I waited a few days and decided to go back to confirm if it was me or the car wash. I inspected my new vehicle before entering the car wash. This time I purchased the $13 wash and immediately after I reinspected my car and the car wash once again didn't rinse all the soap off and spots were already forming. I also discovered a large amount of tar like black marks on the sides of the hood and all over the front fenders. It took me over 30 minutes to hand clean the black marks off and clean the soap spots. What a waste of money, will never take a newer vehicle there again!

I swear my car was only washed for 30 seconds and only dried for 5 seconds. Water droplets were still all over my car. I don't get car washes often so I wasn't aware how much they have increased in price, but my car was covered in snow and ice and needed some help so I was desperate. 3 stars because my car didn't get damaged and the staff seemed nice.
