There is no ill will toward him or the salon. At times, he would get so busy with salon duties that he wasn't able to give my hair the full time and attention it needed. The blonde streak in front came out YELLOW... I tried to live with it, couldn't. Informed him of it and he offered to fix it right away - which he did. In order to take the yellow out, it became over processed. Even with being super careful it just couldn't hold up, it broke off and became bangs. I don't do bangs!

I think I'm about done trying to be frugal and save a penny it's worth every penny with Dania's results. Nevertheless,All of the stylists here are GREAT, time efficient and very attentive to my picky demands lol. as for the salon's decor, it's a very chic modern day "relaxed Feeling Environment" from the moment you walk in your welcomed with a choice of coffee, tea, water and a choice of snacks they have to offer! The door opens and the first thing you see is an authentic smile and a clean open space. The lighting, the colors the simplicity of it all make you feel so relaxed and ready to transform. The owner and her sister are so inviting and welcoming, you feel like part of the family immediately. They love what they do and love their clients. it is clear to me they are living their passion!!!!! This is the first time my hair was washed and my neck did not hurt afterward. She greeted me, was super warm and even shared Cuban coffee with me. While I had my consultation with her, she showed me her work. After seeing her clients hair, I had enough confidence to tell her to do whatever she wanted. My hair was almost down to my butt, damaged and had different colors in it..but most of all, random pieces of black dye. She cut out all the damage parts, seamlessly worked in layers and corrected my hair color. Since it's summer time, she suggested that an ombré or highlights would look beautiful..I'm mixed and tan easily, so I didn't want to look weird. And again, she showed me her clients and how natural she makes the color. There's nothing worse than orangey hair when you're trying to achieve a golden tone! I scheduled my next appointment with her the following week and she put in partial highlights. I love the honey color but most of all, I love that I found a hair stylist I can trust! The highlights make my eyes and skin pop so bright, I'm so happy! Beach Club is pricey but I'd rather spend the money on amazing service. I've had so many nightmares in the past. I just lucked out with a groupon deal because salons are always looking for new clients.

Pedicure review…read more Technician was sweet but I will not return, and here's why: No pedicure chair - you sit in a bad office chair in a small alcove. Feet are on a movable little stand. She tried, but it's an awful setup for a someone giving or getting a pedicure. Obviously not relaxing or comfortable. Nails were not filed smoothly - I left with rough edges. Almost no soaking - my feet were in an inch of blue colored (!) water for just a few minutes. Again, the set up just does not allow for a quality pedi. Price on their site is $45 but I was told upon arrival that there was an extra $10 fee to remove the gel polish I arrived with. The salon itself is also cramped and unattractive - despite the website mentioning a redo. Google reviews, which I checked, are not reliable.

They offered me coffee and welcomed me to return in the future. I compared several other places but I really like this salon. I really wanted to love this salon because my first Russian manicure here was excellent. The…read moretechnician did an amazing job, my natural nails were not damaged, and my manicure lasted a full 4 weeks exactly as a Russian manicure should. That's why I became a returning client. Unfortunately, my last two appointments have been completely different. Within 4 days of my most recent appointment, one of my nails chipped and broke on the corner (photo attached). The sharp edge kept catching in my hair. I went back to the salon, and instead of fixing the issue or acknowledging that something was wrong, I was told this was "normal." They simply filed it down, handed me a nail file, and told me to file it myself if it happened again. It happened again two days later on another nail, and now, only 1 week and 6 days after my appointment, another nail has broken. Other nails are already lifting and the polish is separating as well. This is not normal for a properly done Russian manicure. I've been getting Russian manicures for over six years at different salons, and I have never had nails breaking, chipping, or lifting within days. When done correctly, they last 4-6 weeks without lifting or breaking. What makes this even more frustrating is that the salon itself advertises that their manicures maintain a clean, refined look for 3-4 weeks. My experience wasn't even close to that. For $140-$160 per manicure, this level of quality is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was being told that these problems were "normal" instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution. A premium service should come with premium workmanship and customer service. The photos speak for themselves. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its consistency because my first experience proved they are capable of doing beautiful work. Unfortunately, the last two appointments have not reflected the quality they're advertising or charging for.

I've had two nail techs and both did a beautiful job. My first visit was with Tata and I did a French mani with hard gel. She did great! Second visit was with Victoria and I did the donut glazed nails with regular gel. She also was amazing! This nail salon's attention to detail is unmatched in Brickell. My nails are always looking so clean and pretty. Yes this salon is going to be more pricier than most, but they take a more healthy approach on your nails and these manicures last 3 weeks vs 2. They also spend almost 2 hours per visit just for manicure alone. My nails have never been stronger. Definitely my go to nail salon from here on out.
