They have a large selection of beers to offer to satisfy any palate. The restaurant also offers a large menu with many items both big and small to support your hunger needs. The service was quick and friendly. I did not stay to eat but would definitely return to enjoy more of their beer options and have a bite as well.

Wood tables, fun chairs, great music, and plants. So many plants. It feels like an actual neighborhood hangout. Here's the funny part: I can't stand beer. My wife likes it, but my taste buds won't allow it. I'm also a type 2 diabetic, so a lot of the usual brewery food isn't really an option for me. But the first time we came in, I saw things like Caprese Salad, Italian Salad, Smoked Salmon, and other options that actually work for me. And then I discovered they make their own hard seltzers. Game changer! They always have several fun flavors, and they're unsweetened, which is exactly what I'm looking for. You can also get cans to go if you want to bring some home. You can tell the husband and wife owners have put a lot of love into this place. It's comfortable, welcoming, a little quirky, and they've always been incredibly kind. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.

It is inspiring to see breweries team up with other small business entrepreneurs and go for it with this kind of kitchen and banquet expansion. The staff on both the beer and the restaurant side are incredible and make me feel like a VIP every single time I am in. I am really looking forward to seeing the expansion get finished soon and if it's half as cool as the patio I may need to just move my office into the pinball pit.

Bellweather is a great little brewery with super nice staff and great selection of craft beer to choose from. Ty is the coolest and nicest guy and VERY knowledgeable, which makes a big difference to me. Food was enjoyable too. I couldnt understand why the place is not packed to the walls - Bellweather should be a staple in everyone's week. People need to discover this place and spread the word. Im doing my part! read more

The brewery is tucked into the back right of the building and shares the space with a pizza place, bakery and coffee shop. There are a few tables to sit at as well as the bar. The service was quick and friendly and they offer a wide selection of beers from light to dark, crisp to hoppy and others in between. When I was there, sadly only the brewery and the pizza were open but I would definitely return to enjoy some of the other businesses in this space.

Despite the wording this isn't an IPA but a historical oriented beer classified as a Gruit, an ancient herbed ale. Herbal mixtures were once used to bitter and flavor beer. This was before hops were used almost exclusively. A few unhopped beers survived after hops were used so much like certain beers from Finland but Gruit beers have not so it was a very refreshing and new take getting a beer from Hop Chaos! A lot of the herbs used in this mixture for this beer and the ancient mixtures differed as this beer was going for a Chai Tea. So you got the herbs and spices normally associated with Chai. Cinnamon, clove and peppery flavors were noticeable with this beer that Steve and I noticed and it should go without saying we enjoyed this beer immensely!

This one wasn't exactly like that but it was refreshing all the same with it's clean and crisp aspects that were pleasant after my moderately lengthed stroll. It was more on the biscuity and bready side this lager. A nice little bonus was complimentary popcorn which I was definitely in the mood for as I returned back to the Interstate and continued my return journey back to Tacoma.

It isn't too spicy hot at all but has an excellent peppery taste to it and was really enjoyable to drink. I went here by myself but Steve and I are planning to pass through Spokane again later this summer and this will be an essential stop for us. My dad has been a Tolkien fan for as long as I can remember, so trying the Tolkien was automatic. It was delightful- my kind of pleasant IPA. I also had the Luck of the Dryish (slightly smoky porter), another treat. My husband had a pint of the Bendy Straw (a braggot- beer and mead fusion). It had a nice, clean taste. The vibe is unapologetically bookish and nerdy, and also very welcoming. We played Yahtzee and the people around us played games, too. It was a nice end to our Northwest brewery tour.
