Booking my appointment online was super easy--the website was clear, straightforward, and gave me all the information I needed. On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes, and I was blown away by the results. My brows looked defined, natural, and polished--better than I expected--and I left with a new sense of confidence. I will never go to anyone else! I have recommended her to many of my girlfriends and they are as happy as I am! PS- like any well respected business owner who values not only her time but the time of her clients.. It immediately made the vibe feel uncomfortable. I was originally with Chantel, who was great, and Yari stepped in to help. She did a great job on my brows, but when she found out it was my first brow lamination, the first thing she asked me (very rudely) was, "And you're aware of the price, right?" I had never discussed pricing with her, had every intention of paying (and tipping), and there was no reason to assume otherwise. She also looked at my eyebrows and asked, "Why are your eyebrows so different?" They've always been naturally different, and the way she asked it came across as unnecessary and embarrassing rather than helpful. The quality of the work was good, but customer service matters too.
