So I rarely get pedicures, but I needed one desperately! So I had some time in South Beach and looked on Yelp for some options. There are a ton of not great options, but Urban had 4 stars so I thought why not?? I walked up and there were only 2 customers inside so I figured they could take me. Luckily I was able to start my pedi right away! I sat down at the comfy massage chairs (mine didn't have a controller/ I couldn't figure out where the on switch was which was okay). I chose a nude color bc I usually get bright red and I needed a change lol. And quickly the lady got started. I chose the $34 service which includes a scrub which I needed. Everything was great, the scrub and foot massage was very relaxing. The only downside was that there isn't a dryer for the toes (kinda odd IMO). The toes did look amazing so I think I'll save this place for the next time I'm in sobe! read more

So satisfied and delighted! I followed the Yelp reviews to the yellow brick road and found this salon. I called around lunchtime and she was able to get me in at 5p same day. Very warm and welcoming personality. I was serviced by two different techs for the gel mani/pedi and they were both pros and detailed oriented. My nails are show ready! I highly recommend Urban Nail and I now have a favorite spot when I'm home. Now, not a spa and nothing fancy about the salón if you are looking for zen and relaxation. This is more like a no frills just need my nails properly and professionally serviced, so I can keep it moving spot. read more

I run into this place and I found myself being attacked by the owner some latin american woman who does not understand the culture in the USA despite of that, employees feel afraid of her and there is a sense of fear, place is dirty and not wonder the cheap service, very bad quality nail polish, horrible variety of colours and most of all , tencion, I went there for support and i receive bad service and bad vibe woman go to a nail salon to relax, even the pedicure chairs is horrible quality !!!and they don't even offer to turn it on ............ Worst acrylic nails I have ever gotten in my life. I got them done Friday and Monday two were falling off as if she didn't prep the nail correctly. She charged me $17 for a half a*s*s job at cutting my cuticles. She didn't even ask me to cut my natural nails which I could see at the end because she didn't measure the acrylic nail to my natural nail correctly. The gel lamp was dirty. Her vibe was not welcoming whatsoever and at the end I find out she's the owner. I'm a local and I expected better service. It seems like anybody can call themselves a nail tech nowadays.
